Leafless replied to Leafless's topic in Local Politics in Canada
The city of Ottawa without a referendum implemented and recognized this: Note: Ottawa recognizes FEDERAL official languages in a province that is NOT officially bilingual and has NO language policy of any kind. Language is a provincial right and no one is forced to cater to federal official languages. Note: In Ottawa's 'Declaration of Principle' they make no mention that official languages means federal official languages and NOT provincial official languages. This is why I strongly advocate that the province primarily protect majority English speaking jobs by designating the province of Ontario officially English speaking in order to HALT the concept of FORCING 96% majority English speaking Ontarians to be discriminated on by forcing them to learn French to become artificially bilingual for NO justifiable reason. DO YOU WANT QUEBECERS MANY OF THEM ALREADY HERE, STEALING MORE ONTARIO JOBS? THIS IS BESIDES TAKING THEIR EARNED INCOME BACK TO QUEBEC THUS DEPLETING ONTARIO'S ECONOMY EVEN FURTHER. -

There is no such thing as a bilingual community. What you have are the residents of Russell who speak two different languages with one being the English language which is also the de-facto language of all of Canada. Relating to language and to be to be accepted as real, YES. Nice piece of NOTHING. What Russell Township is doing is RACIALLY DISCRIMINATING against an identifiable group of Canadian citizens namely White, English speaking Canadians via discriminatory language sign policies. Fundamental Charter Rights, namely freedom of EXPRESSION has denied to this group of English speaking Canadian citizens. This is relating to the fact anyone can post a sign in the language anyone chooses. Ontario is NOT Quebec. This is what you quoted: You altered that quote by including "unconstitutionally". So, I never did say 'morally unconstitutionally'. All I was referring to is that federal politician have a level of moral responsibility by attending to the concerns of majority Canadians, rather than dwell on minority demands. You are describing what Quebec politicians ARE but not describing what they are doing with their linguistic laws. And what they are doing is discriminating, not against a single person, but an identifiable group namely White, English speaking Canadians. This translates into RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. Describing the different cultures in Russell would be multicultural. -

Nope, 'racial discriminating' is what I mean. How else do you describe members of the same 'White race' discriminating against other members of the same 'White race' via culture/language laws. I am not the first one to describe Quebec language laws as being racist. -

There is no such thing as a "bilingual community" in Ontario as Ontario is NOT officially bilingual. You can describe the community as being multi-cultural. For a municipality to legislate language rights such as designating a city bilingual requires a charter. Municipal governments are not federal governments but and get around dictating or legislating language laws in a fraudulent manner using the word 'SERVICES'. ABSOLUTELY via LANGUAGE LAWS. This is totally irrelevant as Ontario is not officially bilingual. This makes Anglo-Francophone populations, linguistically speaking non-existent. Again, federal language laws are not applicable in Ottawa, Ontario. Federal linguistic laws are being emulated and implemented fraudulently under the word SERVICES in Ottawa and smaller Eastern Ontario municipalities. Dictated imposed language laws CANNOT be viewed as justified, under ANY circumstances, in any free, democratic society without the consent of the populace via REFERENDUM. Your facts are FRAUDULENT FACTS and propagated in the same fashion as the charter was, commie style. I own the house and probably am old enough to be your father. It appears you possess the qualifications of a dictator. Queen's Park, CBC, or courts are corrupted with socialist and minority French ideologies. Use the quote function so you cannot alter what I said. The constitution is useless if politicians are not devoted to and choose to ignore majority cultural realities. There is no other country in the entire WORLD to compare it to. Well, if they are not, then how do you describe members of the same 'White' race discriminating against other members of that White race on grounds of culture/language, without using the words 'racially discriminating'? Are you advocating violence on this website? Are you trying to curtail free speech by trying to instill a level of fear? Are you a F#$%#^**$ commie. BTW..you are on the Internet all day it seems so the least you can do is spell it correctly. -

Human beings, oh you mean people. Ones personal views concerning objections to intertwining of races does not constitute racism. Oh yes, you are university educated....that was the University of '0', right. You don't have any case because we are talking 'racial discrimination' from the same 'White' race but different culture/language. Why would I do that? I am certain he is aware of his ethnicity. -
http://www.canada.com/ottawacitizen/news/s...25c88a5&p=1 The same article suggest utilizing alternative voting technology. But why go to all this expense to ensure Quebec separatist votes count when we all are aware that if they wish to protest, they simply will not vote period. Only in Canada you say....Bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha.

Obviously you are playing games. The federal government has a DUTY to enforce charter rights, BUT DOES NOT. I am specifically referring to 'Fundamental Freedoms' "2( which reads: freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other means of communication". The language law Russell council members have implemented denies users of the majority English language to post signs in WHATEVER language they wish to post business signs in. This mirrors the action of other small municipalities in Eastern Ontario who have implemented similar discriminatory language laws. City of Ottawa council members voted in favour of a language law via a bilingualism act or policy. It was allowed by the premier Ontario, Liberal Dalton Mc.Guinty but the premier did not make it official by provincially enshrining that bilingual policy. Ottawa's bilingual policy discriminates against the majority English population by denying the majority English speaking population from freely working in the natural dominant English language for the City of Ottawa or its public institutions hospitals etc. and has spread to private businesses. This type of racial discrimination is unacceptable. It is obvious the premier of the province is a French lackey with no respect for the Charter and fails to protect the majority English speaking residents of Ontario by NOT implementing English as Ontario's official language. The Francophone population in Ontario is approx. 4% of Ontario's population and is totally unjustifiable for the premier to allow minority language laws to rule the majority English language of Ontario. Without morals the country is lost. Corruption and dysfunctional governments rule. We already know Canadian democracy is corrupt and dysfunctional. Do you understand Quebec should have been kicked out of confederation years ago. Again you are relating to hybrids and refuse to admit race, culture/language are components of one another and one component can not exist without the other components. -

