Well, that’s what happens when you listen to news people that are spinning nonsense, you haven’t got a clue. The Trump legal team has lost 3 cases. But 40 sounds more to your liking, doesn’t it?

In fact, I'll go further. Anyone(and more specifically every single person on this forum) who believed the Trump/Russia collusion story was exercising far more faith than those of us who believe this voter fraud situation. You're like faith healers. And that is because there was no supporting evidence of the Russian nonsense. Not. One. Witness. No. Video. Nothing at all that could be used to support the Steele Dossier. But you believed it for YEARS. And some of you probably still do believe it! With no evidence. Just CNN and MSNBC repeating it in their echo chambers. You've all become useful idiots. The voter fraud crime, on the other hand, has 100's of eye witness accounts. These people bear witness on affidavits(legal document with severe penalties) of many different techniques and ways that voter fraud occurred. Across all of the States that stopped counting overnight. Seeing ballots being rescanned into the machines multiple times, for example, to pump up Biden's numbers. Then there is the reams of video documenting the crimes. People with phones, security cameras capturing bags of fraudulent ballots being toted around, mysteriously showing up in cars, trucks, wagons, you name it. Watchers being forced out of buildings. Or forced to observe from 40 or 50 feet. Then there is the ballots themselves. The fake ones with no creases, proving they never saw an envelope. The ones with no signatures. The ones from thousands of dead people. The ones from out of state. The list goes on. Then there are the numbers, the simple data. impossible vote spikes, overnight. More ballots than voters. Voting behaviour that defies reality. The list goes on and on. But only in the swing states, the ones that stopped counting. And I won't even go into the Dominion stuff. But Russia collusion really happened, right? Why? Because Trump's a (use your favourite insult here). Well, that's all the proof I need that you're incapable of discussing this, any of you Russian hoaxers. It's kind of sad.
-
But the fraud has been completely visible, no faith involved. It actually takes more “faith” to look at the various videos and claim you see no fraud.
-
This post is 3/4 nonsense. Unless a person is willing to acknowledge the fraud, there really is no point discussing anything. That you can't acknowledge what's clearly fraud being committed on the various videos shows you to be untrustworthy. And that is kind of sad.

In this situation, the courts have been a disappointment for the various attempts to prosecute voter fraud. One Dem has said that these court cases have amassed 45 losses, though the Trump team has directly only had 3 of those losses. I don't know if this number is accurate,, but it illustrates a reluctance on the part of the justice system to be the source of overturning an election. Although the mass media has been suppressing this story like it's the personal arm of the Democrat party, the reams of evidence, witnesses, affidavits and such, really paint a dire picture of the health of the election/voting apparatus in the US. (Sidebar, it's very telling to compare the MSM's willingness to run with the Russian collusion story for 3 years when it had absolutely no independent corroboration, yet the voter fraud claims, with the mountains of data and eye witness accounts, get ignored and actually suppressed in many cases.) In my opinion, the courts are not going to be the short term solution to this mess. The only way the voter fraud will be taken seriously is if it's found out that a foreign power had a hand in this. Hard evidence of this is needed, or it simply won't be addressed. I wait with interest to see what was captured on the hard drives in Germany.

Okay. Now do Biden.

I tend to agree with this, when you take into consideration the systemic fraud built into the Dem voting organizations in Detroit, Pennsylvania, and the rest of the swing states that stopped counting the night of the election. Mail in ballots with no creases(hadn't been mailed in envelopes), invalid addresses, massive numbers of dead people voting, no signatures. Voter turn out numbers higher than 100% of registered voters. Counting late ballots. On and on it goes, and that's without the Dominion tampering. BTW, Dominion quickly closed their offices in North America(Toronto and Colorado) and wiped the internet of some of their employees. What's notable about the Trump results is, he got 11 million more votes this time out than last time. That's the third highest increase of an incumbent in American history. And it's the dirtiest US election in history.

Beaver, it seems we are not to clutter up this thread with cartoons.

I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on tv, but the issue may be more related to the adjustments regarding mail in ballots that were made more recently than over a year ago. Like earlier this fall, not just in PA, but in several states they kept relaxing the rules to such an extent that many states simply mailed out ballots en masse. Again, this has to do with the Pennsylvania state constitution. Below you can see it gives specific reasons why a person may vote by mail. I can't claim to know whether a national pandemic would provide a case in which the law could be ignored. But as it is written, the risk of getting a virus is not included.

