It should be parent's human right to decide that, even if it is emotional. In a democracy country, people have right to go street to shout "peaceful protest" and get arrested, but they don't have human right to decide their own things. In a "non"-democracy country, the western country media said they have no right to shout in street, but they have the human right to decide their own things.

It should be the parent's decision if they like to have the baby and take care of him on their own cost, it should be their own rights. The state, the judge should have no rights to remove parents' personal human right and the freedom and force tax payer to pay the small amount for the kid and much larger amount of court expense and medical business cost. with that amount of money, 10 more kids can be saved in Canada, or 10000 more kids can be saved world-wide.

Traditionally, children are cared by family. Now the government want to take care of all about children, how to educate them, how to treat them in hospital and others, the government is the dictator of you thought on children, you have no right on how to bring up your children, so that more and more children did not even learned how to control themselves, more become drug users, more indulged in absurd behaviors, more become criminals. Because parents has less and less right to have their own opinion, otherwise, they will face fascists: CAS, cops, court, judges, lawyers, jails, lost money, lost job, lost house, become mental disorder, suicide. Because there are powerful lobbies of interest groups that controls the government, they want more money, they ask you to pay more tax, and give money to those public services, such as cops, jails, hospitals, medical industry, CAS, court, lawyers and many more. When you bring your own children, you use less money and take better care, when in those services, they ask for much more money from your tax and take poor care because they are not their children, their goal is make money. This is current situation in "democracy" countries, actually, this is the so called "human right". In most non-"democracy" country, family have more right to decide how to bring up their own children. What is democracy?, democracy is powerful interest group dictators have the freedom to make laws to bully you.

Not only in the rest of the world, but also in your homeland. CAS dictatorship, support same sax marriage speech dictatorship, mass media dictatorship that controls the public opinion that controls the vote. You can not change anything under such kind of "democracy", even Obama cannot.

Waste tax dollars to make such dumb changes. For a country that has small population and with so many people that have no job, any kind of people immigrate to Canada will be good to Canada's economy only if the country has the ability to benefit from that. The problem is not bring because too many people here, the problem is bring because too many kind of license and too many unions and too many cops that prevent people work their professional work. Like a doctor that worked 20 years in Brazil come to Canada can not work as a doctor. When old people come to Canada, they generate market revenue which can be good for the people who need jobs. But the professional immigrants can not find their professional job, they work in Tim Hourtons, they ask benefit from tax dollars instead of give tax dollars. The problem is the system makes more and more people take tax dollars instead of give out tax dollars. They consider more about the existing interest groups to take more money. That is the reason why they fear of more immigrants.

In that way, it will not good for it to ask for more tax dollars.

And another possibility. Maybe CIA did it ask some of its agent attach from China, then make all media to report it. So that they can ask for more tax dollars. And their Canadian counterpart love some more tax dollars too.

How much difference between middle class and poor? If you need to pay mortgage, hydro, gas, car insurance and others, how many months can you survive if you lost your job and without EI? And I have heard that guilty or not guilty are often based on negotiation between lawyers of both side. So you see, the so called "justices" is just a profitable business.
