  1. Yes, basically we are in a waiting game. At least 4 states illegally changed their laws concerning mail in ballots, and then counted the illegal ballots. In Georgia alone, there were 2.5 million mail in ballots, and only 951 were rejected! That itself is simply impossible. But there were many other illegal actions. In PA they disregarded Alito's ruling on the segregated ballots until after the fact. Others post dated mail with the previous day's date, also illegal. They also accepted ballots with no signature, and the list goes on and on. And this is without the Dominion voting machines, connected to the internet when they weren't supposed to be, with memory cards disappearing, numbers changing and more. But Justice John Roberts is concerned about reputation? The US is in danger of becoming a banana republic, hopefully the other 5 justices can talk some sense to him. If only to put their approval on the election and to prevent states from leaving the union, they need to hear this case.
  2. no court has had the constitution question put before them until now.
  3. More accurately, I don’t like how you guys ignored your own constitutions and carried out your elections by stuffing ballot boxes. Those of us who obeyed the laws don’t think that you should be allowed to behave like a banana republic.
  4. That headline is wrong, and as usual is misrepresenting the facts. No one is asking for the election to be overturned. To the post below: Cannucklehead, Trump is not part of the lawsuit at the date of this post, its just a simple fact. He may join the lawsuit, but as at the time of the post, he hadn't.
  5. We will find out soon, I think.
  6. Well yes, it’s been reported, maybe not official yet. But get used to the ratio... ?
  7. Speaking of which, it’s been reported that SCOTUS has decided to hear the Texas case, by a 6 to 3 margin. Better get used to that margin, folks...
  8. Forbes, that bastion of state constitutional law has decided to weigh in, eh? I'll wait for a source with a little more knowledge on the matter...like SCOTUS, thanks anyway. If laughter gives you the risk of pulling a muscle, perhaps you need to take better care of yourself, or at least eat more chicken...
  9. 17 States now, eh? With a 6 to 3 conservative majority in the Supreme Court, Trump haters are starting to get just a little bit nervous... the Kraken is lurking, folks.
  10. Yes, at the very least there were many legal problems with how the ballots were mailed, processed and counted.
  11. Yeah, this Texas development has really triggered you, too bad about that...maybe try to not drink and post?
  12. This seems to have gone over your head. Counting the ballots early was against the law. Posting the early results before or during voting would serve to affect the voting turn out, this is a basic fact that you should know.
  13. You're saying that early voting stats were available before the election. They were not allowed to start counting these mail in ballots until election day, so that proves just more illegal activity.
  14. Wrong. That’s just a theory hatched to excuse wild result spikes for Biden, which were nothing more than voter fraud.
  15. I don't pretend. Nor does introducing a faulty argument change the fact that you are worried this morning. If I were you, I wouldn't worry. Just learn to adjust to reality. Spending the last 4 years insisting that Trump wasn't a legitimate president has ruined some people's perspective, don't let it ruin yours. Some of us are going to insist that this election needs to be looked into. If you can't allow a couple of months of this after spending 4 years of sulking, then I can't help you.
  16. You seem to be upset this morning. I think I can tell when you’re worried about Trump... In which case I bid you a Texas sized GOOD MORNING!!
  17. Apparently you aren't aware of what Texas did?
  18. 1) A court hasn't paid attention. Yet... 2) There are plenty of Republicans who are a part of the establishment first and conservative second, or not at all. Any Republicans who brought in the Dominion voting machines are either useful idiots or a part of the establishment/problem. 3) The news media has become an entertainment industry chasing market share rather than one that seeks the truth first and let the chips fall where they may. So you're listening to just as many partisan schmucks as I am. Your problem is, you don't realize it yet.
  19. I've noticed that you don't usually come out and say that voting fraud never happened. Instead, you ask, why did the court in so and so(fill in the blank) throw out the case? And similarly here, you don't claim that their suit is without merit or frivolous, instead you ask if the actions of the various Rinos makes sense. I am not a lawyer, nor do I have insider's knowledge of the state politics involved, so I simply can't answer that question, and neither can you. But whether or not it makes sense is not relevant. The legal issues involved are what is relevant. At the end of the day, Why the various legislation was passed is not going to affect whether or not it opposes the related state constitutions. In at least one case, the legislation was passed long before the Covid Pandemic started (Georgia, October of 2019). Either their constitution takes precedence or it does not.
  20. Whether or not it makes sense to you at this point, is irrelevant. They passed legislation that superseded their own constitution. It was a stupid thing to do.
  21. To add to this legal case, Texas just sued Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. Read all about it here.
  22. Has anyone noticed that Kamala Harris, who celebrated her win and famously said to Ol’ Joe, “Let’s get to work!”, hasn’t yet resigned her Senate seat? Even she recognizes that this election is as crooked as a philadelphia lawyer.
  23. Okay, here's some news. Judge Alito, who has charge of the Third District Court, has asked officials in Pennsylvania to file briefs in response to a lawsuit to overturn the election results there. It apparently has to do with the Act 77 legislation that was voted into law in 2019, and is in direct violation of the Pennsylvania constitution. By 9 am tomorrow they are to have filed their briefs. The suit is arguing that Act 77 was illegal because it allowed people to have mail in ballots with no reason or excuse. This Act was passed in October 2019, long before Covid could have been an excuse for it. Tomorrow is apparently an important day, its called a Safe Harbour day. By this day its hoped that any controversy over a Presidential election has worked itself out. The States are to now begin making their electoral college selections so that they are complete by December 14. So time is of the essence.
  24. They sure aren't. Biden doesn't capture people's interest or passions, after all. He's just the "anybody but orange man" vote, which is really just more of the power of Trump deranging the left. Biden can't hold a candle to Obama, btw, whose cult following was probably second only to President Trump. He's one you'll never forget, that I can promise you!
  25. You’re getting confused, let me try to clear it up. I’m talking about the Trump Legal Team. That means the a Trump Legal Team. Giuliani. Ellis. Not other private citizens filing suits on their own. Though now the count may be up to 4.
