TODAY...with the price of oil and gas skyrocketing again, just as they were coming down, relaxing the oil sanctions on Russia may not be a bad idea...considering that regardless of the mighty sanctions, Russia has continued to grow. Now...I dont really expect you to fathom that but...you are what you are.
