Actually it's become quite common for females to avoid areas populated by certain "communities" known for their treatment of women - especially those women not covered up. Some women in the burbs of Paris even wear hijabs if they are non muslim to avoid abuse and aggression like this. Look it up. It[s a tragic fact of non-assimilated immigration: ie. The way some of the targets pretend to be completely oblivious as a group of people with a camera walk right up to them is totally unrealistic as well. Would you just randomly not pay attention to what was going on around you while being approached by several black dudes with cameras? And then after being slapped the responses of the people are just totally unrealistic. Like the one guy at the end who first starts walking away and then starts walking back towards them for no reason... Quote

Among people I know, most explain that there are areas near most cities where they and the police simply don't go. ---- A bit of Google research later, and I discover that this video has been all over the French (right wing) blogosphere. It happened in Bobigny around 1 June. Apparently, the black perpetrator put the video on his Facebook page as a trophy. In France, I believe that 06 refers to the area code reserved for cell numbers.
