http://www.canada.com/ottawacitizen/news/s...56-1a8347d90324 Here is absolute proof how divisive culture is to Canadian unity. Some Blacks are no better, denouncing Canadian or U.S. culture, in favour of the Black African culture. When minority cultures cannot accept the primary culture that is responsible for the creation of Canada namely the White, English speaking culture of the Anglosphere, then the country is in trouble.

Does Canada really want Canadians to have families?
Leafless replied to Leafless's topic in Political Philosophy
The export of private Canadian investors money to foreign lands to support foreign manufacturing does mean conventional capitalism has collapsed. -
Happy July 4 (and Dominion Day)!

Did the colonies in America simply want it all at the expense of poor Britain. The revolution was basically about 'taxation without representation' and the 'Rights of Englishmen' in the Magna Carta. But in effect it was argued by the British that the colonist were virtually represented by 'Members of Parliament' who had been elected by similar voters who basically represented their concerns. So what have you really got to be proud about by taking advantage of political mayhem that probably would have been rectified at a later time. Or is there more to this than outright greed? -

Observations are fact. Are you in denial that the country is in an acute state of confusion caused by the collapse of conventional capitalism? -

Beats me! Maybe party time, for a reason that is not understood. http://www.ired.com/news/mkt/can-day.htm -
Jamaica to-day, like Canada is a Commonwealth realm, with a British tradition so strong that its official SINGLE language is the English language. I don't know why I bother to waste my time with an idiot like you whose only purpose is to ridicule the intellect of other posters and derail or destroy or control the post topic to in order to censure material Dancer finds personally offensive.

Does Canada really want Canadians to have families?

The last thing I need is the state meddling around in relationships. I do not believe there is a need for immigration. What has happened is that quality jobs have disappeared related to manufacturing and have been replaced by menial service oriented jobs many Canadians do not want. Immigrants are being brought in to fill these menial jobs. I honestly believe that if Canadian companies had the ability to create jobs that provided a secure future Canadians would have the incentive to have families. The country is slowly transforming into a low class minimum wage society. -
Currently what initiatives does the federal government provide to encourage Canadians to raise families? Immigration seems to be no problem with the feds spending billions of dollars relating to the cost of immigration and immigrants in Canada. So why the problem with not providing incentives for Canadians to have families? Is there more that meets the eye?

That should have read 'British West Indies Crown Colony of Jamaica'. Jamaica is the third most populous English speaking country in the Americas after the U.S. and Canada. It is obvious you are a bigot and refuse to accept the fact that White, English speaking Christians of the Anglosphere are currently the dominant culture of the entire planet.

Do you really think all of these Canadians really know what they are celebrating? Are you aware you are in fact celebrating Canada's status as a Dominion of the British Empire. -
These countries as I posted previously "pertain to the Anglosphere to various degrees". You don't have to be of the White race to be part of and enjoy the benefits of the White Anglosphere culture. And you will not find a definition of the 'White culture of the Anglosphere' as I used that terminology to differentiate it from other White cultures. Jamaica is a colony of Britain, is mainly Christian and has some British traditions. India is a former colony of Britain but more importantly was welcomed into the Anglosphere by George W. Bush.

The English language is an important part of the White, English speaking, Christian culture based on British history. The countries you mentioned are of the White race but not part of the Anglosphere an important component of the culture associated with the U.S./British White culture I am talking about. Obviously, there are different White cultures. Anglosphere: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anglosphere For clarification purposes we will name the form of White culture Canada is associated with as the 'White culture of the Anglosphere'.

Yes jbg, you have that right. Dominion Day an historical day with a significant tradition, unlike Canada Day, a day Anglophobes and other anti-Canadian cultures by way of state sponsorship can celebrate their disloyalty to Canada. Anyway happy Independence Day although I do have concerns relating to that day. -
White culture defines who you are. White culture is part of the Anglosphere which includes the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia and have common sociopolitical heritage and goals. I don't think there is any clear definition but IMO it is in reference to a dominant culture. This is not to be confused with thinking a dominant culture means a superior culture. This includes judging values and behaviors and is why Whites sometimes, could be labelled racist and bigots. This is because Whites only understand success and cannot understand why some individuals of other races choose detrimental lifestyles and actions and customs that are not considered the norm.

Is Harper fed up of Bush?
Leafless replied to August1991's topic in Canada / United States Relations
Have no fear. Harper like Bush won't be trading in his his cowboy boots any time soon. The pasty face crowd will be working alone.
