When I first went to work in a cubicle as a clerk I got sick constantly. It took self-discipline (which I don't have in abundance) to get into the habit of keeping my damned hands away from my damned face any time I touched anything outside my cubicle, and to clean my hands every time I came back. After that I got sick a lot less.

I am addicted to sitting. I enjoy it very much and have invested in a number of exceptionally comfortable chairs to engage in this activity.
