This is how Kamala could win.
Hodad replied to CdnFox's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
100% right. If conservatives think picking on a woman's voice-- particularly one that's authentically joyful--is going to win them any points they are crazy. Nobody is going hear that criticism and suddenly think, " Oh, my, I don't think she should be president." They're going to correctly surmise that her critics are misogynists. And women across the country are keenly aware of how their voices are perceived and received by men--both literally and metaphorically. -

I'm guessing a LOT. The only people so obsessively hateful and full of rage are the incels. -

Oh look, another of your lies that you repeat and repeat even after being corrected. I've shown you multiple times that CNN and Fox started airing the M. Brown robbery video on the same day: the day the police released it. Why do you think you can get away with these blatant and easily disprovable lies and not get called out? So Trumpy. Your thesis is absurd, but the underlying evidence is even crazier. -
OMG, too perfect. Exactly as predicted, it's not a problem with you if Trump dehumanizes his political scapegoats with the language of Mein Kampf--surely accidental because that's just a thing people say! And I didn't quote anybody. Do you see quotation marks? He employs the dehumanizing word "vermin" as well in his hateful rhetoric, along with calling immigrants animals, and we know exactly where that language comes from and it's intended purpose. You just don't care. You tolerate it and normalize it because the ends justify the means, right? Like every complicit population in history.

The Raging Stupidity of Democrat Cultists

Positive, negative or neutral, every month. The CPI is tracked every month. That's just how it works. And it's valuable because you can pinpoint changes, when tides turn, link changes to specific events, etc. July of 22 was the turnaround, BTW. -

I really can't help it that you are economically illiterate. That's not my problem, nor is it something I can fix. But inflation has ALWAYS been tracked monthly. Biden is talking about a VERY common data point that any economist or business journalist has seen, heard and used hundreds of times. Nobody invented a new definition for anything. Your ignorance is the problem. Biden was precise and accurate. He literally specified that it was the monthly change -- no change -- in July. That's not confusing in the least. If someone wants to talk about YtY numbers, they say that. If someone talks monthly numbers, they say that. You just have to be capable of listening. If you're not smart enough to follow along, maybe you should just shut up. Trying to talk about things you don't understand just makes you look foolish. And, as predicted you can't muster up the decency to admit that you were wrong and that Biden didn't lie. You are not a man of integrity. -
It's not a conscription system. Anybody was welcome to throw their hat in the ring during the Democratic primaries, just as anyone can throw their hat in the ring right now. Nobody with considerable support did. People don't just raise their hands to run for president. Anyone close enough with a plausible shot knows they have to pick their moment. It's all about timing. The party didn't close this down. Nobody of note wanted to mount a challenge.

I really don't know how you can be so dumb, so dishonest, and still strut around like misguided rooster. Jeebus. You think Biden was senile, but he clearly knows a LOT more about economics than you do (a very low bar) and is sharper on the facts too. Here is the quote: “Today we received news that our economy had 0 percent inflation in the month of July,” he said. “Zero percent. Here’s what that means. While the price of some things went up last month, the price of other things went down by the same amount. The result, 0 inflation last month.” Biden was 100% right. The July 2022 report of the CPI shows 0% inflation. Instead of watching Fox News and re-vomiting it here like a farking bot, you could save yourself the embarrassment and check an original source. Here's the report from the BLS. <-- that funny blue underlined text means you can click it and see original data. -- I'm sure it's scary to try new things for the first time, but see if you can manage. Or here's a screenshot. Biden was right and truthful. You were wrong as always. And if past performance tells us anything, you're not even going to be man enough to admit it. You'll just keep lying about it in every goddamn thread, as you always do. You're pathetic. -
Yes, FFS. Without hesitation, reservation or doubt. Fox isn't a news network. Never has been. They don't hire journalists and have never won a single award for journalism. This is exactly what Ailes and Murdoch intended. It was literally and explicitly created to do Republican PR, not news. The fact that you still can't understand this is laughable.

He's already been found liable for sexual assault that is rape in common parlance. He's already boasted about habitual sexual assault. His first wife signed a sworn affidavit that he had raped her, IIRC. He's quite obviously and admittedly guilty of a lot of sexual misconduct. You guys just don't care. To paraphrase an awful human being, "He could rape a nun in the middle of 5th avenue and not lose any votes."

As you've repeatedly ignored, "no inflation" is your lie. You're the only one saying that. My favorite, of course, since you're such a farking sub that you'll defend it, is the inaugural rain. I also love how he completely made up that his extortion call to Zelensky was recorded, and that they released the tape. Every claim he makes about the economy is totally bogus, just made up nonsense. Biden had record inflation? Nope. Best economy in history? Nope. It's cliche at this point, but had never been more true about a politician: you'll know he's lying when his lips are moving. Trump has no conception of--nor concern with--reality. It works save time to try and identify anything he said that is true. -

No, you halfwit, Trump has never been able to speak coherently. It's just a rambling spaghetti-like like of lies. Not a surprise you can't tell the difference. And I've said for a long time that Biden was too old. But I'd take a half-present Biden over a Trump every day--and twice on Sundays. -
Smarter, mainstream Republicans are surely aware of the problem already, but the MAGA crowd lacks empathy and insight. They think "everyone" is as hateful as they are. Right now, with the prospect of a Harris candidacy, women are waking up. The disaffected middle is waking up. Minority voters are waking up. They will be energized about this election cycle in a way they simply couldn't be with a rerun between two decrepit white men. And they are going to pair her with a compelling running mate--someone like Mark Kelly. In spite of Kamala's past personality challenges, this is going to feel like a forward-looking campaign. A breath of fresh air compared to the gerentocracy. Trump spent 4 years chipping away at women's rights and civil rights, and she's going to stand onstage across from him and credibly create the starkest contrast possible. And Vance, simply doubling down on Trumpiness, would have worked fine in a race against Biden, by now becomes a liability. The antidote to the politics of hate and spite, regression and oppression will be hope and optimism. I don't love Kamala Harris--maybe no one does --but she can credibly carry the right message at the right time. She hasn't said a word yet, but this is now her race to lose. She may open polling ahead of Trump before she even campaigns. Trump is in trouble.

Was Kamala responsible for putting the hit on Donnie?

The psychic hotline, I presume? What a nutter.
