  1. Not really. You are throwing it around in leu of any kind of actual argument to support your position. I never offered a position here other than criticizing your use of conflating terminology and pushing the argument from authority. So, your mocking is ignorantly done here. Regarding your comment that the "scientific question isn't settled,"... that is not a position of science. Science is built on continuing to ask questions and challenges. You are pushing a dogma, not science. There certainly is climate change, and it is ever so slightly increasing, but the extent to which we are contributing, how bad it is, and what we can even do to stop it are all but nowhere near being "settled," as you like to use the term. No, everyone doesn't know that about being carbon-neutral, but that certainly is the fanaticism being pushed.
  2. What are you talking about? Deaths from natural disasters have decreased as our technology and ability to mitigate them, avoid them, and respond to them as increased. Never mind, vastly more people die from cold than heat...
  3. By sending aid BEFORE the invasion. By collaboration with NATO to send weapons packages BEFORE the invasion. By being more forceful instead of inviting Russia to invade just a little bit: When you have this clown leading America after watching him run from the Taliban like he disgracefully did...
  4. No, not stupid at all. However, you are certainly not being earnest at all. You made a post about an Israeli protest blocking the Mitzpe Ramon entry... and when I made a point about how Israeli forces have routinely broken up those protests to allow aid through... you then pivot to a completely different argument about how the current war effort has temporarily closed the Rafah and Kerem Shalom entry points. You know, because when Hamas is fighting near them and attacking IDF forces near them, it makes it hard for drivers and the UN to coordinate trucks. Israel continues to try to reopen them though... I did not merely critique the source. I clearly critiqued the fact that the source did not provide any evidence to support their claim. So, again, where is the evidence for all these people starving to death? The UN certainly doesn't have any. Do you need me to quote that from the source you provided? Did you even read it? Wow, what an intelligent and well-thought-out response.
  5. Incentives? Um, no. It was punishment for failure to comply, and to the point, it was ruled unconstitutional. Biden abused his authority. You cheer him on here and try to justify his actions when he acts like a dictator instead of condemning him. Oh... so how exactly is Trump going to be a dictator, as you fearmonger about then? Yet again, Biden is losing in court here because he abused the power of the federal government to silence and censor people. You cheer on his abuse of power. Lying, is a protected 1st Amendment activity and it is not Biden's job to determine what information is a lie and what is not, and then silencing what they choose is a lie. Again, you cheer on his dictator attempts. Yeah, just like a mafia boss doesn't have to order his hitman directly to take out someone... Give me a break with this nonsense. The AG reports to Biden and acts at his discretion. Biden picked him up, Biden supported him, and the AG is now carrying out the political vendetta on Biden's behalf.
  6. Feel free to explain what ignorance it is you are accusing me of, if you can. I doubt your ability though, since this is the best you could come up with over a week later...
  7. No, it did not. You said: "Sure. So Republicans can BLAME Joe for provoking the invasion. " Russia invaded either way. Russia was staging an invasion. We knew about it for months. It is not like Putin secretly hid an entire Army building up on the border for months. The logistics of shipping in tanks, armor, aircraft, and all the other components to fight a war. And your big argument is that Biden did nothing BEFORE they invaded because he was scared of the politics. Russia was already preparing for war. They had already taken Crimea and were actively fighting and supplying the Donbas region. Your argument is this dumb: There is a train headed for a cliff, the tracks lead there and the train is on those tracks heading that way. At its current speed, by all indications, it is indeed headed for that cliff and will certainly go right off. Your big argument is that Biden couldn't try to stop it, because his actions might lead it to go off the cliff. It is already going off the cliff. No, it didn't. If you argue that helping Ukraine BEFORE the war would not have stopped Putin, helping them after he invaded isn't going to either. The simple fact is that we could have invested money into Ukraine before Russia invaded, bolstering their defenses, and at worst it would have made Putins invasion attempt far less successful. At best, he would have seen we were committed to their defense and changed his mind because the costs were too high.
  8. So.. again, you are arguing Biden let Russia invade Ukraine because he was afraid of the politics of it if he stopped them?
  9. Well, that is the point I am getting at here though... white people are in fact being denied equal treatment. You do not need a "Black History Month" to have more focus on ensuring there is history of all people and if you are going to say having a "Black History Month" is OK, then so to should a "White History Month" be OK. Etc...etc... Except, they are in fact saying they are proud to be black. White people should be just as able to be proud of themselves and their color, who they are, as anyone else is.
  10. How so? How am I the problem and what is this problem?
  11. I know the difference between someone being honest and someone just jerking me around. I gave you the data to back up my claim. You are more than welcome to contact COGAT and ask them for their raw numbers. What you are doing is ignoring them posting that they counted X amount of aid, because you want to see their excel spreadsheets. That is fine, if you want to do that... but it doesn't discount anything or negate the data they are providing. Or the obvious truth to it as they show pictures and evidence almost daily.
