If I stood 20 ft. away I wouldn't be able to film because their's too many people standing in between so I'll be fairly close to the public act. Most likely about 5-10 ft. away so I am putting myself at considerable risk of contracting HIV or some other dreadful STD. Oh yes. I'll be sure to have my mouth closed which will be challenging since people like me breath through it. I'll also duct tape my knuckles so they don't get tore up while I walk about.

I think you should probably cover your entire head with a plastic bag. I suggest you make sure it is nice and secure by putting a few rounds of duct tape around the open end. You might start to feel a bit dizzy, but just ignore that, you will get used to the sensation in a couple of minutes. Happy filming!

15-20 ft away? No, I witnessed a crowd around a couple of homosexuals during sexual contact who were about 3-5 ft. away from the people engaged in public sex. I don't know where you get this 15-20 ft. from. There isn't 20 ft. of space between the curb and the store fronts on Yonge St., much less then that.

There hasn't been one person on this thread who has argued that sex acts performed on the street, on sidewalks or any other public space was a good thing. Guess why? Because nobody thinks it is. Me included.

Yet, there has plenty of postings making fun, or otherwise pointing at the stupidity of your "position" that people witnessing a sex act are at risk of being infected through flying bodily fluids. Gues why? Because people recognize it is atupid.

Either you play stupid, or you actually believe that bit of non-sense. Either way, don't come whining personal attack, because you have brought it upon yourself.
