  1. We certainly have people who cause trouble and don't pull their weight. So the question would be: is it a good idea to import more?
  2. People who can't pay their way. People with values and beliefs inimical to ours who have no intention of changing or adapting. People with no interest in integrating.
  3. Muslims protest outside PMO chanting 'leave our children alone" https://thecountersignal.com/leave-our-kids-alone-protests-continue-across-canada/
  4. The weird, wacky world of the Left's refusal to accept that men are not women. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12218911/University-Wyoming-sorority-slams-sisters-suing-6ft2-260lb-trans-member.html https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12218911/University-Wyoming-sorority-slams-sisters-suing-6ft2-260lb-trans-member.html
  5. Gender is not a social construct. It has always been synonymous with sex and is treated so in law. There are only two sexes and only two genders. Anything else is fantasy, the product of ideology, narcissism, and mental illness.
  6. The destruction of reason is more dangerous than the destruction of democracy.

      Army Guy

Won't be me on the barricades, I'll be the guy in the lawn chair with a case of beer and bag of dope watching from the sidelines...I'll save you a seat, but it is bring your own dope...I'll share the beer...

  8. I would tend to agree the loudest anti-vaxers were white conservatives. BUT, from what I've seen the majority of those who refused to get vaccines were visible minorities, esp natives and blacks, and they tend to vote Liberal/NDP
  9. I can buy and sell an ETF named CASH on my National Discount brokerage account for no charge any time I want and it pays a 5% rate. It also pays interest monthly.
  10. How sizeable? And in whose opinion? A sizeable portion of Trudeau's support base is damned deplorable to me too.
  11. Racial minorities are all over every commercial, internet, TV, or even pamphlets and stuff shoved into my mailbox. How often do you see an ad these days without a black or Asian woman in it? Every organization is flaunting their woke credentials and desperate to show everyone how inclusive they are. Count the white people you see on these bank sites. Bank of Montreal TD bank National Bank CIBC Royal Bank Bank of Nova Scotia
  12. I can't really understand why you'd not get lots of white applicants, then. You certainly would in Canada. Any time the federal government puts out a brief announcement of an opening for clerks, say, they get masses of applicants and have to quickly close off the application for new ones. If you don't apply same day you'll probably not be able to.
  13. The PPC hasn't got a chance because those on the right despise Trudeau so much a lot of them consider him to be an existential threat to the country's existence. They don't dare vote for another right-wing party and split the vote. Whether they're enthusiastic about Poilievre and his policies or not. He's still considered an enormous improvement over Trudeau.
  14. And would you say these are high status, high paying jobs?
  15. Take away the big red line! It's scary!

  16. I saw an obscene video last night. It was of two 'gentlemen' with duffel bags looting a Shoppers Drug mart perfume aisle. They didn't need to break in to do it. They did it in broad daylight, not caring who was watching or videotaping them. They filled up their bags and calmly walked out the door. No doubt you've seen other such videos of stores, esp, in Ontario, the LCBOs, where similar things occur. I went to a Walmart this morning (I know, I know, ME in a Walmart?! Ick!) Because I needed to get a cheap new tablet to replace the one someone stole. Everything was locked away. Nothing was on display. You have to ask for it and the sales woman, once you find one, has to go and get a key and then the boxes she pulls out are mostly colorless and sealed. You can't open them unless you buy the damn thing. The woman happily treated me to the kinds of thefts they've been subjected to on a continuing basis. This Walmart, btw, isn't exactly downtown. It's in a bedroom community of mostly home owners forty minutes from downtown by car. This is Americanization of our law and order system is courtesy of liberal thinking. I assure you it wasn't like this when I was younger. That's because we had law and order back then and if you did something like trying to walk out of a store with a cart load of merchandise without paying everyone would grab you and the cops would take you away. Shoplifting back in the day was furtive - because it had to be. It doesn't need to be anymore. There's no fear of the law, no fear of anyone interfering, including store staff, and no fear of the police, who are hamstrung by regulations and low numbers. This is the way American cities have gone due to shoddy, permissive, liberalized policing and judicial sympathy for the criminals before them. And it's only getting worse.
  17. The thought of one corrupt prime minister praising another fails to fill most of us with enthusiasm.
  18. No doubt you will be able to cite evidence of this.\ Once again, you're pulling this out of your ass, buddy. The facts are contrary to your beliefs. https://www.spectator.co.uk/article/no-man-should-ever-be-sent-to-a-womens-prison-again/ https://torontosun.com/news/national/study-finds-nearly-45-of-trans-women-inmates-convicted-of-sex-crimes
  19. All I can go off of is what the police say. And I don't think I used the term 'all', but the vast majority, certainly. Of course, they probably aren't as well-informed as you out there in the ass end of eastern Canada.
  20. Immigrants get to vote when they become citizens and it only takes 3 years for that to happen. Mulroney did indeed benefit from those votes. Hey, I'm just going by what the economists and their studies say. We really did. This report is from 2017 but based on data from previous years (obviously) and it said that Canada's ability to assimilate immigrants was reaching the breaking point. That didn't happen after just one year of Trudeau. https://vancouversun.com/opinion/columnists/douglas-todd-canada-struggling-to-absorb-immigrants-internal-report-says
  21. The people living in the street aren't there because they can't afford rent. They're there because they're addicts and crazy.