  12. I did not lie about anything. I asked a rhetorical question based on what you said. Your response to me was that Biden should not have done anything to help prevent Russia from invading because it would not play out well politically for him. I did not say "token" arms shipments either. If your argument is that arms shipments won't stop Putin, so you think we should stop helping them now too?
  13. You are conflating an awful lot of things here. "community" / "consensus" / "unanimity" / "entire scientific community" Um, at the heart of all of this is the logical fallacy of argument from authority. That aside, what there is, is a very tiny segment of the "entire scientific community", that specializes in so-called climate science and out of all the papers written on the subject, if you review them generally speaking, you find a consensus regarding climate change being real, generally speaking. Thats it. There is no near unanimous consent among all scientists as if every astro physicist or Nuclear Engineer agrees... Hell, among so called claimed scientists, there is no consensus on how bad climate change is, what should be done about it, how much humans contribute, what humans can realistically do to stop it... etc... You boil this down, what you have is a general understanding that climate is changing, it appears to be slightly increasing and is on pace to continue to do so... and humans contribute some part to that. It pretty much ends right there.
  14. So... we should not have worked to create Israel because it would make the Jew hating Arabs uber mad? What next, it is plain to see why Jews were wrong to exist in Germany and it is really all their fault Hitler rounded them up to kill them?
  15. None of us will be around to look forward to any of that. What we can look forward to now is the destruction of Hamas and Israel occupation that will lead to the start to an eventual reversal of a generation of brainwashing Hamas put on their people and children. You support this of course? Right? Or do you want Hamas to live on so they can keep attacking Israel and brainwashing their kids to hate Jews?
  16. I did prove what I said, then you pretended like you could not understand the source. No stall tactic at all, just not interested in dumb games like yours. Here are some more pretty pictures for you to pretend like you can't figure out:
  17. I can't help you. I am not in the business of spoon-feeding someone who should be a grown adult fully capable of having a shred of intellectual integrity to look at what I shared here and grasp on their own where this data comes from and that they have been posting evidence about it basically daily since the outset of the war. Instead, you tried to act like what I said about aid was false and then feigned doubt over my source. I can only speak to what your comments here allude to... which is that through your comments and actions in liking posts, you certainly seem to favor Hamas here over Israel. You like comments calling this genocide, you say Israel is going too far, which is a defacto support for Hamas living on... You tell me. You want Hamas to survive and Israel to stop the war? Or... should Hamas surrender?
  18. So, I ask you to criticize Hamas, and you turn it into attacking Israel even more again. This is so comically sad. Do you even realize how incapable you are of just criticizing Hamas? If the real root cause is Iran, China, and Russia, why do you keep criticizing Israel? And... its a pretty lame excuse to let terrorists live and continue to kill you, because if you stop them more terrorists will be created. That makes no sense. At all.
  19. LOL, as usual, I always bring the receipts while you folks play this disingenuous game. Are you really this unaware of the amount of aid efforts going on right now?
  20. There are multiple entry points of aid into Gaza every day, all day, day after day. You cite a protest that Israeli forces break up as they have in the past as evidence of what? Well, of course they do, when they can't prove out the allegation yet. Where are all these starving people? Oh, can't find them. Meanwhile, more and more aid is pouring into Gaza day after day...
  21. So, you are saying Biden let Russia invade Ukraine to play politics? Um, OK. That is a pretty awful position.
  22. This is a pretty tired schtick you have here. From Biden trying to force COVID vaccines on almost everyone in the country, his push to cancel student loans, his attempt to violate the First Amendment with his censorship schemes, how he is abusing the DOJ to go after political rivals...
  23. 2+ years into the war. Ah, yes, leading the way! If Biden were leading the way, he would have been deploying more US arms into Ukraine BEFORE Russia invaded.
  24. Yes, I did. Here you are again: "No, at least 1/3 of those are Hamas militants killed in a war. The rest are the tragic collateral damage from killing that 1/3 because Hamas is fighting from among their people and, instead of helping to keep their people safe, they willingly endanger them just so they can get folks like you to play the stupid games you are doing right now. " And yet, you are repeatedly focused on Israel in this thread. It is only when I push you to criticize Hamas you deflect to Iran, Russia, and China. If that is the real root cause you are focused on, lets see you spend your time actually focused on them instead of blaming Israel and criticizing them as you are doing. Then we support the quick and decisive destruction of the terrorist thugs doing it... Hamas.
  25. You are choosing to read into it more than is meant. I merely offered you the meaning behind the phrase. The phrase isn't meant to pretend your skin color doesn't exist. I am curious: do you cringe or take issue if a white person says they are proud to be white? What do you mean, your culture? Skin color has no culture. There is no black culture. I was in the military and served with black people from all over the country and world. I served with a guy from Nigeria and a guy from the South. Their cultures were worlds apart. One of them was basically a redneck driving a pickup truck and the other from a tribal culture who could speak something like 10 different languages. I now have a friend from Malawi and another from the rural midwest... you think they both have some "black culture?" they share? Nope. I am not shocked. We (the political left) have spent the last 10 years pushing racial division in this country, including trying to build a hierarchy of victimization to push people into.
