There are not many rights that I would march in protest for but the freedom of speech, and the freedom of press, and freedom of assembly are three that would even make me buy a gun if they were taken away from me. Unless someone is writing a book that tells people how to make a nuclear bomb. there is no possible reason any government could have for confiscating a book IMO. The part of the book i read in the OP link is not offensive nor hateful in any way. It was in my opinion grabbed only because it revealed political crimes.

How does one get "to know the candidate" when almost everything Harper does is secret until after the fact? Just look back at all the unpleasant surprises he gave us for a decade. Then there is the crap we never find out about until the damage is already done. This here is just one glaring example and there are probably many more like it that may not come out for another ten years... "What sensitive and confidential information has NSA been using to blackmail and manipulate Ottawa. It is my honest opinion that Snowden knows this to be true and is probably why $1B of drugs a year has been allowed to fly into Canada for North American distribution from native aboriginal lands in Quebec and Saskatchewan. The money launderers for this group were named (Nesbitt Burns and Levesque) when American Financial Group was partially exposed in 2001 by the Toronto Star http://www.investorvoice.ca/PI/229.html The full story never was told http://www.opnlttr.com/letter/real-news-americans-canadians-never-got-read-harper-bush-dodged-bullets and when you dig into this you have to know that although Harper was made well aware of this and the below links, he chose to extradite the witness instead of stopping the corruption and arresting everyone involved! http://2006bruce.blogspot.com. We all know what a transparent regime Stevie has been operating all these years right? Truly this makes the Duffy and Schreiber scandals look like child's play. And in my mind there is no way the American thugs in Washington could get Harper to turn his back on this criminal enterprise on Canadian soil, UNLESS they had something to hold over his head. Snowden should be asked directly about this subject. https://americanfinancialgroupfraud.wordpress.com/ Corrupt American officials have been funding their campaigns with these drug moneys that they launder on Wall Street and then liquidate in Montreal. Just read all the above links before you call me a conspiracy nut. My only question is whether Harper is getting a slice of this pie as well?" So to be frank, we "get to know a candidate" by what we are allowed to see. None of them will ever allow us to see their mistakes and dark side right?

We should be more concerned about the data that NSA has been using to blackmail and manipulate Ottawa. I was just reading some updated material on the Edward Snowden ordeal and it occurs to me that maybe Harper did not have much choice in covering up for the American Justice Department's robbery of $43 million from Canadian investors. If NSA was collecting dirt on allied leaders in Europe (Merkel in Germany for example) maybe they also collected a few tidpits of personal information on PM Harper and used it as "incentive" to cover up the American drug smuggling and laundering tracks across Canada's aboriginal lasnds in Quebec and Saskatchewan. If so they must hve found some juicy and powerful stuff that could make a national leader stay quiet about not just the $43 million of American Financial Group, but the $1 Billion of cocaine the flooded into Canada in the hands of corrupt FBI and RCMP officials. http://www.zoominfo.com/p/Terry-Nelson/2481167 http://www.memresearch.org/grabbe/montdrug.htm http://www.memresearch.org/grabbe/montana3.htm These old operations continued unabated even after the ring leader Terry Nelson was caught red-handed and released by order of Ottawa, When he failed to appear for court, an arrest warrant was issued but no effort to extradite the man was made WHY? When inquiries are made to PM Harper his only concern is that the court files are sealed. WHY? So I have to conclude this goes way beyond the $43 million I originally thought. This also explains why the Presidnent of American Financial Group (Edward Myles Chism) only went to prison for 8 months and then was ordered to go live outside of North America where he could not be subpoenaed as a witness in any court or congressional, or House of Commons investigation. Anyone who still does not see the drug connection should Google (Teresita Tapia, Chism, Noriega, American Financial Group) and you will learn two undeniable facts: 1) Chism was married to the fugitive secretary, mistress, and personal banker of General Manuel Noriega, and 2) Was previouisly employed at the executive level of the U.S. Justice Department for 20+ years in Panama - where he now lives a lavish life today. Maybe Snowden can tell us what dirt Bush and Company dug up on PM Harper to ensure his silence about all this and his betrayal of fellow-Canadians? http://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/oct/24/nsa-surveillance-world-leaders-calls Mr. Harper needs to prove his innocence on this by unsealing the court files in Saskatechewan and Ottawa immediately or it can be impled he wants the truth to remain hidden so nobody can trace where all the drug moneys went and still go.

