I have to agree. It appears to be shit disturbing for the sake of shit disturbing. I'm sure they know the extreme reaction this will provoke in certain segments of the Muslim population. As such it would appear that they want trouble. The reaction will be a foregone conclusion of course, outrage and quite possibly (even likely) violence. This is not to excuse the idiots who will react violently either. As far as I'm concerned they are both groups of idiots. Thats nice. Matchee killed the boy. The others named and charged did not kill him. Some of them participated in roughing the boy up when he was initially captured. Others were charged by failure to act when Kyle Brown reported what was happening in the bunker. Others, the officers were charged because they were responsible for the actions of the men, some also attempted to conceal the truth of the matter. It was Matchee who voluntered to take the watch for the relief that night. He ordered Brown to remain with him in the bunker. He proceeded to beat and torture the boy for hours through the night. He further ordered Brown to take pictures of him with his "trophy". Brown actually left the bunker and tried to inform his superiors of what Matchee was doing. after the fact Matchee walked around boasting and proud of himself. Until he was arrested, that is. It is generally accepted that Brown was scapegoated by the Liberals for what happened, they couldn't use Matchee for several reasons, the most important being that he'd turned himself into a vegetable. Hence the reason why they shut down the inquiry in such a hurry when the truth started to come too close to highly placed men. Be that as it may, it was still Matchee who tortured the boy and killed him. It doesn't matter how much of an apologist you are you can not change that most salient fact. I don't think you want to bring up Somalia. I was there at that time. The person who tortured and murdered Shidane Arone was called Clayton Matchee, a native from New Brunswick. He later attempted to kill himself in jail but failed. He now exists in a vegetative state. Thats a rather broad statement to make. I for one would never presume to state what Canadians do or do not think. I haven't asked them so how would I know. How long did it take you to survey all 33 million of them anyway? Sure we can. An interesting side note is that a few tried blockading the road to Cardston a while ago. Didn't last long. They stopped a crew on the way to work and demanded "tolls" to use the road. After a couple were unconscious and their truck had been moved with the grader the boys had with them they gave that idea up. We should just settle the grievances in a reasonable form and manner, once this is done it should be a case of you're on your own. No more freebies and perpetual well-fare. Show some proof please. Kenya was in a very good position under British rule. After they left Kenya became a stinking cesspool. In one word it reverted in a big hurry.
