If "may have been interpreted as" was to become a legal standard instead of "a reasonable man would have interpreted it as" (and 'a reasonable man' is a common legal standard) that would give prosecutors a lot of leeway to selectively shift blame whichever way they want. Eg, a GOP supporter shoots a Dem on Jan 21st 2021. A Dem also supporter shoots a GOPer on Jan 21st 2021. The prosecutor for both cases is a Dem. He offers the GOP supporter a reduced sentence if he says that "I thought that the GOP was telling me to do it". He takes the offer, now a member of the GOP is implicated. The same prosecutor offers the Demmie a reduced sentence if she admits to acting on her own and stating that she was unaware of any call to action from any politicians. She accepts, and now the Dem politician is exonerated. The "may have been interpreted by specific people" standard can never be adopted. It gives a prosecutor/defendant the option of assigning/accepting blame at the prosecutor's discretion, and an appeal to a higher court would not be possible if the defendant's plea is considered the final authority.

CNN knows that no line was crossed, but that doesn't stop them from 'playing' stupid, and breathlessly speculating that "there may be a case!!!!!!!" while they know that there is not. This is not actually a precedent that they want to have established. Just remember that a lot of Dems said things that 'may have been interpreted as' - "attacks on members of the GOP are warranted/justifiable", before members of the GOP were attacked, unprovoked in their own yard (Rand Paul) or attacked in a mass-shooting (Scalise and others) at a baseball game. She was thinking it, even if she never said it.

I haven't ever seen a post by Q personally, but I have seen a few conservatives get sucked in by idiotic theories like adrenalchrome, vaccine tracking implants, etc. I don't know what comes from Q and what doesn't, but clearly there is disinformation coming out to try and make conservatives look foolish. This reminds me of when I was one of those with serious unanswered questions about WTC 7 a bunch of years back. At the time that WTC 7 came down it was the only steel/cement structure in the world to collapse "due to fire", so no one could have predicted that fire would bring it down when it was barely burning, especially not with any precision, but somehow there are videos of police waving people away from the site moments before it fell, saying: "Everyone get back, 7 is coming down. 7 Is collapsing, everyone move back." Then there are two loud booms, which dozens of people in view of the camera simultaneously respond to, and the wall of debris rolls into the scene and the video goes grey. How could they possibly have known that fire could bring it down? They absolutely did not, and especially not with precision like that. Plus, engineers around the world weren't allowed to examine the scene/debris, etc, and it was one of the most important events in the history of architecture/engineering if it really burned down. The 9/11 commission shrouded every bit of that collapse in secrecy. So those things for sure don't constitute absolute proof of anything, they just raise serious questions, but those aren't the points that were addressed in the debunking of 9/11 conspiracy theories. Instead, a bunch of totally ludicrous conspiracy theories were trotted out and then easily debunked. CASE CLOSED! The Q phenomenon seems like the same straw-man attack. "Look at all of the ridiculous bullshit that conservatives are saying! It's so easily disproven!!!!!! Hahahahaha. What a bunch of morons. Mail-in fraud is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!" Apparently the alt-leftists running Amazon suddenly don't think so though. -
Of course he was offered/sent donations by at least one terrorist. There's not one fanatical terrorist in the western hemisphere that doesn't fully support Justin Trudeau at this point in time. It's literally impossible that none of them sent him a donation. It's just a matter of whether or not he was well-informed enough of who the donor was, and then willing to deny the transfer of funds. I'm considering sending Trudeau a donation now, and then declaring myself a jihadi online, so that if Trudeau wins the next election I can have him cast out of the Liberal party. FWIW I'm not a Sloan supporter, I'm a Dr Lewis supporter (O'Toole was actually my second choice iirc), but this sets a dangerours precedent. A person can work their whole lifetime to forward their political career and have it all taken back by one low-level donor....? Sure OT, maybe the mod can move this.

