  1. No anyone with just eyes can see the differences.....hence the word cosmetic. But I doubt that a customer in Halifax could tell the difference from a prescription filled by a Zulu pharmacist over a Scots. Then why are you expending all this energy in a ridiculous quest over semantics? Beyond that, why are you shoving your head in a vat of concrete and refusing to look at historical examples? Don't like Zimbabwe? Don't like South Africa? What other examples would you like of racial minorities suffering under racial majorities? I can supply 100s, even 1000s. How many historical examples of racial harmony for any appreciable length of time can you supply? One? Two? Yet you find it somehow sane to mock the possibility...and again I say possibility...that caucasians-by-whatever-name-you-want-to-call-them will suffer when they become minorities in the west. You mock the possibility even in view of the tangible seething hate against caucasians on this very thread. Who is the insane one here?
  2. Hmmm...what does that tell us? Hmmm...
  3. How about the next time I need you to misrepresent me, I will whistle, 'kay? Listen, don't blame me because you are to pathetically stupid to grasp a few simple facts. 1) The differences between the races are cosmetic. 2) Your fears of the differences borders on neurotic. 3) As far as apologizing on behalf of this board, suffice to say the vast majority on this board are bored by your xenophobic, anachronistic, archaic views. 4) Your definition of Caucasian arises from the American usage, which is part of the history of their racist past. It's only usage was to differentiate between Negroes and whites. The fact that you cling to this marginal definition in the face of its proper definitions, and in spite of its obsolete status just shows how out of touch you are with mainstream reality. Carry on. I'm sure to the amusement of most here (Mikedavid, leafless excepted) you provide minutes of amusement. Right Momo, and only "racists" can tell the difference between a Scotsman and a Zulu, right? Need I add that your appeal to numbers is the last resort of a scoundrel, and something I would sooner expect from Robin the bumfighter than you. So sad, watching minds deteriorate...
  4. I tell you I have seen an M-16 on full auto and I have never seen it buck and kick from horizon to horizon. I was overstating the case somewhat. I'll try to explain these literary contrivances to you as I go along to keep you up to speed. I tell you however, that bursts are not so tight that the grouping from 30 feet away is within centimeters. On full auto it's possible to get that kind of pattern as long as you hose the target long enough like some newbie "insurgent" would, but not a 3 round burst, unless the gun is set in concrete (oh, that's another literary liberty, btw). And wouldn't it be more likely that an insurgent is using an M 16 than a Ranger? I would have thought Rangers would be the first to move up the weaponry ladder...not the last.
  5. You may not have noticed that we have a little problem in that department, although this particular brand of "hilarious mythology" is quite content to kill people instead of converting them.
  6. I doubt you can even conceive of living in a place where you never know when a rocket may may fired at your house, or a suicide bomber may kill you or your kids next time they go downtown. I sincerely doubt you can imagine living in a place surrounded by 100 times the number of enemies of your people, who cheer whenever one of them manages to kill some of your people and who, if they had their druthers, would kill you and your kids and everyone like you in an instant. Can you begin to imagine the intrusive everyday fear? Yet you find it easy, I know, to sit in your fat peaceful life over here, where you have a reasonable expectation...this decade at least...of going through your entire life without ever seeing a violent act outside the TV screen, and pontificating about the "irresponsible actions" of people who are in exactly that situation. You think the fight is one sided? The fact that the pigs and apes fight better and with better equipment is the only thing keeping them this side of a walk in the sea. Do you really believe the Arabs would leave Israel alone if Israel stopped fighting back?
  7. Here, for anyone who is interested, is the real story of life on the ground in Iraq...I mean 'real' as opposed to the fantastical and nonsensical propaganda of the left. BAGHDAD – “We want to use you as bait,” Sergeant Eduardo Ojeda from Los Angeles, California, told me before I embedded with his unit on what was shaping up to be a night raid. “Excellent,” I said. “That’s why I’m here.” This is what passes for black Army humor in Baghdad. “Our TST [time-sensitive target] blew up a vehicle and killed four soldiers and an interpreter in the next AO [area of operations],” he said. “He’s somewhere in our AO now.” He could tell by the frozen and dubious look on my face that I wasn’t sure I wanted to go on the mission. “Don’t worry,” he said. “These guys hardly ever fight back when we nail them. And they always lose when they do. Come on. Let’s go f*ck ‘em up...” http://www.michaeltotten.com/archives/001499.html
