Page and his ROLE were created and put in place to prevent and uncover issues such as Ad-Scam. The role is there to uncover falshoods, funneling and Financial scandal. This guy (Page) seems he has NOT been able to find ANY such thing within the Conservative government so now he stepping outside his role to look and how ministies are NOT spending thier moneys? This jack-ass must be really bored in his role. He insists on working outside it? Screaming at the top of his lungs to the media about how he cant ge data that he's not even privy too? The Media should really look at whay his ROLE is and spend 5 minutes simply educating the populace (Nay,,, the NDP and Liberals) on what this fool is actually PAID for. PAGE is wasting our tax dollars....

This guy is a leader... Again, the lefties here think there is another burried motive in this... Maybe its just been very visible and very clear when the NDP have stolen from us or robbed us blind.. They cant get over this new way of conducting parliament..

Politics of division v Stand together
Fletch 27 replied to jacee's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
The divisive nature of Thomas Mulcair as well as the liberal party is shamefully. Why, in these trying times must they insist on divisive talks going against what has been seen as Canadian and why have they dropped all forms of accountability when it comes to scandals and lies. I for one think that Steve Harper is doing a great job overcoming these roadblocks and boobytraps... -
Link? I haven't seen that!

Page is a liberal shill. Out for media attention and coverage. Why is he trying to put on the hat of AG? When Harper was put in place to make cuts (mandate), why is this button trying to go against the will of Canadians?

Where would you cut the Ontario Budget?
Fletch 27 replied to TheNewTeddy's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
Cut the all day day-care... totally eliminate it.... It's simply bad parenting and the teachers unions that brought this into effect Eliminate Dalton green energy reform..... It's simply subsidizing to appease the left. It hurts ontarians Cut teacher wages.. They are out of line with the rest of canada -
Yes, that worked REALLY well in Ontario didnt it...... Yup, no "screw ups" here huh? 7 years to put the brakes on Billions of dollars of waste, fraud and scandal... Long Line The Minority Gov! Really?????

Whats in the Bill is great for Canada and great for not only our economy, but our political process. I hope the NDP and Liberals learn how "good government" functions.. Seems its making Mulcairs head spin with the sheer efficiency of this.... Hes at a complete loss.... Hes gonna blow a gasket....

Political corruption, private sector and organized crime
Fletch 27 replied to jacee's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
So if its the Unions buying off politicians,, should they not be shut down? You know.. "The root of the evil"? Do you gloss over the "left" when it does wrong? Do you recall that it was the Unions that paid off the NDP for the fundraiser in Quebec? And the NDP would not say WHAT unions they had to repay the funds too? It seems THE most corrupt party is the NDP (Via the Unions!). -
YEs, Compensate him for being a convicted terrorist.. Your disdane for Harper should not implicate my tax dollars.. Thank GOD the Canadians citizens who vote more and more for Harper do not find your ideas appealing. Im sure the NDP would be in FULL agreement with you... Shamefull

Fletch 27 replied to jacee's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
SIMPLE! The MEdia will not publish too much negativity but it was the UNIONS that were driving this! Please, Have a look at the REAL Story! http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/story/2012/09/24/donnie-brasco-quebec-corruption-inquiry-testify.html This is a UNION problem... -

These so called "Teachers" completely forget that the TAXPAYER is thier employer! Or they simply thimb thier noses at the Taxpayer as they are protected by the unions... -

Fletch 27 replied to socialist's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
Exactly.... No accountability or transparency.. Teachers work for the Union... Not the taxpayer... Its a mess... Fire them all and hire some instructors that can bring something to the table.. Our Ontario teachers are some of the worst in Canada -

Fletch 27 replied to socialist's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
You sure make alot of assumptions.... I have 2 neighbors that are teachers..... They dont do these on thier own time.... They admit it.... There is apparently lots of time to do this when the kids are reading or taking tests...... Your bias and complete lack of concern for the welfare of the children is shamefull -

Fletch 27 replied to socialist's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
Your OK with them impacting students and Families? I have NO false outrage... I have REAL outrage in this.. To my point.. The Drywallers, They should be ok only using 4 drywall screw in your home during a labor dispute? Or mason only using mortar on every other brick? You strike me as haveing no concern for others.. You assume i have false outrage??/ -

Fletch 27 replied to socialist's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
These teachers are "%^&*&"!.. The Unions andthe TEachers have the GALLL to pull the Students and PAernets into thier Labour dispute?? Would it be ok if the Drywallers union only installed 4 Screws in your damn house when they are in a Labor dispute???? What if the Plumbers union decided to only put glue on HALF of your PVC pipe when being installed in your house? Simply because of a disagreement or protest? You can back you socialist scum-bags all you want.. I would even alow them the right to protest... But involve my kids in this?? Involve me??? Fire the lot of the SCUM and hire a team of professional instructors, not professional hijackers! F-Them ! They voted Dalton in... They can ROT in the grave they dug. Reasoning and Logic such as your is EXACTLY the reason that Unions are crumbling.... You are out for yoursefl and will take anyone down in your firery demise.. Sickening -
McGuinty Resigns as Premier of Ontario

Norman Specter is a side-show... You dont recall him exposing the benefits of Tobacco in 1995? And then the following year, taking that high paying job in Corp relations for "Imperial Tobacco??? Isnt this the same guy that called Belind Stronach a "bitch" because she refused to be interviewed by him? "He commented on Twitter"??? Are you for real?? What did "drake" say today on this? Im sure we are all aware that Twittering "makes it so".,.- 185 replies

What the hell is the next election going to do? Harpers popularity is RISING by the way! To put it simply.... Canadians approve of "Getting $hit done" effectively and efficiently! Your forgetting, the Opposition is the "opposition" because Canadians did not like thier platforms!

Seems alot of folks here need an education on the workings and impact of proroguing government.... "Canadian Auto Workers president Ken Lewenza, who represents 15,000 public-sector workers in schools and hospitals, sees the advantage of prorogation over legislation. “I think we have got to take advantage of it,” he said. “We have to find a way to get a bargained agreement rather than a legislative one.” Use facts, not conjecture... Speak of the devil, here is a link to Unions comments on the extreme benefits of this. This will ensure a Strong Union Vote for the Liberals... http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/politics/article/1273081--cohn-ontario-unions-might-find-prorogation-works
-
Michael, You simply do not seem to "understand" what proroguing Government does and allows.......................... Its actually quite simple.... This has now Allowed the Unions (The Teachers and Autoworkers) to now go directly to negotiations as oppoed to Legislation as threatened by Dalton (Vailed threat). They can now avoid what Dalton stated he would do (a Lie) and they will negoiate a far better deal. The proroging was to ENSURE the Union Vote in the next election... Its that simple.... Where is the uproar from Sid Ryan? His comment are VERY favorable to this Proroguing! As is the head of the TEachers union! Almost "gushing"! Sounds like THEY atleast have a very rudimentary understanding of what "proroguing" allows.. Yes, the Star is handling this with Baby gloves...
-
Very Simple.... Its the far left leaning media such as the Toronto Star and the CBC... The "left" thrives on propaganda and shuns accountability. The CBC is dominated by the "Creen actors guild"... a union that wants to direct and control the direction of the press relayed to you and Canadians...
