  1. Rules are quite clear in the "Article 298 Optional exceptions to applicability of section 2", China has the right to reject it. Nixon announce the end of the Bretton Woods System is clear break the system created by US itself. But I never heard of you blame the US not follow the rules made by itself.
  2. China did not agree be to participate is because it knows the PCA is unfair, like a court to judge a black case with all white jury members. Actually, You are unfair yourself. You know that US and other country ignore international rulings for so many times, but you simple blame China only. You give misleading information by talking all evidence ( no matter if it is true or false evidence) only support you opinion and try to ignore all information that do not support your opinion even when you know that those evidences exist. This clearly show your purpose. This kind of behavior is just like Hilary Clinton, who believes that everything (include truth) is not important when it compares to her own goal.
  3. Sound like you are the boss of the US navy. And of course the puppet-master of the US government. That's why you said Trump has only little money, that imply you have more money than Trump? So you call it "the navy", that tells you are from US. You have already planed how the war will start?. Are other conflicts happened all over the world recently planed by you too?
  4. It is funny that you can not see US constantly bully Canada and the rest of the world, but you can recognize something else as bullying. Mafia love to say they love peace too. It has nothing to do with peace making, It is about US interest. It is about US does not like China develop without give it enough protect fees. Definitely.
  5. I have been living in Canada for many years, I have not visit China for many years. If you don’t agree I am belonging to here, then you are not too, because you are not one of the aboriginal people. Unlike the United States, China do much better than Canada in the 21st century. That’s why from many aspect, learning from China is good to Canada.
  6. I am just wondering why people from a country that is fulling problems still have so much enthusiasm in telling others how to do instead of solving their own problems. We are riven by racial tensions. We have allowed the creation of an underclass with little hope of advancement. They are trapped in inner cities (where half of all minority students don’t graduate high school - and thus are effectively disqualified from real participation in our economy). We have exacerbated this problem of social tension with our deep and perverse national pathology about guns. And we have effectively made institutional and lasting change regarding both these problems impossible with a corrupt system of financing political candidates who empower special interests, all but ensuring the needs of the economically disenfranchised will be ignored. These are the drivers behind the upheaval across the country during these past few weeks - in places like Baton Rouge, Dallas, and Minneapolis. But, or course, the forces underlying the shootings, protests, and political debates have been festering in the United States for a long time. They are so deeply entrenched that those in leadership positions have been unable to do anything meaningful about them - and that includes President Barack Obama. -- from America Is Losing the High Ground
  7. Sorry, posted to a wrong thread
  8. If Canada can allow a team from China to build it, let them use design from China, workers from China. Subway can be built very fast. Subway in Wuhan Subway in Nanjing: Subway in Shanghai: Subway in Beijing: Change of the Pudong district in Shanghai 20 years. from 1990 to 2010 http://www.theatlantic.com/photo/2013/08/26-years-of-growth-shanghai-then-and-now/100569/
  9. Sorry if I made you confuse. Let me re-write it, hope this will be better, I try to do my best to make it clear, Sorry for my bad English. Bad human right situation makes people angry and make community unsafe. In the United States, hundreds of people were shot to death by police. In Canada, although I did not get the number, police shot were reported from time to time, like what they did in Toronto to Sammy Yatim and in Vancouver to Robert Dziekański. These incidents are poison to the relationship between police and community. China’s human right situation is much better than the United States and Canada. Police there normally don’t use guns or Tasers, like what you can see in the video in my previous post. So that in China, walking in street is much safer than in the United States or in Canada. US and Canada should learn from China to improve their human right situation, so that we can enjoy a better living environment.
  10. I was talking about avoid police shooting to make community safe and less anger. You came here to shift topic to kidney and said reassuring. I was reassuring you because I did not mention European people came here killed 100 million native people, and thousands kids was killed in Canada Residential schools and much more others.
