If they're dumb enough to get married in today's age, why stop them? I just baffles me that two men would want to get married. Funny spin off; Knew two straight guys, both with girlfriends, but they were sharing an apartment. They ended up marrying each other, so they could income split and save money on their taxes.

They delivered on all 5 of there big election promises in the previous election. The current one, parliament was only in session for a few weeks, I'll wait and see. I don't particularly like the guy, but I don't care about means, I care about ends. If you believe that a Liberal PM would have avoided a deficit, well, mores the fool. I don't think that the Yemen suicide bombers or the USS Cole zociac crew were very well educated, but you're right...it's peas and carrots, both vegetables but very different. Islam is without doubt much for violent in today's world, but historically this is not the case. Perhaps Islam will change. I would say there is no moral difference. If the bible were practiced as it is written the way the Qur'an is by Muslims, things would be no different. Lot's of fun stuff in the old testament, here's one of my personal favorites. Again, agree. But does that make Islam any worse than Christianity? In my mind, no. It still get's brought up all the time. RCMP officers don't have to wear hat's anymore, Muslim's suing for discrimination in the work place, the gay marriage & abortion debate, Construction worker's & motorcyclists that don't need safety equipment anymore, but we're still paying for their health care.

Two things for you. 1 - How much islamic terrorism is a complete lack of education. If you were raised from day one believing in this stuff, and never learned any different, would you be any different? Thing like that over here with the Christians, we call them cults. 2 - Is a murderer any better than a serial killer? What makes one life worth more than one hundred? One death is too many. Religion is like a gun. It's designed to do good things, it's designed to do bad things. The difference is in the person that uses it. The only constant full time negative effect that I can see, is the segregation. Religion always creates us & them. Segregation breeds contempt.

And if they ever get elected into an office of power I'll spend four hours pole dancing on the steps to parliament. ............... And I don't agree with abortion. And I think that a parent, be it mother or father should be at home with the kids.

I wish more religious people were like you. We aren't so far removed from believe what I believe or face death/eternal punishment/etc.

Again. Wasn't slamming god. I was slamming religion. All of the major religions agree there was a guy named Jesus because they are built on each other. Christianity was built on Judaism. Islam was built on Christianity. Just ask a jew what they think about Jesus.

I have a hard time believing that that many Canadians are actively religious. But hey, according to stats; Somebody with their head in the freezer and feet in an oven, will be on average.....comfortable.

Well I mean seriously, what's the first rule of every religion? All other religions are false. For something so true, and accurate.........they're awfully insecure.
