Your so-called facts conflict with my so-called facts. I said that I do I believe that it has to be a lot cheaper to execute someone than keep them in jail for 20-40 years. Keeping someone in jail for say 30 years will cost the taxpayer's millions. It cannot cost that much to execute someone. But believe what you read, and so will I.

How can you believe that it is more expensive to execute someone rather than just keep them in jail? I told you already that it most likely will cost millions of tax dollars before some murderer dies in jail. It cannot cost anywhere near that much to execute someone. They keep saying that it is cheaper and more humane to keep murderers alive in prison for forty of fifty years. Would you want to be locked up in a cell for all those years until you die? The high cost is due to the fact that the lawyers and judges screw around for years allowing appeals after appeals instead of getting on with the show. They get rich while you the tax paying sucker gets it up the you know where. Wake up and smell the coffee again.

I am Canadian, and I give a dam about the real issues that liberals have created. And I know exactly where to put my X also. On the blank spot. You obviously don't bother to listen to what the alternative media has to say about the mess Canada is in. Granted Canada is in better shape than some other countries, and that is their problem, not mine. I have been too some countries where I have seen poverty first hand. So, don't go telling me that I have not gone beyond my front steps. But I don't have to go to far to see poverty right here in Canada. Take a walk in downtown Vancouver at Hastings and Main streets, and there about. There you will see real and true poverty and hopelessness. But all liberals seem to want to talk about is poverty in third world countries. They could careless about poor and destitute Canadians.

Yes, I took a look at MH article. So, you and he is trying to tell me that by keeping a man in prison for say forty years for murder at the cost of say approx, 50,000 tax dollars a year to keep him/her alive, and multiply that 50,000 tax dollars by 40, and volia, you have a cost of approx. 2,000,000 tax dollars, maybe more if he/she lives longer, being blown on that person. So, again you are trying to tell me that it is much cheaper to keep them alive rather than execute them in a quick and timely fashion? Who do you think you are talking too? Some five year old here? It is not hard to see that you are of the liberal mindset. I think that you need to think before you speak. It does work you know.

Then the people should dam well start to get interested and learn as to what the hell their politicians are doing with their lives and their tax dollars. The political apathy, and naivety in this country is deplorable. Once most people vote they forget all about politics until the next election. That needs to change. But good luck on that one though. Look if their is a referendum on capital punishment has nothing to do with whether one is a tradesmen or a doctor at all. They must know what they are voting for? They can't be that stupid?

Most people at election time vote for someone and they don't know why. They will say that politician said something I like so I will vote for him/her. They are not concerned about anything else that the politician may have on his/her agenda that could be detrimental to that voter. Ever heard of Switzerland? They have citizen initiated referendums and recall, and have plenty of referendums, and it seems to be working just fine for them. That is democracy something I don't think that you quite understand yet. Referendums are one of many things that our dictators do not want we the people to have. Imagine allowing we the people to have a say on a certain issue and be able to vote it down or keep it. I would like to have a referendum on foreign-aid for instance because I believe that the billions of tax dollars that have been blown on other countries should be staying at home. That will never happen. I will bet you that if the people had a vote for a yes or no on foreign-aid or the death penalty I am pretty sure that I would know that foreign-aid would end, and the death penalty would come back. I cannot recall Canada having any kinds of referendums within the last several decades. In California many referendums voted by the people, who said yes too were thrown out by some court action as being unconstitutional or so they have said it was unconstitutional. So, we have scheduled elections where we can get to vote but that is it. You have no more to say or offer after the election is over because you are right back where you started from. Being ignored once again. Stop believing that politicians give a dam about you, they don't. And just about all of them make uneducated decisions that always tend to end up screwing the taxpayer's. There is no democracy in Canada. If there is show me where it is? Wake up and smell the coffee.

All the evidence that I am getting from you and others here is that you/they do not want the death penalty. Too bad for you/they, but I do. So, what you are saying here is that once a politician gets elected that is it. The people have no right to decide on anything then. The politician knows best, eh? There are many important issues that we the people should have a right to vote on but that will never happen in Canadistan. We are able to put down animals humanely,and I am pretty sure that can be done to humans also. But like everything else done in this country, it is the minority that always get their way. Sometimes clueless idiots do get it right. Believe it or not. All I am trying to say here is that the people should be asked if they are in favor of the death penalty or not. If sheeple like you win well no death penalty. Some judges should not be judges at all. Most judges have become too political today. And when handing down sentences in some cases, one better not be on the opposite political side of that judge.

Trump is President, so he is not hurting from those liberals who did not vote for him, and it would appear as though he doesn't give a dam about what they say or think.
