Who sold out to become...Conservatives. Yep some did. Those who didn't were added to the ranks of secessionists. As Harper continues to screw up those ranks are growing.

Big business and big pay cheques. http://www.vdare.com/walker/050202_sierra.htm

Why? You'd vote for them anyways. Remember Reform.

I think the Tories are about to buy them. Still planning on voting for them? No I'm still planning on voting for Alberta secession. The Tories may very well speed that vote.

The term surrounded by idiots comes to mind. She (and her lawyer) are no idiots. They are claiming that four oil companies colluded to raise gasoline prices. The pretext is a tax to be imposed and the two have evidence that gasoline prices rose more in Quebec than elsewhere in Canada. What collusion, the Quebec government imposed another tax. The oil companies won't eat it they pass it on like the rest of the taxes. If they get a judge to go along with this the oil companies will just sut it down in Quebec. The down stream margin of the oil business is only around two and half percent.

And now your own political party is watching An Inconvenient Truth for inspiration. Someone had better tell them that that piece of rubbish has been debunked to no end.

Have you bought your carbon credits yet. http://www.rightpoint.org/kyoto_hoax1.html

It's not kyoto that is sinking. It is Europes economy. There is plenty of life style change. People will be losing losing their jobs and along with their homes and the gemeral ability to live. Maybe pretty soon we will be able to get the people behind kyoto and those that went along with it up on genocide charges. Huh? Why is it that people think unrestricted profits and destroying the environment on the part of corporations is just fine fine fine? The environment is not destroyed, that is just nonsense. All original wealth comes from the ground, that is a fact, and capitalism has created more wealth and spread it to more people than any other system ever. That is also a fact. Your entire statement is nothing but a bunch of commie BS.

Just what the dippers need, another vehicle to destroy an economy, just like every other economy they've destroyed where they've been allowed to set up shop.

and just exactly what would you do about something you can do nothing about.

They can have all the consensus they want. What they don't have is the proof. All evidence suggests they are wrong and suggests a conspiracy of fraud. http://www.geocraft.com/WVFossils/PageMill...es/image277.gif

Should we allow foreigners to buy Canada?
B. Max replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Rules called the cobotage laws already exist that cover that in this country and the US. -
Canada's new environment minister, John Baird, isn't saying what he'll try to do about global warming, but he suggested in a CBC interview on Friday that weird weather has eliminated any doubts that temperatures are rising. "I mean, I grew up here in Ottawa, lived here my entire life, and I can't remember a winter where I didn't have to use my boots," he told Heather Hiscox of CBC Newsworld. "I left the house without even a winter coat this morning. So that's obviously a huge concern." This guy isn't smart enough to be let out of the house on his own. He sounds like one of these tree hugger crack pots who want to use everything but a thermometer to measure the temperature.

I'm still trying to figure out what you hate more. Resource based towns, the people that live in them, or big cars. It would seem to be an excellent insight into leftist elitists.
-
Well let me qualify that. Always since I can remember.

Canada still mum on the Saddam execution
B. Max replied to BC_chick's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
What pro canadian value fits here, let them out to kill again. In Iraq's case we are talking about death by government. Governments who condone keeping Saddam and his henchmen around should be viewed with some suspicion. Keeping in mind that leftist governments around the world have a genocide record of some where around a hundred million in the last hundred years. Harper got it right again. -
"Always"? Alberta has only existed for a little over a hundred years! So what?

2006: probably the coldest year in the last five years
B. Max replied to sunsettommy's topic in The Rest of the World
If you total up the numbers for each month and divide them by twelve that gives you the average temperature for that year. Does it not? I don't know what source Carter used. When I asked him about it, he said that that graph was probaly something supplied by Hansen. Which would indicate that was not the source he used. Other than I don't know anything about it. -
People on street do not consider environment important.
B. Max replied to mikedavid00's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Just like the thousand year time lag of Co2 to past rising temperatures. -
I don't. However, it is going to be a little hard to blame the Democrats for a decision that Bush's government is making. Of course. But the base won't be rewarding the republicans for catering to the leftwing loonies. You had better admit it is another scam. Once you see the facts. http://www.junkscience.com/fox/milloy111204.htm

Alberta has always had a boom and bust economy. Gas reserves are actually quit high right now. With this shaping up to be a long cold winter that will likely change. On the up stream oil side , the oil companies are putting money into oilsands plants.
-
Wrong, armys could no better run the operation any better than some government paper pusher who could even find the oil patch. The government found that out when they bought up the oil companies that formed petro can and cost us billions.

You should be suing the company for your divided share from the profits generated from the highway since it was taxpayer dollars that built it.