So is it possible that this could every take place in Canada and what would it say for the strenght of, and respect for the Charter Rights? If you read the link of the OP and the sample chapter embedded, do you see anything so offensive that would cause authorities to seize the book. Would Canada allow this book to be published in Canada despite U.S. protests? Could Assange and Bradley Manning also publish books in Canada without fear of retribution like this case mentioned in the OP link?

Canada's christians are not full time Christians. They pretend to be Christians every week when they attend Church service and recite prayers but come Monday they do not live very Chritian like lives. It seems we let our government get away with way too much unethical conduct overseas that is really unChristian like. Ususally Ottawa does whatever Washington dictates with little regards for the blowback to Canada and makes every Canadian Christian look like a hypocrit. The Arar and Khadr cases are just two typical examples, but Immigration policy in general seems anti-christian to me.

Gladio is the tip of the iceberg. Three more revealing books that expose the drug links to top political leaders and campaign funds are: The Big White Lie (written by DEA Agent Mike Levine) Crimes of the CIA & FBI (Written By Rodney Stich) Immaculate Deception (Written by General Russ Bowen former U.S. Army liaison to father Bush) As for Harper and his billion dollar cover-up of American Financial Group and the Nelson Drug ring here is yet another book that did not make it to the publisher because people threatened to kill the author's family. Be sure to scroll all the way down and read the sworn declaration at the end. http://persecutingwhistleblowerswithamericancourts.wordpress.com (the post about the book manuscripts being seized). The below photo shows how the government thugs terrorized the wife of the author in Mississauga. The peel police report is a public record. http://www.opnlttr.com/site/default/files/bzh.jpg Also for some reason, I cannot insert another link here so Google these two items and just read... "The fake extradition of whistle blower Bruce Gorcyca Legal Junkies" "Open Letter Bruce Gorcyca" When you read through all the links and this letter to Harper in 2006, it is pretty clear Mr. Harper was made aware of everything more than once http://2006bruce.blogspot.com and from my point of view someone made a decision to unleash the courts on this author as a last resort of censorship. One of his chapters about AFG is in the first link. ALso to the guy who suggested this was some election prank, look at the dates of first post appearing online from the author telling about the murders of Canadian John Pierre Gonyou, All Chalem and the Noriega connection to AFG - October and November of 2013, almost two full years ago. Did he have a crystal ball and know when the next election would be called two years later in 2015? I don't think so. This matter needs a House of Commons investigation IMO.

Read the OP and every link I posted. There is now a user in this thread that is knowingly trying to smear Gorcyca when in fact previous posts and links already prove malicious people falsely accuse the guy of being a "a wanted pedophile" UNSEAL THE COURT FILES OF TERRY NELSON, GET AND PLAY THE VIDEO AND AUDIO TAPES AND LET GORCYCA AND INGVALDSEN TAKE POLYGRAPH EXAMS. As to who would care? Why not ask the Canadians who lost $43 million! (Louis Sapi, David Lewis, Brian McWilliams and all 139 of their clients in Ontario)

SIr, the links speak for themselves and those that bother to read them will probably agree. Court records are historical documents. Sworn declarations and photographs are two items I accept as evidence especially when they come from eye witnesses. I suggest you go to these two links first and read all that you find and leave the glancing for lazy morons who are not qualified to comment if they choose to remain ignorant: http://whyunclesamhatesbruce.blogspot.com http://bruceslawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com The Toronto Star confirms the existence of the secondary fraud in their 2001 article by Jennifer Wells (Link is in OP) If you have about three hours to read everything as I did, you will have very little doubt there is fire with this smoke after checking court records and the sworn affidavits of Elvin Feltner and Juan Pablo Sanchez that this guy worked at American Financial Group. Then once you satisfy yourself of this read this in full (too much shit just to make up) http://persecutingwhistleblowerswithamericancourts.wordpress.com. Let MP Szabo come forward with the video tape for all to see and let's track down and play the audio recordings. Or better still Let Harper unseal the court file and let Gorcyca and Ingvaldsen take a polygraph exam.

