  1. This is your gotcha eh.. It was the law of the land just like slavery was upheld by the SC at one point. Now it's not.. leftists can no longer murder babies or own slaves.. praise God
  2. The left get all enraged about Christian prayer. It's quite funny. A Christian can't even so much as pray before a game but the atheists can sure steal through taxation to fund their baby murder
  3. My goodness yes it is. The Mississipi case was whether or not it's constitutional for a state to implement a 15 week cap on abortion. As it turns out, yes that's constitutional. Nobody is being forced to pray. You are welcome to walk away if it's not your thing
  4. Well you seem to be flipping out over restrictions at 15 weeks (as was the case before the court). Pretty ignorant comment.. most of the time the prayers are for player safety and good sportsmanship. I personally like it. Makes you realize there's something bigger than the game itself
  5. Yes there seems to be militant lefties running around crying about views they don't like then abusing the legal system to provide them a safe space from praying Christians lol
  6. Yes the no restrictions folks are a small fringe minority.
  7. https://www.cbsnews.com/live-updates/supreme-court-joe-kennedy-high-school-football-coach-school-prayer-case/#app In yet another win for common sense and decency, the Supreme Court rules against a Washington State school board who fired man for praying at a football game. The atheist left are once again losing their ever loving minds as they will now have to watch somebody (gasp) pray. ?
  8. Vox is based on left wing propaganda.. If you don't like restrictions on baby murder, my guess is you'll have another fit today when you realize high school sports teams can pray before the start of games ?
  9. Yet you present the vox spin.. Facts are Democrat post term abortion, anything goes abortion policies are even too extreme for much of the left wing.
  10. You rely on vox ?... Anyway, the Democrats have gone off the deep end. It's obvious the vast majority support some restrictions on abortion... Virginia just flipped red in large part because of Democrats extremist abortion position
  11. It's no wonder you continue to spew garbage if these are your sources. If the people of Mississippi have issue with the legislation in this case, they can vote out those who passed it
  12. The constitution accounts for that too. It's called voting. Democrats can't stand their policies are unpopular. Evidently it's them that want to take us back to the days of feudalism and monarchies
  13. All of these are great debates for the local state level. You know that debate can be held at the state level. If you believe people whove had abortions should go to jail, you can run on that platform. If you think they shouldn't, you can run on that platform. Both of you can try and convince enough people to vote for you. Sure beats flying into hyperbolical fits of rage, threatening SC judges for disagreeing with you, and trying to ram unsavory policy through a body of unelected judges. I fully suspected that most states who do pass abortion legislation will account for legitimate health issues. To suggest otherwise is fear mongering and tbh is pathetic. Then again that's what democrats do... they lie non stop
  14. You people are off your rocker. Kavanaugh et al are originalists. That was very clear in their hearings. Issues like abortion were decided at the state level for 150 years. Only until democrats couldn't actually pass anything did they start abusing the court. Thankfully this restores the basic fabric to the people
  15. Do you think the federal government should be involved in, say, city zoning? The divide is philosophical differences. Republicans ironically are the one who believe choices are best made at the local/state level. Democrats want to rule from afar by dictating policy from Washington the people simply don't want
  16. Right. They did take into account Roe, which states that limits can be placed on abortion, in making their decision on the case in front of them ?.. Dobbs v. Jackson put a limit on abortion AFTER 15 WEEKS and does not outright ban abortions. It doesn't make it a criminal offense to have an abortion (as was the case with Roe). As Roe acknowledges, there's no absolute right to an abortion Even the baby killers Ruth Bader Ginsburg said Roe had issues Left wing news gaslighting you yet again
  17. Nope. If you actually bothered to read the Roe ruling you'd know they never determined an absolute right to an abortion therefore my example of speeding is fitting even if you don't understand it. And yes there are. Montana has no speed limits
  18. You do realize that Roe never gave an absolute right to an abortion right? "The Court also held that the right to abortion is not absolute and must be balanced against the government's interests in protecting women's health and prenatal life." So how did they lie? The case here determines states can implement limitations on abortion.
  19. Not dumb at all. Both laws infringe on some aspects of your "liberty". Some states have no speed limits at all on freeways. You vote for people depending on what limits you want in society. Some don't want baby murder and can vote their conscience.
  20. Only undoing the politicization of the court and restoring legislative authority back to the states. If you want to live in a state which allows baby murder, vote in politicians who support baby murder.
  21. Probably because it's been 5-4 liberal activists vs. Originalists on the SC.. Barry politicized the court more than any other president in us history.. a litmus test for liberal causes... thats why loons like Hirono ask some vile questions
  22. What about an atheist? Should they be court mandated to write "Jesus is the only way to heaven" on a cake for a Christian get together? So basically what you are saying is you only want the state to weigh in on issues YOU agree with.
  23. No I'm not admitting that at all. The Roe decision was activist judges overstepping. By your logic I can claim my rights to liberty is being violated because I can't speed down the freeway