  8. Shouldn't someone send the local mosque a plumbing bill?
  9. So stop being a victim.
  10. It's a beautiful temple, and one that reflects India all too well. The culture that built this temple - indeed the religion that worships in this temple - is one that originated the caste system that kept, and continues to keep, Hindus and all India in a state of perpetual social paralysis. If this beautiful building were in India, there would be beggars around the steps eeking out their existence in the only way allowed them under that social system, and untouchable sweepers spreading dirt arround with stick brooms and spitting betel juice everywhere. These temples represent the rot of Indian society...riches among abject poverty, a celebration of backwardness in the 21st century. It's not the temple I',m worried about; its the society that built it. It's fine in India, but it's not fine here.
  11. Got no argument with you here at all, except for a small confusion over the meaning of "disproportionate." The segment of the population made up of Jews is not relevant to the proportion of wealth they held...Jews did in fact hold disproportionate wealth on a per capita basis. And in times of economic trouble, people look for someone to blame...which is precisely my concern about caucasians becoming a minority in the west. One can see it in Hitler's ascendency...which was by no means fore-ordained or inevitable. In fact, he hit his highest point prior to 1933 in 1923...a decade earlier than when he actually came to power, when German inflation skyrocketed for a few months. His 1923 temporary ascendency was no coincidence, and in fact paralleled the inflationary spike. After that he faded slowly away, and would have disappeared entirely had the Weimar not reached a state of paralysis and collapse. But again, historically, Hitler did not come to power because of his anti-semitism. He came to power because a number of things converged...economics, anti-communism, anti-democratic sentiment, the collapse of government, and most of all his certain promise to do something. If he had only a platform of anti-semitism to run on, he would have been laughed out of history in 1922 and returned to some low level clarking.
  12. Steve, on behalf of this board, let me apologize for Morris, and for the entire lot of racial deniers (to borrow from Holocaust and now Global Warming terminology). Morris et.al. are at great pains to deny the fact that racial characteristics exist and are extant, while at the same time crying "racist" at caucasians for "oppressing" other races-who-are-not-races. It reaches comedic proportions at times, as when Momo cites the Iranians as "caucasians" when in fact the only reason they are seen as having any connection to caucasians is because the pre-persians subsumed the Hurrians and inherited the "non-genetic" traits of them. Anyway, it sounds like you have more knowledge of the subject than GoogleU momo, so bear with him...he means well even if he and his denialist colleagues are partial to praising the emperor's new clothes, loudly and invectively. Carry on.
  13. The doctors must never have seen an M16 on full auto, kicking and bucking its way acros the sky from horizon to horizon...and that's with a 3 round burst... Besides, aren't they using M-4s in the Rangers these days? Everyone else seems to be. Perhaps the bad guys had some?
  14. And had the yellow peril bombed the center of new york, and then commenced a world wide attack against non-yellow perilists across the globe with a death toll of hundreds a day, I submit to you that the yellow peril hysteria would have been more than warranted. Don't forget to trot out an abortion bombing in 1998 as proof that Christianity is no better than the Religion of Peace.
