  1. Words used out of context are meaningless. You don't want democratic government. You want anarchy. What does that have to do with rebelling against democratic rule?
  2. Smart ass quoted nonsensical excerpts are meaningless. Sure isn't my problem. But I totally agree with you that FORCED assimilation SHOULD be over, even though it is the minority that is doing the forcing.
  3. There is no need to be sarcastic. The English language freely propagated itself and was freely chosen as the majority language of commerce and common communication by the citizens of Canada. There is NO "if not" about it as there were never, to date, any imposed language policies forcing the use of the English language in Canada. You must be confused in not realizing Canada's freely established de-facto national language is Canada's chosen language.
  4. I do not support imposed, forced language policies of any kind. But if you consider protecting the majority English language from a minority French linguistic attack via imposed language policies, then I do support protecting users of the de-facto majority English language utilizing language policies or similar. You must be a fool not to agree. Another bambino favourite type post...linkless and void of any type of proof to support his views. Culture and language are most certainly tied to race. Unlike Blacks who cannot do much relating to skin colour, Francophones have chosen to be a linguistic minority in Canada and refused to assimilate. The following quote defines a minority group based on ethnicity and race: http://www.trinity.edu/~mkearl/race.html Definition of ethnic group: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethnic_group
  5. http://www.abc.net.au/am/content/2008/s2321043.htm Duh, who ever imagined that race would be an issue in this campaign. Repeat after me, Democrats are dummies, Democrats are dummies. Ha-ha-ha. I liked what David Letterman had to say about Obama:
  6. Thanks for confirming that the federal government has no business in the 'thankless' Canadian language game. Language should be a private matter and not dragging in the tax payers of Ontario to entertain and subsidize minority Francophone fantasies. Say that while looking at yourself in the mirror.
  7. Culture is a compenent of race. Any kind of provincial MINORITY forced language policy is a Quebec style racist language policy. Do you think the majority English population of Ontario is going to tolerate being trampled on by a Quebec style racist language policy implemented by corrupt socialists that reflect only 'the will' of Francophones?
  8. It is not a concept created by me but a racially discriminatory concept initiated by Quebec. If Francophone groups continue to impose their French language via Quebec style racist policies in provinces outside of Quebec where no current language policies exist, then yes, the majority de-facto English language and its users must be protected by provincial law. And if English is made 'provincially official' then yes it will be the 'official language of commerce' and will be the ONLY language of commerce. You are confused between what provincially constitutes majority vs. minority language rights. They ARE NOT federal rights. You don't understand their was NO federal or provincial legislation that initially created the English language as the national de-facto language of Canada.
  9. Especially not recognizing the fact that forcing English speaking Canadians to accept the 'linguistic will of Francophones ' by policy is unjust, racially discriminatory, irresponsible and totally unacceptable. Everyone knows this but socialist politicians who have their hands out to be at some point federally awarded for their unjust efforts thereby discriminating against the Canadian citizens who have built provinces, creating jobs, utilizing the majority English 'de facto' language of Canada.
  10. All the more reason the charter should have been scrapped initially. Unfortunately whether Quebec approved or not is elementary as the majority of other provinces did approve of the constitution. As far as I know Quebecers are Canadian citizens and therefore must abide by our constitution or separate. Anyways Quebec recognizes the constitution as proven back quite a while ago: http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html...752C1A961958260
  11. Exactly, and as a duty to majority English speaking Canadians it should and can protect its own laws. If a federal referendum was called to protect a right within the federal constitution relating to provincial discrimination, it would most certainly have an effect on provincial laws. I know you don't view culture as part of race. Forceful propagation of ANY MINORITY language by government forces via charter, policy, act or whatever is DISCRIMINATION. Maybe you don't think so but many other Canadians do not appreciate having the will of Francophones and their minority language forced on them with a referendum on the issue. It is discriminatory. I am glad you understand how Quebec linguistic racist linguistic policies are propagated to Ontario and other majority FREE English speaking provinces. And you wonder why the English language and its users must be protected from this French linguist racist invasion via racist imposed policies. Yes I think it was a good thing. You don't expect the feds to spend wads of money to keep children ignorant and not suited for modern society, do you?
  12. That is the whole idea of making the English language provincially official. And it is not discriminating, as the de facto English language of Canada must be preserved to protect the functuality of the common language of commerce and communication. Because relating to the national commercial use of any language their are NO specific rights. You mean you know the drill. Bilingualism is not a language.
  13. Certainly not. But they can invoke their own 'Notwithstanding clause' or implement other ways to prevent blatant discrimination such as plebiscites or referendums to address the issue. You are out to lunch. Official languages English and French are only under federal authority and not provincial authority. So in understanding that fact, you are saying a minority discriminating against a majority is honky dory. Bwa-ha-ha-ha....and if English Canada takes steps to prevent a minority from discriminating against a majority, you view this as being racist. Er, no ladies and gentleman English speaking Canadians are required not to 'flinch' while Francophones raid the land stealing jobs under 'fraudulent bilingualism'. This puts unilingual speaking Canadians out of work in their own majority English speaking provinces, but this is okay. Please comprehend the two different statements, one telling it as it is and the other telling what to do about the situation. What law imposes the English language? Most freely learn it, for personal gain. Freedom is a beautiful thing, isn't it. What you have is a predetermined opinion that undemocratically establishes racist language laws and policies. A referendum is required.
