All of these are great debates for the local state level. You know that debate can be held at the state level. If you believe people whove had abortions should go to jail, you can run on that platform. If you think they shouldn't, you can run on that platform. Both of you can try and convince enough people to vote for you. Right. They did take into account Roe, which states that limits can be placed on abortion, in making their decision on the case in front of them ?.. Dobbs v. Jackson put a limit on abortion AFTER 15 WEEKS and does not outright ban abortions. It doesn't make it a criminal offense to have an abortion (as was the case with Roe).