Okay, it looks like the video above that I linked, jumped the gun a little bit. The judge in question was responding with an opinion only, saying that the Republicans who filed the lawsuit(seeking that the state's certification of the election results be set aside) would probably win it. Here's further analysis of the situation. Pennsylvania Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough made the assessment as part of an opinion explaining her rationale for blocking Pennsylvania’s election certification. A group of Republican lawmakers and candidates sued the Keystone State earlier this week, arguing that the state legislature’s mail-in voting law—Act 77—violated the commonwealth’s constitution.
-
Okay, this story just happened last night, and at this point I can't find much on it with google. I'm not sure why, it's pretty big news. A Pennsylvania Judge ruled last night that the election as it was conducted violated their State Constitution. Mailing out ballots en mass is the issue. The PA State Constitution is very specific on why a person is allowed to use a mail in ballot. So the Judge, Patricia McCullough, has ruled that the Pennsylvania election was unconstitutional. She is giving the State legislature the power to choose the electors. The legislature is controlled by the Republicans.

No, the Kraken is hacking software developed by the Defence Department
-
I’m not surprised at this as the left is pretty predictable. They’ll go from blaming the evidence(as being made up or imagined) to blaming SCOTUS before they even take the case or make a ruling. It doesn’t matter, though, Justice will be brought to you by(wait for it) the KRAKEN!
-
Finally.
-
True enough, although he isn’t like other presidents.
-
Yeah sure. Because Trump is best known for being tight-lipped, keeping his strongest arguments to himself, and maintaining a low media profile Trump is not trying this case, his team of lawyers is... BTW, I keep wondering what’s going on with President Trump, he’s been relatively understated compared to his usual self.
-
...And stop calling me Shirley!! Sorry, old movie, classic line. You all will just have to wait. The evidence is so explosive that in my opinion, the lawyers involved are keeping the worst of it for the court case presentations. That's right, they are not going to try the cases in the media. Let that sink in because it's become quite common to sway public opinion for a second and then quickly take a poll. This crime is too big, too devastating and with too many government agencies looking the other way. By how things are developing in different states but starting to converge towards SCOTUS, it's starting to look like a giant KRAKEN is taking shape.
-
I like that, “the Kraken came down to Georgia”. It’s catchy. I think I’ll start framing my headlines in terms of the Kraken...
-
No, but that’s not my point. Fraud. Simple fraud. Either it did or did not happen. How much happened will be decided when the Trump team gets to SCOTUS. Because the courts thus far haven’t been looking at the evidence. Not one shred of evidence has been presented yet, according to Jenna Ellis. They are right now at the 3rd District Court, and will shortly be booted up to SCOTUS. Then your question of how much fraud will be presented. But more importantly, the issue of unequal treatment of votes in large cities versus towns will be under a microscope.
-
What we have here, is another misinformed Canadian that thinks dead people voting doesn't immediately constitute fraud because it happens every election.
-
Oops, my mistake...
-
Well that's generous of you, hopefully you have a short list of organizations from which you'll choose for my $100 should I lose the wager. That way the disappointment will be greater, hehehe. I'm still confident about it, I'm just waiting for this thing to get its way to the Supreme Court. Apparently one case is at the 3rd District, which is a federal court. There's so many different courts and suits it's hard to keep track. A group in Wisconsin has brought a legal action this week challenging the election result. They say they've identified 150,000 fraudulent ballots, including 10,000 republican votes that didn't get counted. GOP voters had their ballots requested and filled out by another person. Time will tell...

Back in 2017, after Trump had won, CNN was reeeeeeally curious to find out whether voting machines might be hackable. A team of hackers found several ways of compromising the machines. You Trump haters might not want to watch this one, A few tidbits from the video, remember this is 2017, and they are talking about 2020. But now that Biden has won, it's funny how there's nothing to see here... "If we don't get our act together quickly, this could be one of the biggest threats to American democracy in our history." "Do you believe that right now we are in a position where the 2020 election will be hacked? Oh, without question. the 2020 election will be hacked no matter what we do....

I'm going to ignore your post for the most part because I can see there's no point in engaging you in conversation. The above part I will respond to as an example for anyone reading this thread who can think critically. The above is made up nonsense, unfortunately. Death threats in Toronto Canada, which hates Trump and is rooting for Biden all the way. Same goes for Colorado, where Biden beat Trump by 13 points. If there is some hate online, well everyone in this election cycle is getting that. Is everyone(Biden, Trump, various judges, lawyers, politicians and civil servants) immediately folding up their tents and going into hiding? Not really, but Argus wants you to believe that Dominion was so shaken by some idiots who live in their mother's basement, that they went into hiding. When you can't present reasonable arguments, spreading BS around is what the left turns to. I believe the phrase is, "baffle them with bullshit".

No, I clarified who, and why is above...sorry for the confusion!
