They claim it violates her bail conditions even as the condition says she cannot have contact without a lawyer present .. her lawyer was also there. Therefore the charge is political sending a message to the upcoming protest the government is willing to trample on basic civil liberties if you dare challenge them. I've already answered this.. If you can prove negligence or other illegal activity causing bodily harm or death to a baby inside the womb, should be treated as if they are outside the womb with same consequences to the perpetrator. Whether that's the mother or otherwise. If it's just a woman having a miscarriage and there's no malice involved then why would she be punished? Should be treated as a natural death

If a man drives drunk and kills a woman and her child he should be charged x2. I believe the baby is a person from the moment of conception. I.e we already recognize that if you drug your 1 year old child to death you'll be charged. I move that same logic back to time of conception or at least until the woman knows she's pregnant then she has a duty of care.