  11. China's human right situation is much better: Police normally don't use gun, even they meet a guy with knife: Female Chinese SWAT member tackled a man to the ground in one motion The man was recorded standing in the middle of a road holding a knife The woman approached him from behind and gabbed his right arm She forces him to drop the knife before flipping him onto his stomach Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3687688/Female-Chinese-SWAT-member-disarms-flips-knife-wielding-man-ground.html#ixzz4EQHMUzhS Follow us: @MailOnline on Twitter | DailyMail on Facebook Video:
  12. That depend on who did it. If did by US or a government that US can control, or US can replace with US controllable leader, no matter how ridiculous, you will not see it in news, or you will see explains to make the ridiculous reasonable. If did by a government that US can not replace its government for US super-rich people to profit, no matter how reasonable, you will see only the ridiculous or be made ridiculous part in news.
  13. Sound like the Hunger Game. If US cops kill 400-500 in street each year, the death since 911 will be more than 911, However the news for this kind of killing can be ignored compare with 911.
  14. Everything is created by US. US is the reason why world is not peace and Africa is poor: The United States dominates the globe militarily. Washington possesses the most powerful armed forces, accounts for roughly 40 percent of the globe’s military outlays, and is allied with every major industrialized state save China and Russia. Yet the bipartisan hawks who dominate U.S. foreign policy see threats at every turn. For some, the People’s Republic of China is replacing the Soviet Union as America’s chief adversary. They view another military buildup as the only answer. http://nationalinterest.org/blog/the-skeptics/china-really-dangerous-16347 The CIA Director John Brennan has said. ... "I met with the heads of the services, intelligence services, from the ASEAN countries, as well as with my Chinese counterpart, as a way to maintain the dialogue and to let them know that the US treats this region of the world very seriously, and we have very important national-security interests that we're not going step away from. http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/defence/there-is-a-reason-for-us-to-pay-attention-to-what-china-do-john-brennan/articleshow/52982956.cms It becomes tiresome to continue unravelling stories of the US meddling in regions far away from its shores, trying to weaken other countries in order to maintain its global dominance. The more one delves into the reality of the conflict in the South China Sea, it becomes clear that the US actually thinks it has a right to manipulate regional dynamics in China’s backyard so as to encircle it as a rising superpower. … In a very real sense the US has been the invisible hand behind the rising tension, conducting joint naval exercises with claimants, orchestrating confrontational incidents with Chinese naval vessels, and even giving partial recognition to the Philippines’ unilateral renaming of the South China Sea to the West Philippines Sea. The US has encouraged claimants to step up their efforts to take over the islands, engaging in joint exercises with the Philippines on “retaking islands” and “oil rig defence”. … if China was sending its warships off the coast of Cuba twice a quarter, and mobilising the countries of the Caribbean to stake their claim to islands under US sovereignty, World War III would probably have started already. http://www.iol.co.za/the-star/islands-that-could-lead-to-war-2024227
  15. No it has not, because there is no sufficient evidence to support it. The reason of the poverty of Africa is because of the IMF, World Bank, I have described it in my previously post. And because of the wars and conflict for "democracy" created by US and its followers. The US and its Western Allies use military force, whether by an invasion or by creating a coup d’état within the country of interest. AFRICOM’s goal is to eliminate China and other countries influence in the region. Africa’s natural resources is another important element to consider because it includes oil, diamonds, copper, gold, iron, cobalt, uranium, bauxite, silver, petroleum, certain woods and tropical fruits. Just to get an idea what’s at stake for US corporate interests, West Africa alone provides about 20 percent of the US supply of hydrocarbons. The US corporate interest in Africa needs natural resources to feed its appetite for profits, a fact that should not be ignored. The US would create conflicts to justify their presence in the resource rich continent by any means including a way to generate a crisis within their targeted area of interest. As Rahm