Their doctine is leftist, while some of the founders may have come out of Mulrooney's Cabinate, it was very debatable about which side of the spectrum they fell on. All the members of the coalition were on the left side of the spectrum. The CPC is now the only center right party party in the house.

Canadians don't have elections every 4 years we have them when the GG disolves parliment at the request of the PM. The maximum termin Canada is 5 years. It is America where they have elections every 4 years. The data does show all aspects of the numbers, some more then the norm some less when they put these together they do analyze all the numbers, but showing that it is the average is higher in Alberta shows that more people are doing more then the Canadian average.
