Conservative economics are failing us
Fletch 27 replied to cybercoma's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Oh wise one Cybercoma, has stated that the Federal Gov can INCREASE REVENUES!! "They don't need to raise taxes, they need to increase revenues. It's a subtle, but important difference" Hes onto something i think! I would LOVE to know how however! Your points below are for "efficiancies".. and i love an efficiant Government, now one that could raise revenues WITHOUT TAXES?? THAT would be spectacular! Im just sitting here at my keyboard waiting with baited breath for his reply!!! -

You can become an Ontarion teacher in 1.5 years! I personally know 3 girls that took this course an are now full fledged Union members and teachers: http://www.dyc.edu/academics/education/canadian_teacher/ They are currently trying to shorten the course to 1 year or less as the All-Day Kindergarten that Dalton put in place to add members to the Teachers Union can not hire fast enough.. Ooops! Sorry, Here is one of the Links.. http://www.huffingto...canada-politics or http://www.cbc.ca/ne...normandeau.html http://www.theglobea...article4601754/ Shocking And to Jaycee's comment... Please note the title of this artice: 'Donnie Brasco' says Mob controls construction via unions Linky http://www.cbc.ca/ne...ry-testify.html AND, Now colour me crazy or a "conspirist" here but, I recall the following In an interview on CBC News Network's Power & Politics on Monday, Poilievre accused the NDP of "covering-up" a scheme with labour union brass. Poilievre told host Evan Solomon: "This was eight unions and seven other organizations who at three separate conventions, over five years, gave almost $350,000 of illegal donations to the NDP." Why will the NDP NOT(!!) release the names of the 8 unions??????? You dont need to be a Conservative to see something is Fishy!! Again, lack of transparency but i believe that the current investigation will expose Mulcair and the NDP ties. As well as how much money was funneled to the Liberals in QC, and Justin....

It's concerning with the QC NDP being the biggest supporters of labor unions, and QC labor unions being implicated. Where will this go? Today it was the liberals in a funded-raising scandal (surprised?). Will tomorrow implicate the NDP? Where has the boisterous Justin gone? How much of this money was funneled to his riding? As a qc liberal seat holder... Should he not speak up? Where has Thomas Mulcair disappeared too? Should he not speak up as the advocate of unions he so forcefully had jack Layton back in the last election? Why is there no transparency in this? Why is there all of a sudden NO accountability? The lack of accountability and transparency is shamefully on BOTH parties. Who build dangerous bridges? Who profited? I'm interested in what the leaders have to say. Both present NDP and liberal hopefully. Why are they so silent? Do we need to pay them to talk? Please, I'm interested in you thoughts on this... This is now turning into a possible challenge on safety, security and life... I hope the feds step in....

His article and opinion piece highlights all the reasons Steve Harper won his majority. Sounds like this political hack and poster may be playing on the wrong end of the spectrum. Great OPINION piece however. It's a shame it does not resound with the rest of Canada and canadians -

Its where the degree is from I found out. 4 of my multi-national customers have a "do not hire" in place for applicants from: University of Toronto York university Ottawa university. University of waterloo applicants go right to the top of the pile.... And I went to devry, Mohawk, and laurentian... I missed the mark and wish I investigated a little bit. Too old now! -
passing that bill was only possible in a majority position... one of many great moves possible and achieved in the mandate given him by Canadians. Accolades all around and we are finally trodding full bore into the direction of prosperity for all Canadians. These are good times and better are ahead. I would like to add, today it was announced that there is now 4 percent less canadian carrying debt. Any debt... Must be that pesky 1 percent right?

AHEM.... I found this in your "Original" post: And I quote.."archeology, probably every major energy corporation in Alberta has archeologists on staff" Now, below, And in actually reading past your fine Bolding and Underlining, You will note that there is additional text... Again, to my fine point about Tera consulting... The 7 people whom i know pretty well and can attest to the low level of activity they have. Ellis Don, and PCL do NOT have archeologists on site.. I have confirmed that just this morning over bagels and crumpets with them.. You really need to get out and explore this country.. Ask questions! Take media for what its worth! Fortify that mind with real-hand knowledge. And thanks for correcting my spelling.... Its cumbersome on a Blackbery Playbook.. Your insults are taken with a grain of salt. Im rubber, your glue.. -
Less Technology in Schools. Seriously?
Fletch 27 replied to socialist's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
Smart-boards (a canadian invention) are in EVERY japanese office and a vital tool for capturing detailed schematics and actions for numerous parties involved. Priceless. Any and all phones should be handed in in public schools. There is absolutely no need for them in a funded learning environment. University and college., waste your own time of. Your own dollar. To lump smart boards into the same category as Iphonez is idiotic.... -
Please, this is not a forum for personal attacks. I choose to have more than one residence for work reasons. It slows me to see a breadth of Canada as well. Please keep this to a political debate and stop the name calling. Why is it always the left that resorts to that.....

you sound like a very smart philosophical geologist in the late 1300's.... The earth will be indeed proven flat... Gravity is indeed flitting the round earth..... Sloooowly. verrrrrrry slowly

So are children. Stop the name calling or I will go back to the math lesson where 1+1 does indeed equal 2.

You know what mimicking means right? By you comment they are mimicking and emulating good governance... Therefore BEING good governance. I thank you for agreeing that it is indeed good governance. Oh, but there is "eeevil" behind it right? with your understanding,,,(?), if he was to "mimicking "batman" or superman, would he still be evil? Your rational astounds me. Keep it up , heads up, 1 + 1 does indeed equal 2. Let me know if you need help with the big words
