Most were retroactively classified WELL AFTER they were sent over the State Dept NIPRnet (Internet) TO Hillary. No evidence they were illegally copied from the SIPRnet to the NIPRnet servers as would have been NECESSARY if they were already classified. On top of that, Hillary cooperated with the investigation, unlike Trump who lied that all the materials were turned over Just the dozens of documents MARKED Top Secret SCI recovered from Mar-a-Lago and the false affidavit that all had been turned over IN JUNE.
