there is the real world and then there is your world. there are expert groups who know a little more than you about international law and one has concluded, after a thorough investigation that WP was used illegally. i'm sorry, but your armchair investigation does not count. the real world says this in regards to humanitarian law: that's only the illegal use of WP. there is also the heavy evidence of israel breaking other humanitarian laws, like; the indiscriminate bombings of civilian homes and public facilities. lets not forget the closing of the borders where the injured could not get through and aid could not get in. the evidence continues to pile on. so yeah, we've already established that israel has committed war crimes.

NATO has no power beyond a couple of regions in afghanistan. all they can really do is to carpet bomb the regions that are not controlled by them. NATO is starting to realize that afghanistan will never be ruled by "one" government. there are too many tribes in this land and there is too much history of resistance from outside forces for it to fall under control.
