I've already answered that.. I think you can make an argument when it will cause loss of life to the mother. Even then doctors should have a moral obligation to preserve the life of the child if possible I don't think you can make a sane argument that doesn't make you sound like a eugenicist when you start advocating for a woman's right to end the life based on gender or disability ie down syndrome.
