When that happens the stock becomes worthless and the company will be closed especially if it is seen to have been a fraud to begin with. As an investor you will only be able to get back $3000 a year as a capital.loss by filing it with the IRS , and carry over all additional losses at the same rate for as many years as it takes to get your money back. So...if you were expecting Mr. Trump to be forced to reimburse you for say...$20,000 you invested in his shell company, you are out if luck.

Economy ..if it we're based in the flat rate standard of unemployment you claim at 3.4% you state, it would be flat and stagnant , but that's A misconception. The actual standard rate is $11.06 higher than it last was the last standard measuring era...ten years c ago in the previous generation whose data was actually based on data over five years old when it was reported, just as this is for the "current" years report. So...based on how this statistic us measured, current standard rate of $27.76 is much better than the last era whose best standard was $16.70.
