Maybe we should be charging china a tariff, start by reducing our dependence on every made in china, and perhaps find a more reasonable trading partner...Nah we are not that smart, besides it is all about our bottom dollar, it would cost to much , and yet we are good with supplying one of our larger threats, the economy to influence the globe.... I think that in today's world there must be tech that can scan incoming containers quickly...either by having more scanners and more people....do i think we should scan every container, might be pressing it to far, but we should be scanning well more than we are today... Life sentences...Liberal Judges have already squashed multiple life sentence as unconstitutional. ..besides Convicts are getting more drugs into prisons than those on the street can get...shut that down, then you might get a progressive's approach to sentencing like 2 years with completion of a rehab course, and for every other offense time served grows, even harder sentences for those dealing, and the further you go up the drug supply chain the more time you get... As for other countries like filipino, executions of drug users and dealers is a little harsh don't you think, even by conservative standards... To many Canadians smoke pot and they are not giving that up, be like taking beer away...the entire country would shut down...even hard core conservatives are not touching pot...