Emanuel, the former Chief of Staff to US President Barack Obama once said “no crisis should go to waste” is a motto that Washington is obviously using. In the beginning of 2012, the Tuareg Rebellion took place in the northern Mali conflict that involved several wars of independence against the Malian government in the Sahara desert region of Azawad. The Malian government lost its northern region to the Tuareg secessionists as a result. The Tuareg is a faction of nomadic people that live in the northern part of the country along with a local Islamist militant group called the the Ansar Dine. However, the Anser Dine was aligned with Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) an element of Al Qaeda who eventually displaced the Tuareg and imposed Sharia law. Mali’s Timbuktu eventually became a ghost town as the Ansar Dine and the Islamic Maghreb gained power. Ironically, both groups obtained weapons from Libya after the US/NATO led invasion. The crisis began when the democratically-elected government of Amadou Toumani Touré of Mali was overthrown on in the southern capital on March 21st due to his mismanagement of the crisis. The leader of the military coup was Captain Amadou Haya Sanogo who was trained by the United States on “several occasions” according to a Washington Post article on March 23, 2012. It is obvious that Washington was behind the action undertaken by Sanogo. Now the United States wants an invasion for “Humanitarian intervention” purposes. But as we all should know “Humanitarian Intervention” only means “Economic Intervention” because the criteria for such an intervention will lead to a vast of wealth including gold mining, oil and agricultural commodities that the US and other Western powers would want to exploit. The Western controlled United Nations (UN) wants sanctions imposed on Northern Mali because of its ties to terrorism. That is the first step of a coming intervention by the West. AFRICOM’s true purpose is to seek and destroy African nations and install puppet regimes that are obedient to Washington. How do they achieve such an outcome? Create the crises and offer the remedy. AFRICOM will be the answer. http://www.globalresearch.ca/america-invades-africa-the-resource-war-and-the-invasion-of-mali/5315477
  16. Don't know where this come from, it is obviously lie. Think about the history of west behaviour, and west media behaviour, this is understandable.
  17. Africa is not ignored by the west world, the poverty is made by the west. IMF's four steps to damnation Step One is privatisation. sell-offs of state industries, Step Two is capital market liberalisation. In theory this allows investment capital to flow in and out Step Three: market-based pricing - a fancy term for raising prices on food, water and cooking gas. This leads, predictably, to Step-Three-and-a-Half: what Stiglitz calls 'the IMF riot'. Step Four: free trade. This is free trade by the rules of the World Trade Organisation and the World Bank, which Stiglitz likens to the Opium Wars. 'That too was about "opening markets",' In the Opium Wars, the West used military blockades. Today, the World Bank can order a financial blockade, which is just as effective and sometimes just as deadly. 'It's a little like the Middle Ages,' says the economist, 'When the patient died they would say well, we stopped the bloodletting too soon, he still had a little blood in him.' https://www.theguardian.com/business/2001/apr/29/business.mbas
  18. In statistics, Canada never develop faster than China in the 21 century. How many people have the "very little money" that Trump have? you have it? Britain’s vote to leave the European Union battered the British pound by more than 11% Thursday night and into Friday morning, pushed down stocks in Asia and pointed to a day of steep falls across the world’s financial markets. It was a brutal drubbing for investors who had stacked up bets that the U.K. would choose to stay. http://www.wsj.com/articles/u-k-pound-jumps-after-brexit-polls-close-1466718460 There are people lose money there are people win money. Who win on that, those people are who get the benefit from brexit. All media seems hide that fact and silent on that, that means it most like the boss of the media, otherwise, the blaming culture of the democracy world will make the media singing for weeks on that.
  19. You cannot prove it No, I don’t think so. Trump has money, no one that has not so much money and did not get support from big financial group supporters can be win. And you cannot prove Brexit is not the result by the media that controlled by wall street bankers who can earn a lot from money market. In this case, the young voters are just some guns used by those bankers. That is not something that pro-remain young voters can change.
