  1. The highest-paid constable in the London Metropolitan Police Service earns the equivalent of $67,757 per year. In Vancouver, meanwhile, a comparable $64,513 is what a recruit earns in their first year.  Base pay for 1st class constable in Ottawa will rise to $100k next year.

Every cop in Canada will applaud Ottawa getting to $100K.  WhY? because they like every civil service union in the country always point to their own contract vs 'average salaries' as the basis for increments.

They'll do anything to avoid any actual analysis of the value of their work.  'They get more money. therefore I must be underpaid'.

  2. Why do you folks think folks are such cowards? We are talking about adults, right?

    1. Nanothermite was found in WTC dust.

    a. unreacted particles, which when ignited gave the chemical signature of a thermite reaction, one of the more notable of these is the production of iron microspheres.
    b. Some 6 percent of WTC dust was iron microspheres. This was determined by a top US forensic engineering firm, RJLee Group, who was hired by Deutsche Bank. RJLee said that the dust signature was unique; it was caused by the events of 911, including these iron microspheres

    2. USA military labs, Los Alamos and Lawrence Livermore, developed nanothermite in the 1990s. It is not commercially available. No one save for the US government possesses it or knows how to make it.

    3. Arab hijackers could not have made nanothermite, nor could they obtain it. Nor could they have brought it in their luggage.

The only logical conclusion one can draw is that there were NO ARAB HIJACKERS.

    Do you agree or disagree?

The WTC buildings themselves were holograms, as were the aircraft and the body parts.

I had to imagine the colour as being Red, cherry Red.

I do have friends, but none that are good enough to confirm a colour in this case.  Its a tough ask y'know.

Of course you have to be a white guy from Quebec to be PM, OP.  Are you new to Canada?  Trudeau Sr, Mulroney, Chretien, Martin, Trudeau Jr.........The only aberration of consequence in a couple of generations  was the Little Satan Himself: Harper.

Congrats to Ottawa, although they play an intensely boring style.

The officiating has been doing its very best to insure that the Oilers don't advance.  The worst outcome for the Final , from Bettmans point of view, would be Oilers-Senators.