REBUTTAL: Okay, herein lies a problem and I am not being argumentative. If you do not bother to open and read the links you would never get to see that they actually do contain 32 scans of sworn affidavits of witnesses, court documents/exhibits, news archives, and a VERY interesting 11 page sworn affidavit from a 25 year veteran private investigator named Ed Reiken who spotted over a dozen lies and deliberate misinformation that are quite blatant. Go to the Law Society Link and read the Reiken Report for starters. Then consider the following. Those in government that want to conceal the truth rely on censorship and disinformation. As an example we learned from CNN reporter Amber Lyon that the U.S. government spoon feeds "new" to the mainstream media and knows that most people are too lazy to read and instead rely on the boob tube where censorship is used regularly. Really? Well, less than 5% of Americans and Canadians know that American troops used chemical weapons (white phosphorous) to kill 2,000 civilians in Fallujah, Iraq in 2007. This was a genuine war crime, yet so very few people know about it why? Just Google "Fallujah Massacre Video" and see for yourself how women and children were burned alive. Yes, the government wants you to keep glancing and hopes you never bother to read the links in my above post. The truth is often not convenient for the politicians and this is why they are all trying to get legislation passed to control the internet. Every one of the links in my last post expose at least 2-3 government lies. Almost all elected officials in power will do anything to keep that power. Censorship is their favorite tool. Citizens have little choice but to rely on the internet to find and share truthful information with others tired of propaganda. So to answer the last comment, I do believe court documents, exhibits from Law Society complaints, sworn affidavits, news archives, photographs, recordings, and sworn 11 page reports from Private Investigator Ed Reiken are indeed credible sources. Trying to conceal them from people is highly unethical. Lastly, it is very easy to sort fact from fiction if people are willing to actually read and PM Harper is willing to unseal the court file of corrupt FBI agent Terry Nelson so every Canadian citizen cannot only see how much drugs have been allowed to come into Canada, but to see how many campaign contributions were made from the people behind the smuggling operation. I would much prefer to hear and learn of events directly from the people involved - not from a government spinmaster. I especially would prefer to hear from witnesses under oath and read their written statements, and that is what I find in many of the links I posted above. How about you? I noticed at a few different sites that former MP Paul Szabo received a video tape of Terry Neslon with others and he should be compelled to share that tape with Parliament without editing. I also see that several audio recording were made of law enforcement officials who admit the truth. These should be given to W5 to be aired publicly NOW so people can vote intelligently. (If the mods allow, I will give the links to these others sites I found or people can probably find a way to communicate with Mr. Szabo directly to ask him what is on the tape) It is also a matter of of public record that Solicitor Marshal Drukarsh represented this guy and there are two sworn declarations from him posted at the llinks in my last post above - worth reading IMO.

People need to get off their ass and do some homework on this. The two insider witnesses who both tried to tell the story in Canada were quickly booted out and never allowed to testify under oath about what they knew and know. One is Erling Ingvaldsen that author Rodney Stich wrote about in his book and the other is this guy Bruce Gorcyca who first reported the operation back in 1991. Even an FBI Supervisor named Ted Gunderson went public about it when he interviewed a CIA pilot named Chip Tatum. (Just Google the Chip Tatum Interviews Canada Terry Nelson) then visit and read here http://whyunclesamhatesbruce.blogspot.ca/ You have a former FBI Supervisor, a former U.S. Treasury Agent, a former CIA pilot, and a guy who worked for Terry Nelson for 10 years all telling the same story. http://www.stewwebb.com/Gene_Tatum_A_Letter_To_The_Montana_Senate_19970322.htm And you forgot to tell us that Gorcyca is also a pedophile too eh? http://www.opnlttr.com/letter/confessions-american-pedophile Like I say, do your homework and learn this guy has reported/exposed 15 crimes over the last 30 years, was a former Fortune 500 executive, 7 Year Red Cross volunteer, Salvation Army house parent, honorably discharged military vet, air traffic controller, certified AIDS counselor, Little League baseball and soccer coach and that sure is your typical criminal profile right? Read up Bubba... Uncle Sam has smeared every single whistle-blower in the last 30 years. How the hell do you extradite a person who is not indicted for any crime, no victim is identified, no dollar amount of any crime is disclosed, and there are no "charging documents" that Canadian Law requires??? Why was the guy held 10.5 months by Immigration Canada in maximim security lock down when his wife and kids are Canadian? Read the Immigration hearing transcripts where it says he "has been consistently truthful" Even the former RCMP Superintendent Ben Soave admitted this. Maybe you might want to actually read the 11 page sworn report of Private Investigator Ed Reiken found as an exhibit at this link http://bruceslawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com Then come and share your thoughts once again. The truth is not always convenient. So if this is not true, tell Harper to unseal the court file and let the public read it! http://www.cleveland.com/forums/politics/index.ssf?extlink?artid=2997632

