The deficit, don't play stupid ,you knew what I was talking about. That is what I an trying to find out, the highest defict ever and paid down in 6 yrs and how long did the liberals take to pay down the last smaller one ,while in good times. 10-13yrs??

How long did it take the liberal government to pay off the last one??? And how big was it when the liberals started paying it down?? How much was the deficit harper made during the melt down and how long did it take him to pay it down. Maybe you can answer those questions for me.

I deal with many different people from all walks of life. and I pay attention to what is going on around me, and these opinions of mine is what I feel is right. Well look at the left run countries of the world , and you will see what incompetance has done to them. He will go down as one of the best, paid off the debt without gutting the military by 30%, gutting the UI fund and PS pension fund and gutted the transfer payments while at it, am I wrong???

Well he was forced to spend waaay to much by the opp and paid off the largest debt ever in record time while it took the liberals 11? yrs to pay off a smaller one in good times ?

I know alot of older teachers that will agree with me, the young ones come in ready to fight the government especailly conservatives ones. Or having teacher meetings and it has nothing to do with the kids but all political and then start handing out liberal lawn signs. Sorry but people like that should not be teachers. I know these are stories and I agree there still is alot of good teachers,and IMO we are getting less and less good teachers. The thing is michael when will the non stop asking for more going to quit. ONT teachers IMO are over paid and under worked, and alot of that can be blamed on governments that have bent over backwards for these people and now they are up there with auto workers and posties . Constant complainers.

Just because you did not care does not mean nobody else did. Alot of canadians are proud of our history and would like to see more .

So the last soldeirs came home today and they came home on a globemaster. Do you think we would owns these planes right now if the liberals were still in power?? Screw the auto workers , they should have thought of that yrs back when they were screaming forevery little thing they could get there hands on and that is what aloty of people think. I live no where near the auto workers but surrounded by farmers and logger and other rural workers that have been breaking there back for yrs ,while listening to auto workers and posties constantly cry. Because I do, or other wise why would I waste my time here???? It is little things like that, that can give you a idea on what people are thinking, instead of waiting for a link from some so-called expert.I see with my own eyes.

I am at the age where alot of my buddies children are becoming teachers and that is all they talk about, is the bennifits. Now it is my opinion, we are allowed opinions here?? These people becoming teachers are still kids and not aying there are not people that want to teach period, but I would bet the farm if teaching was not as profitable as it is today you would have less people looking to be a teacher and that is probably why alot can't get a job in ONT because of the line up to get in. I must use IMO more often, thanks for pointing that out.

Who are you trying to kid, we in ontario have heard it all before. And that is why so many want to become teachers, and the majority of people wanting to become teachers has nothing to do with the kids . it is all about the money, the benefits and the time off and throw in early retirement where you can be on pension longer that you worked.

Probably coming from chows camp, I would not put anything past kinsella, the original attack dog. And people will belive it that is why the media party puts out so much BS about harper.

What would have happened if we never went, that should be debated. And it is up to the people now. I know the media has painted it as a complete failure, so that should tell us is was't. In time we will know how successful it will be. Just think howe many dead we could have if harper did not come thru with proper equiptment. Now with the fire knocking out one of our 2 supply vessels, what now. Can we buy a ship from someone else and turn it into what we need or will this take 20 yrs to replace.

Do we even have a ship in the area? And these canadians , , it seems they are just people with canadian passports , I don't think they even live here and were they even born here? And I say this because I am tired of people being listed as canadian when they have nothing to do with country, except for a passport.

I think the libs will make a comeback and either win a minority or jold the PQ to another minority. As to do with harper I would also agree with him just laying out what really will happen if quebec separates. Just lay it out what a disaster it would be for both, with quebec getting the worse of it. And if they voted today to leave, would any us us be alive to see it actually happen?

The pontiac is very pro canada and they to would not want to leave. But if they voted today to leave,it would be decades before it could actually happen. Don't ya think?