They are not delusions. The fact is you and I simply have different opinions. And mine are based on fact. Neither can you, unless of course you feel your superior intelligence supercedes the (ahem) good courts of Canada. Forty years of PM's from Quebec proves my point. You are partly correct. You are simply an inferior Francophone on a mission to linguistically destroy Canada and use it as a base for your mama country, France. -

You are now talking hybrids. But race, language and culture perfectly identifies these hybrids. Is it my fault it is allowed for different races to intertwine with other races and different cultures. -

Not prejudiced....FACTUAL. Language laws and language charters speak for themselves...commie. To establish that FRADULENT statement requires a referendum and not the opinion of traitors. I really don't give a damn about you and your and your three or four extreme socialist nut cases. The number of hits on MY thread is what matters and that number is quite impressive. English speaking Canadians are tired of being played for fools by retarded, socialist, misfit politicians bent on culture and dysfunctional incompetent governments. -

LIES! The federal government actively promotes and finances the concept of bilingualism within the confines of provincial and municipal governments. Morally they are. When legislative authority overules the desires of the populace, especially relating to their own constitution and de-facto language, makes the government corrupt. Majority English speaking Ontarians have been denied, morally right and fair treatment, relating to referendums both federally and at the provincial and municipal level. The federal, provincial and municipal government have passed or condoned language laws that specifically use bilingualism as the carrier that forces French as the second language. These language laws have CRIPPLED the NATURAL free flowing dominating characteristics of the English language especially in cities like Ottawa, Ontario and have forced majority English speaking Ontarians to become bilingual if they want employment in jobs that were previously English speaking ONLY. Ontarian's must be linguistically politically protected against corrupt, discriminatory language policies propagated by corrupt dysfunctional government at various levels. I don't give a damn what you wonder....commie boy. You say it says "nothing about culture or race" and it is race that is being defined? And you say you are speaking English? When one speaks race on a level relating to society and not science, it automatically implies and suggest colour, culture, language. If race was excluded, language and culture would be meaningless. Anyways racial discrimination is what we are talking about: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racism http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethnic_group -

The Charter of Rights and Freedoms is a sham created by a French communist inspired PM. The premiers of this country were hoodwinked by Trudeau and the citizens of this country betrayed by not being included in the decision making process by way of referendum either by the federal or provincial governments. It is certainly refreshing to know that the personal opinions of a handful of politicians speaks for the tens of millions of Canadian citizen relating to THEIR OWN CONSTITUTION. Are you talking language laws??? If you are SAY SO. Or try to describe what you are talking about. Corrupt language legislation uses the word SERVICES to create discriminatory language legislation. How would you know? The federal and provincial government do not implement referendums on the issue...commie boy. -

We know that. And we also know that there are no laws limit the FREE use of the French language. What we are talking about are corrupt government policies FORCING the use of the French language relating to private buisness and the majority English culture. And why shouldn't I propose it when all levels of government have FAILED to act to protect users of the English language against OUTRIGHT LINGUISTIC FRENCH DISCRIMINATION VIA CORRUPT POLICIES. Oh look, he spelled his nationalistic Quebecois screen name CANADIEN in English. Don't worry, I get it. The French would NOT conform back then and to this day the French will NOT conform. I know what dysfunctional and certain traitorous governments have concluded and implemented. French is NOT a de-facto national language and will NEVER be. No province freely wants it or they would have been designated officially bilingual years ago by REFERENDUM. I never said assimilation. Not assimilation but French language policies FORCING French ideologies into the majority English speaking culture. These policies create the illusion that Canada is officially freely driven by both the English and French language when it fact it is the creation of Nazi type bilingual cultural policies. So far discriminatory French language policies have been propagated and allowed by all levels of government without any kind of referendum. This is not assimilation but Nazi type social engineering. -

I am not proposing anything that Quebec and Ontario Francophones HAVE NOT ALREADY IMPLEMENTED. You are a sniveling turn coat. But that is not anything new is it, as the French were also one of the primary causes of the American Revolution. And it looks like your pushing for the same in Canada. There are no FULLY NATIONAL or FULLY PROVINCIAL OFFICIAL Francophone language rights. The only language rights Francophones have are those DICTATED AND IMPLEMENTED BY DISCRIMINATORY LANGUAGE POLICIES. Nope. Its your dismal comprehension that is responsible for you continually using the word 'contradict'. -

Tyranny is all in your head as well as non-existent rights. I never claimed that. Being assimilated means being absorbed into a LARGER body. What is happening to English speaking Canadians is that they are being made victims or fools of, relating to a corrupt, imposed bilingual policy that specifically caters to Francophone ideologies and their language via corrupt socialist municipal politicians. -

We have a federal and provincial governments that are supposed to prevent this kind of situation from occurring initially. Looks like the are incapable of doing their job. A mature adult that advocates anarchy? You are describing hybrids who nevertheless are still racially interconnected to a single or several racial components. Race is not only confined to skin colour. Skin colour is only a single component of race. The Concise Oxford Dictionary defines race as : 1. each of the divisions of humankind, having distinct physical characteristics. 2. A tribe, nation, etc., regarded as a distinct ETHNIC stock. 3. the fact or concept of division into races (discrimination based on race). 4. a genus, species, breed, or variety of animals, plants or micro-organisms. 5. a group of persons, animals or plants connected by common descsent. 6 . any great division of living creatures ( the feathered race, the four footed race). 7. descent; kindred (of noble race; separate in language and race). 8. a class of persons etc. with som common feature. Looks like you are out to lunch.