Immigration is vital to Canada's sustained growth. But the focus has to be on "selective immigration" so that certain badly-needed professionals are cultivated and criminal elements are culled. However, once people are in Canada and allowed to settle with families for more than a few years, it is ruthless, shameful and even criminal to break up settled families. This is why refugee hearings must be held within 1 year BEFORE family member are allowed to settle.

We all see the transformation of America from a great democracy following WWII to almost a full-blown police state with the NSA monitoring all the citizenry. But due to media censorship we don't always get the latest news of even more atrocities against freedoms. This author, a former federal agent had his book manuscripts seized twice at gunpoint. Witnesses present were told they would be deported if they did anything to help the guy. The federal agents even stopped one of the girls from calling the local police! http://persecutingwhistleblowerswithamericancourts.wordpress.com/2015/6/17/-bruces-book-manuscripts-at-gunpoint-by-federal-agents-without-warrants-several-witnesses-present/ When you visit this link you will see one of the chapters that you can actually read and it now makes me wonder three things? 1) Does this also happen in Canada and we just never hear about it? 2) How much information gets censored and hidden from the public? 3) How do they legally get away with this shit? Maybe the book is not politically correct but it is not telling people how to make bombs or spreading hate crimes. It is just a former federal agent talking about what he witnessed working for the federal government and then some private companies. The guy is a whistle blower and I do not see anyone saying that his claims are false - even those that involve the huge money laundering and drug smuggling in Canada. He exposes 12 government and 3 corporate crimes. He is also the same guy who exposed the HIV tainted blood of the American Red Cross in the early 90s. The worst part of this story is the guy sought sanctuary in Canada (his wife and kids are life-long Canadian citizens) and filed a refugee claim with a lawyer named Marshal Drukarsh. In 8 years the claim was never heard and then Canada allowed a fake extradition to take place: http://whyunclesamhatesbruce.blogspot.com I always thought the Charter Rights applied to refugees as well. Now I know better.

Look at the people he is covering up for - primarily the Bush family and this crooked FBI agent Terry Nelson who they refuse to extradite. What dirty secrets would come out at the trial about where all those drug monies are going? Here is a clue... http://persecutingwhistleblowerswithamericancourts.wordpress.com and scroll down to the part about the book manuscripts being seized. Now here is what is known about the crooked FBI agent who was seen at the Florida home of Jeb Bush by Chip Tatum who gave interviews to Stew Webb and FBI Supervisor Ted Gunderson on line. The above link contains one chapter of the book talking about American Financial Group and some Canadians. I found a lot of stuff on the web (Just Google FBI Agent Terry Nelson Smuggling Canada) and this Canada smuggling ring apparently started during the Reagan administration but it was Harper who went out of his way to seal all the files. WHY? There is also a lot of links to Harper regime found here at http://whyunclesamhatesbruce.blogspot.com Since this whistle blower was forced out of Canada (even though his wife and kids are lifetime Canadian citizens, someone has been smearing the shit out of the guy and this shows how his own lawyer was bought off to make sure he never got to talk in a Canadian courtroom under oath - on the record. http://bruceslawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com As for what Topaz says, yeah, they paid a lot of people to "keep quiet" (maybe the Ottawa Citizen reporter?) and they killed a few people to stay quiet too like the Canadian stock broker John Pierre Gonyou. This is photo below is how they kept the whistle blower quiet in China for six years. If they did this to your kitchen window when your wife was pregnant, you'd probably keep quiet too! Crap... the photo is too large to post here so just go to the first or second link above and scroll down. They terrorized this family in Mississauga for years. What a great way to stay in power - domestic terrorism. Also try this way to see photo: http://persecutingwhistleblowerswithamericancourts.wordpress.com/2015/6/bulletholes.jpg