You can't use my own jab like that all of a sudden. You had years to come up with that one one your own. So what do you think of the fact that a guy can be kicked out of the party for accepting a $131 donation? Did the guy walk up to him and say: "I'm a huge, high-profile bigot. Please accept my donation and support my cause"? Or was it just a donation of an insignificant amount that came which he didn't have checked into by investigators? It seems like a bit of a farce to me. Maybe even a setup. Did you even know who Paul Fromm was two weeks ago? Do you think that Trudeau knows who every $131 donor was? I can 1,000,000 percent guarantee you that Trudeau has donors who gave him way more than $131 who are terrorist recruiters/handlers/propagandists. Almost every muslim in the country voted for him. Should Trudeau be ousted as soon as it's discovered that he received a donation from a terrorist? -

Scary to see how well it works. Apparently a really high percentage of the population is 100% ok with being lied to, and propagating those known lies, if you just tweak the right emotional buttons. In this day and age they added a new wrinkle, idiotic false-flag disinformation on the internet designed to look like right wing propaganda. The whole Q thing is just to discredit the opposition. -

1) Biden derangement is between his ears. 2) Why do you have an O'Toole photo for your avatar? Are you a supporter of his, or are you cheering on the demise of the PCs? -

Biden? LMAO. He doesn't have enough gas left in his tank to put out two tweets and do a 5 minute interview in one day. He's definitely not organizing or overseeing everything that's going on both domestically and as far abroad as Russia right now. All of the things being done around him are being done by his handlers. He's just a cuddly little front man for the new guard that took the places of lying, overreaching scumbags like Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Strzok, McCabe, etc. -

It's weird to see the fascist government attacking their own fascist militia. The order must have come down from the top that Antifa and BLM were to stand down, and they blew through that stop sign. Biden couldn't let this type of insubordination/mutiny go unpunished. An example was made. It's nice to know that the guy who supported rioting in 2014-2017 as VP and then again in 2020 as the leader of the Dems suddenly doesn't like rioting anymore, but the Dems have clearly moved to a new phase of their ultimate strategy. They no longer need the riots. This is a bit scary tbh. -

If that happened before the inauguration it would have been the crime of the century. Portland's response to this mob is a stark 180 from when they let the federal building protest go on for over 100 days. -

Good point. I got baited into ad hominem mud-flinging contest, and anything dishonest or deflectionist (that's a word now) is leftist territory. -

Lol. I don't even drink. This is me sober. I just have no tolerance for liars. Never have, never will. I don't believe in arguing with those types of people without calling them out for what they are: it's important to make note of the fact that they're not merely "wrong". -

FWIW my wife is an extremely attractive & successful businesswoman, but we both know that has nothing to do with the merits of my opinions. Let me guess: you're a BA-rista. Skinny guy, greasy man-bun, dirty white shirt, unshaven with a sketchy "beard", you wear combat boots even though you couldn't fight your way out of a wet paper bag, you live in your mom's basement, and your only hope for attracting girls is your deeply heartfelt feminist elevator speech. -

For your edification, the word "protest" should be pluralized in your post, and the word "until" is a subordinating conjunction so you don't need a comma in that last sentence. FYI I have a post-secondary education from BCIT. What do you have aside from a penchant for fake news and some childish insults, Petros? Snivel off, peasant. -

You are indoctrinated with their propaganda one way or another August so it doesn’t really matter whether you watch the propaganda right from the source or if you watched it from someplace else. Same shit different pile. FYI I don’t visit any Q anon sites, or any Albright propaganda sites. I’m just not a total idiot who drinks stupidity from CNN’s fire hose on a daily basis. I can plainly see that there was election fraud. I’m not saying that there was enough election fraud to steal the entire election, but for certain there was an unacceptable amount of voter fraud. And honestly, for the people who think that there was enough election fraud to steal the 2020 election, they still have another three years to prattle on about it, just like the leftist dolts did about the 2016 election. Demonrats: ”We can make false accusations about the 2016 elections for years. We can even have FBI officials commit crimes to keep the fraud going and they won’t face proper justice. However, your accusations have to cease immediately or there will be severe repercussions. Similarly, leftist riots will continue, undeterred and unpunished, but conservatives are not allowed to have protests or they will be hunted down and jailed. The National Guard will standby for months to prevent rioting which is extremely unlikely to happen but will not prevent leftist riots, arson, looting or murders . That is all.” -

The fact that a CNN-pragrammed, radical anti-Trumper calls someone “a voice of sanity” is the exact opposite of an endorsement. “This poop-flinging monkey is the world’s foremost political expert, aside from maybe Greta.” - CNN and the left. Can you not see the hypocrisy of leftists accusing Trump of carrying on about a stolen election without proof? To be honest I already know the answer, but until you say it yourself it’s not really fair to laugh at you. ? DOH! That was unfair. ? -

Your '95%' number is BS, and even where there wasn't actual enough of a wide-scale rampage to be called a riot, a very large percentage of the protests involved blocking traffic, threats, assaults on police, abuse of police and common assaults, etc. If people who thought that the election was stolen were blocking traffic and beating a few people up you wouldn't call it 'peaceful protest'. You are a very big hypocrite Petros. -