  14. The federal government like Quebecs provincial government can do what it wants, even write up a law that discrimnates against Francophones. Actually I would like to see the charter scrapped. All provinces would label themselves 'distinct' and develop their own constitution. You favour discrimination, lets have discrimination. Your just being nasty because English Canada has no current language laws applied to Francophones whereas the English could walk into Quebec and do what the Francophones are doing throughout Canada forcing racist language and bilingualism laws.
  15. Then if you feel that way, you must be a moron to make a reply.
  16. No, I mocked the smart ass back. Infallible is defined as incapable of error. Humans do not posses a faultless thinking process. So it is an illogical, nonsensical smart ass statement.
  17. What makes you think the federal government cannot defend majority English speaking Canadians from Nazi type racist policies implemented provincially utilizing the Notwithstanding clause or without using the Notwithstanding clause but nevertheless implements racist language policies? The point is the federal government of Canada has an obligation to protect the fundamental rights of English speaking Canadians who currently have no similar racist language policies in ANY majority English speaking province. With the federal government not acting (to protect English speaking Canadians from the detrimental repercussions of racist language policies) only encourages majority English speaking provinces to protect themselves in the same manner as Quebec. Again, no one is suggesting to ban other languages but simply to designate the existing de-facto English language 'official' to ensure the functionality of the country remains intact and linguistically competent according to the wishes of the large majority of Canadians. The English language was FREELY chosen by Canadians as the common language of Canada. The English language was NOT propagated by government. Why don't you move to a country that specifically utilizes French as the language of the country if you cannot face the fact that the French language FAILED to FREELY propagate itself in Canada.
  18. If this was only a "nice trip" and the U.S. presidential campaign has not even begun, nor the party conventions have not yet been held, then what the hell is Obama giving president like speeches for?
  19. And in turn I mocked him. BTW-Stop your racist insinuations.
  20. The Supreme Court found sections of Bill-101 unconstitutional. Quebec then invoked the Notwithstanding clause rather then be FORCED to amend Bill-101. The Notwithstanding clause can be overridden when it comes to protecting fundamental rights such as freedom of expression, but was not. If the federal government refuses to stand up for the rights of Canadians...what can be said. There is no law preventing a province to establish its majority language as the official language of its province as the province has the legal right to control language. This is all I am advocating. How else can provinces fight linguistic abuse of the majority language propagated especially by the federal government or various levels of government in a manner not consistent with the will of the people?
  21. Since when is anyone required or forced to answer an assholic question. You must think this is Russia and you are part of the Russian Gestapo. Or worst still a Liberal. So the guy complimented Whites and I agreed.
  22. I agree with this statement from the initial article: And that is exactly what was planned. An Obama president style propaganda speech, specifically designed to drum up votes back in the U.S.
  23. Lol, I see you are playing both sides of the coin again. Typical, very typical. It seems this is your normal way of trying to win debates with personal insults and childlike French comedy. You are plain nuts. They invoked it initially but like I said, the Bourassa government withdrew or removed it. http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/cdngover...thstanding.html And why did they remove it? In 1993, after the law was criticized by the United Nations Human Rights Committee, the Bourassa government rewrote the law and the notwithstanding clause was removed. But you know almost everyone in Canada knows Quebec STILL racially discriminates but it appears national federal political parties do not have the desire and NONE will suggest forcing Quebec to stop racially discriminating against English speaking Canadians. This leaves English speaking Canadians constitutionally unprotected from the antics of a single province.
  24. You have left out one, municipal and not only pertaining to Quebec. Any policy that implements and establishes a minority language into the workings of a free flowing majority language is a racist policy. Treat everyone equal. The same linguistic policies for all, or terminate ALL racist language policies, including Quebec's with court action. And racist. Propagating racist minority language policies to induce bilingualism is racist and terribly discriminates against the users of the English language and cripples their access to normal English speaking jobs in majority English speaking provinces. Federal, some provincial and some municipal government are in linguistic collusion in a effort to implement racist language laws. Racist laws have nothing to do with bilingualism. Federal style bilingualism has failed and provinces outside of New Brunswick REFUSE to designate themselves officially bilingual. That is what the problem is....no province wants or needs official bilingualism especially when provincial taxpayers are FORCED to pay for bilingualism policies and pay to give English speaking jobs to Francophones. Neither does Quebec want any form of bilingual policies. They are the ones who initially implemented racist laws to protect French resources and French jobs from being accessed or taken by English speaking Canadians.
