  1. I'm not sure how you jump from respecting a kid's wishes not to inform unsupportive parents about their gender identity to "you want the state to raise kids."
  2. Imagine outing a kid to unsupportive and potentially abusive parents and thinking you're doing them a favour. Psycho shit. Thanks for the link that buttresses my argument that outing kids to unsupportive families is bad for them. It's funny you people think teachers should stick to teaching but also believe teachers are capable of assessing internal family dynamics to figure out which parents will be accepting or not. Mnay parents will eventually get over it, but is that a risk teachers should take? i don't think so. That's irrelevant in the moment. The decision to come out should be up to the individual, not made for them by a third party, especially if it involves violating their express request not to inform their parents. The only exception I can think of is if the kid is clearly suffering socially or academically as a result of keeping that secret, but that's a conversation that should be had with the kid and teacher.
  3. Are you guys really too dense to understand the difference between an acute health condition like a broken leg or even mental health condition like suicidal ideation and the desire to explore gender identity? No but you should feel shame for wanting to out kids against their will. What research.
  4. "Sorry kid, I know you said your dad would kill any child of his who was trans, but he's probably just joshin'." No, it's if the kid asked them not to tell. You're not the one asking for anything in this scenario. Again with the completely irrelevant hypotheticals. Just address the scenario at hand where a kid goes to a teacher, says "I'm trans but my parents are really bigoted and i'm worried they'll kick me out or worse." Your solution is the teacher says "tough titty, I'm telling on you" or calls the cops/CPS (in both cases the kid gets outed against their will). You're literally calling for government employees to act as your personal snitches here, you know that right?
  5. Or maybe some kids have good reason to be afraid of what might happen if their parents find out, for example if they were coming from an ultra religious household. For someone who doesn't seem to have a lot of trust in the competency of teachers, you're expecting them to make a pretty big judgement call about whether a kid's safety and well-being is truly at risk or not here.
  6. I literally googled "cancer symptoms" and picked three you simpleton.
  7. What does it say about you that you pump out so many posts and every one is pure dogshit? Maybe you should get a more challenging job instead taking out your failures on this board.
  8. Hey man just so you know if you ever start like coughing up blood, suddenly losing weight, or encountering mysterious lumps on your body, you should under no circumstances go see a doctor because they might diagnose you with cancer. if you don't get diagnosed, you won't have it and will be fine.
  9. Amazingly fake. Do you people actually think 1/4 of the global population watched this video? More people than watch the World Cup final? Lol.
  10. Extremely funny to argue "I'm not a loser for posting 40+ times a day, i'm just a loser with a dead-end job!"
  11. "More likely to receive a diagnosis of mental health issues" is not the same as "more likely to experience mental health issues" and I'm genuinely sorry you're too stupid to know the difference.
  12. What a shock no cites for any of these. Strike One. I noted you've posted grand total of three links in this entire thread, none of which address any of the above claims. Strike two. And here's another falsehood with no citation. Strike three, you're out. You've always been out, you've been out since the day you were born, loser.
  13. Nope. B does not follow A here. I'll give you a hint: it's in the word "diagnosed". So the data only captures those who've seen a health care professional about their issues; those with mental health issues who do not do so won't be captured in this data, which means it's an incomplete picture of the prevalence of mental issues as a whole. Anyone with half a brain could see this, but alas, you don't qualify.
  14. See, you cant follow simple logic, it's pathetic. Still lying. Again, here's a few things you've invented in this thread: the claim that "next to zero" trans kids get abused by their parents when they come out that I said conservative homes weren't supportive when I didn't even mention cosnervative households till you brought it up. that "it's the lefties who are making the claim that no right wing home is supportive." No cites for any of these and you're crying about some quote you think I claimed you said? Bizzare.
  15. Why are conservatives drawn to blowing their own heads off?
  16. So you are illiterate. This survey doesn't speak to the probability of a given group having mental health issues, it speaks only to reported mental health issues. The fact you think it says conservatives have fewer mental health issues is just your own confirmation bias in action. "Just because someone kills themselves doesn't mean they have mental health issue" yeah ok man.
  17. No the silly and inaccurate claim here was "I see no reason to think Putin has designs on anything but eastern Ukraine..." Whomever said that was a real 'tard.
  18. Nah we're gonna need concrete proof of this. Unless the kid is already known to be in an abusive situation, I have no doubt the cops would shove that one to the bottom of the pile (because that's also how cops work). Yes the list of fake shit you've claimed. Nice that you're admitting it. It's funny because I already posted it and you were all "buhhhhhhh that's out of context" or some similar pathetic attempt to weasel out of backing up your shit. Not gonna waste my time trying to get blood from a stone or an intelligent comeback from a turd like you.
  19. Again, that's not what the Pew study says. You can't read, can you? Just the higher suicide rates among demographic groups and areas that skew Republican. You're getting warmer. But will you get there without someone taking you by the neck and shoving your face in it? I think a tendency among certain groups to canoe their heads with firearms is a reasonable proxy for assessing their mental health. If you and some of your fellow right wing freaks on this board are indicative of conservatives writ large, it truly is no loss to humanity when your kind paint the walls with your skull contents.
  20. Not surprised you're too stupid to grasp the point here which is if Putin isn't interested in anything but eastern Ukraine as you claimed, trying to occupy the capital in the west and overthrow the entire national government is a funny way to show it.
  21. You keep repeating this without addressing my point, likely because you're too stupid to understand. How do they define "actual risk"? Is it the fear of something happening at some undetermined point in the future? Because not every abusive household will be an abusive one until something happens to trigger abuse like, say, finding out your kid is trans. Oh look another unsourced claim. Do i need to post the list of shit you've lied about again lol.
  22. The battle for Hostomel Airport was the first major battle of the Russo-Ukrainian War (2022-present) and a decisive event in the war. This battle started on the morning of February 24 and lasted less than 36 hours. In the opening hours of the Russo-Ukrainian war Russian forces sought to seize a key airfield just 12 miles from the capital’s center. Additional airborne battalions would follow on transport planes. They would rapidly deploy, seek to take control of the city, and overthrow the government or make the leadership flee. https://warontherocks.com/2023/08/the-battle-of-hostomel-airport-a-key-moment-in-russias-defeat-in-kyiv/ And it's Kyiv unless you're talking about chicken, orc-lover.
  23. Their very first move of the war was to try and seize Kyiv and install a puppet government.
  24. I addressed this already and you had to response but a bunch of empty bluster. Both cases involve outing students to potentially unsupportive parents against their wishes, putting them at greater risk of abuse. Stop pretending you care about these kids when you just want more of them dead.
  25. That's not what the study says and the fact you think it does just highlights your illiteracy. I linked to three different sites dummy. Either way, it's a good thing imo. You're too dumb to understand why this is funny or how this scuttles your premise. Let's see if you can figure it out! Projection. KYS.