  15. Here's an old letter on a blog, by a professional in Italy, and it screams the anguish of Eurabia. While the North American left scoff in absolute ignorance of what is happening in Europe and wallow in political correctness, the only happy thing I can see is that they and their ideas of "cultural harmony" will be first up against the wall when the barbarians breach the walls (h/t Gov): ...I am an anesthesiologist and I see lots and lots of women give birth, lately most of them are Muslim, their husbands don’t come into the delivery room, it is not allowed by their religion and even before our request for help at least to provide some translation they REFUSE if she must die it’s Allah who wants it… so these poor girls (even if they do nothing to change the situation) don’t understand a word of Italian, they suffer like beasts, we tell them to push and they don’t understand, to move, to walk, to stop and they don’t understand, the situation gets complicated and we almost always practice a caesarean. They breed and breed, they must outnumber us within a generation. At this rate they will succeed… once we are a minority we won’t be able to rebel any more, we’ll wear the burqa, we’ll take down our crucifixes and our freedom will be lost forever… Our politicians don’t deal with the problem, frightened like all of us by these people who are not afraid to die, are not afraid to fight and above all have a precise plan... http://gatesofvienna.blogspot.com/2007/07/...t-is-still.html
  16. Laboured breathing? Rotting flesh? Dogs have been trained to detect cancer using normal scent-hound training techniques. Yes, the kitty providing sympathy and warmth for patients in their final moments is an interesting, unusual, and sort of touching story. But we know of many instances where the exceptionally acute senses of our furry little friends can detect things that are undetectable to human sense. I see a scientific explanation as being a lot more likely than something the supernatural. Animals using their senses to detect human medical conditions has been documented; I'm not aware of any documented cases of animals interacting with the supernatural. Oscar might be a Very Special Kitty, but I'm not prepared to believe he's a Magic Kitty just yet. -k Nor am I, but I don't think "magic" has much to do with it. I can certainly see animals having the ability to detect cancer, or drugs, or athelete's foot, because all those things give off scents. I even know human nurses and doctors who can 'smell' sickness on people's breath. But impending death is an intangible, and it seems to me quite apart from the examples you cited. I'm quite willing to believe that there's a scientific explanation, but I also happen to believe that supernatural things do happen at death and near death, and many medical practitioners who deal with and witness death as a routine part of their job (mostly nurses) are well aware that people see 'beyond' on their deathbeds. One nurse, for instance, gets goosebumps from patients with whom she had a connection prior to death. In her explanation it's the spirit "hugging" her on its way to the light. I'm sure this sounds like weirdness, but it's really not. There are a lot of atheists who are gonna be surprised one day, and a lot of agnostics who are gonna wonder why they didn't know it all along...
  17. Of course, I never denied that (pwerhaps yopu were to busy whining about others "misrepresenting" you to notice?)? What I was taking issue with was not his assertion that the majority of Canadians are "Christian" but that the majority of Canadians are angry about multicultralism. I think rather a clear majority of native born Canadians are angry about multiculturalism, whoever one defines it. A lot of them are too cowed by the threat of being called a racist to say it of course...
  18. That's simply not true. Taxes are probably the biggest road block to the creation of wealth that there is. What you descibe is exactly what is happening now under the oppressive tax burden that we already have. Well, it's true in Posit's framework. He views wealth as something unattainable, horded by misers in high towers who occasionally toss scraps down to the great mass of peasants and proletariat, who cringe in doorways waiting for someone to deliver the next meal to them, because they are completely at the mercy of {{{{{The Rich}}}}}, and were it not for government taking money from {{{{{The Rich}}}}} to give to {{{{{{{the poor}}}}}}, everyone but {{{{{The Rich}}}}} would simply starve.
  19. The idea that CDN's are in Somalia taking up arms is reprehensible. And it looks like, at least now, they are being found out.If they die over there fighting, no problem for me. As for the free health care...no they wont be getting any such thing. 180 day rule excludes them. Really, so if they show up here, doctors will just send them packing, eh? And I wonder who is taking care of their wives and 18 children here? Hmmm...
  20. Obviously medical equipment can detect arythmia and other indicators of impending death, but a cat is not not an ECG nor even a doctor; nor could a cat...a supposedly non-sentient being...take whatever information they glean from an individual and process it to certify impending death. I'm quite willing to believe that there are scientific reasons to explain it. Are you willing to concede that there may be reason other than scientific to explain it?
  21. Remember the shock and outrage when Canadians found out how many "Canadians" were in Lebanon? Gosh, now it look like a fair number are in Somalia too. Funny what the Bob Smiths and Herbert Weisls get up to on weekends, eh? Good thing they have Canada to come home to for free medicare if they get punctured and manage to make it back here. http://www.canada.com/nationalpost/news/st...b2a37fdd3a8&k=0
  22. According to the article, never.
  23. Ridicule is the last refuge of the hopelessly idiotic. (That's a quote, so don't ban me! I don't know whose, but it's so brilliant someone must have thunk it up.) I suspected I'd get this king of response, although I fail to see how earthquakes or labored breathing or rotting flesh have anything to do with impending death, but hey...to each his own.
  24. Clearly neither one of you read the article.
  25. Dobbin, did you read the article? He's talking bout a new policy that was not in place when he wrote the previous article. Duh. Here's Dan Simmon's take on it. Dan is a rather well known author who has made it his business to become an expert on this Iraq thing: http://forum.dansimmons.com/ubbthreads/sho...20502#Post20541