  20. This is not a valid argument. What you try to do is label China as an autocratic dictatorship, in this way you try to avoid talking about any proof that is needed to prove a proposition. And you try to label me as a “supporter of the corrupt and autocratic dictatorship of China”, so that you try to escape anything that you unable to proof wrong of my view and completely ignoring there are too many corrupt in Canada too. Then what you can label yourself. How pity you are. Do you use iPhone or a Samsung cell phone, not only it is made in China, do you ever think how many patents inside it are also from China. How many things you use are made in China? Why so few things are made in Canada? The railway from Pacific to Atlantic was built with many Chinese people more than 100 years ago, now, without Chinese people, Toronto cannot build a meter subway in ten years, while even in many 2nd rate cites in China, there are several subway lines. How you can prove it has no relation with the system? You are not able to, it seems that what you only can do is labeling to escaping. And try to prevent others from thinking. I don’t know why you keep repeat doing this, are you simply have no ability to thinking or have some evil purpose that cannot others know?
  21. Excellent and very smart answer, you make me understand that you agree things except those you don't agree.
  22. The poor condition of Cuba is mainly due to the long time sanction by the “democracy” United Status, rather than its own system. The method you try to use is comparing two systems to find which one is worse, what you did is similar with compare Hilary and Trump, and try to select one according to which one is worse, the result is obvious, you won’t be able to find a good one between an sanctioned autocracy system and a democracy system . The problem of democracy now is the voters were fooled and unable to think and vote for themselves. The main stream media has been controlling by several super rich people, this makes most people fools. Lots of results are just meaningless random numbers, like the result of toss coins. For the election of important government people like president, the most important part has been done by rich people before voting. The candidates will not able to let others know himself without big money, he has to use his own money (like Trump) or get support from rich people (like Hillary) . Even when he has money, if he cannot make rich people feel he will do good for rich people, the media will still give negative information to controls the behavior of the voters. Rich people won’t support a candidate that unable to give them interest. That is why voting is meaningless. That is why democracy is just a decoration. The function of It is just make lots of people think that they have some right when they actually none.
  23. It?s democracy itself shows it is no use at all. UK?s EU referendum clearly shows this again. Many people don?t even know what they vote for: The British are frantically Googling what the E.U. is, hours after voting to leave it https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-switch/wp/2016/06/24/the-british-are-frantically-googling-what-the-eu-is-hours-after-voting-to-leave-it/ And they may forget that google itself is a private media and it has its own purpose and try to mislead and fool the people all the time. Even they know, they have no better choice: http://www.politifact.com/punditfact/statements/2016/jun/23/andrew-napolitano/did-google-adjust-its-autocomplete-algorithm-hide-/ Did Google adjust its autocomplete algorithm to hide Hillary Clinton's problems? "The clip that we just ran is the result of a very extensive test, an examination, about whether or not attempts to find things like, ?crime,? ?criminal activity,? ?indictment,? have been filtered out by Google, and we know that it has," Napolitano said. Too many people were voting according to the emotion that media gave them. Media did not mainly give the information that helps people to fully understand the problem; it has its only purpose. Media continuously fool people make people unable to know what is good for them, so that their vote is meaningless to themselves and to their country. That?s why: Petition for EU referendum re-run approaches 3 million as David Lammy MP calls for parliament to block Brexit http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/06/25/more-than-half-a-million-sign-petition-demanding-referendum-reru/ When top 1% people (maybe 0.001%) occupy most of the world?s wealth that control media to make people unable to think in a meaningful way, any democracy system or voting system is just a lie. This is the situation nowadays. That is why nearly all democracy countries are in not good economic situation. Quote: http://www.mapleleafweb.com/forums/topic/18033-democracy-the-tool-of-modern-dictatorship/ Democracy, the tool of modern dictatorship. Why is it that every nation that is meddled with by western powers under the guise of installing a democratically elected government ALWAYS ends up a botched job and under the power of some hand picked dictator? You would imagine that this so-called democracy deal was done with conspiratorial intent to defraud people of any glimmer of freedom and grant them absolute slavery. Look at that now wreck of a country ...Iraq... Afghanistan - etc...all in the name of democracy and FREEDOM..These places are now blasted back into the stone age with some dictatorship running what is left of a once intact nation...I really am getting to dispise any weasil who states "we hope for a democratically elected government"....with us controling it...democracy is now the new name of dictatorship.
