Yes Putin's army is killing Ukrainians. Yes Zelensky did promise to hold discussions with Putin PRIOR to any war starting. THAT was his election platform. Did he hold these discussions? No. Thus in my view and the view of many others, Zelensky shares partial blame. As does NATO and the USA.