I am not drunk. The Law Society of Upper Canada is NOT a government entity. They are a private corporation. For years they have hidden the criminal acts of their members who pay hefty annual fees (money) for membership. Some call this "protection money". If you file a complaint against a lawyer with the Law Society you are warned not to discuss the complaint with any third party "including the police". Well, if your lawyer committed an assault, rape, extortion, grand theft, or some other crime, why shouldn't you notify the police? According to the police, you will forfeit your rights to mediation if you call in the cops! I call BULLSHIT on the LSUC. If you get ripped off or cheated by a Canadian lawyer, do not waste your time with the Law Society in Canada - file a police report. As you will see in the below links, the Law Society protects its members from public exposure and media scrutiny (because members pay annual dues to the Law Society that total in the millions). The Law Societies in Canada admitted publicly that less than 20% of the complaints they receive are even investigated, and less than 2% of the lawyers are punished in any way. In truth they are not protecting the public from bad lawyers, they are protecting the lawyers from the public. I did not make up these stories here that are shocking... http://projects.thestar.com/broken-trust/ http://www.canlaw.com/law-society/problem.html#.Vfe0U8uwrIU http://www.lawtimesnews.com/200511281146/headline-news/complainants-encouraged-to-contact-police http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/briti...lleged-lawyer-misconduct-kept-quiet-1.2764948 https://lawsocietyofcanada.wordpress.com/tag/complaints/ http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/201...urs_questions_about_law_society_policies.html http://ethicsincanada.com/2015/06/1...-what-we-dont-know-and-why-this-is-a-problem/ http://www.realscam.com/f16/scam-al...our-complaint-against-dishonest-lawyers-4261/ http://lawsocietyofuppercanada.worpress.com http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/briti...lleged-lawyer-misconduct-kept-quiet-1.2764948 http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?...onceals-Crimes-And-Complaints-Against-Lawyers Where there is this much smoke there is surely fire my friends. In this actual complaint filed with the law society, take note that the victim gave overwhelming evidence including a witness list of 19 people, yet the unnamed Law Society investigator did not bother to contact even one of the witnesses nor even the victim, and arbitrarily dismissed the complaint without any explanation, report, nor reasons. http://gilmourlawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com Many people including myself, wonder if there really was any "investigator" to begin with?!? The lawyer in this particular case was listed as a "member in good standing" even though he was just arrested for child abuse on August 14th, 2001! So if and when you get screwed by a lawyer in Canada file a police report and let the prosecutor and the courts bring the truth out into a public courtroom rather than in some back room of the Law Society.

WHAT WOULD IT MEAN TODAY? Dirty cops are easy to hate. But murder is one crime I do not think Patrick Kelly committed. Before you make any assumptions please consider the following facts before you reply... 1) Nobody doubts that Patrick was extremely corrupt, Even he admits it. 2) For 23 years Patrick steadfastly maintains he did not kill his wife - even after he was released. He could have been released 5 years earlier if he admitted to the parole board that he was remorseful for killing his wife, but he said he could not lie about being remorseful for something he didn't do. 3) Nothing at the crime scene linked Patrick as the killer, only an occupant of the same apartment as his wife. 4) For 23 years Patrick Kelly requested and was denied a polygraph examination. why? 5) The key prosecution witness (Dawn Taber) admitted she lied when she said she witnessed the murder. She recanted more than a year after Patrick was already sentenced. 6) Since Patrick was tried and convicted for murder a crime that carries a life sentence in Canada he did not have to stand trial for corruption. If he had to be tried for corruption (instead of murder) he could and would have implicated dozens of colleagues, including superiors in exchange for smaller sentence. 7) Now read this: http://PatrickKellyIsInnocentOfMurder.wordpress.com Now do you see WHY it was so perfectly convenient to convict him for murder instead of corruption? Just look at all the RCMP corruption that surfaced since Patrick was convicted? Ask him how much of it did he already know about and could have exposed back in 1985?

Maybe you should go search the archives of the Toronto Star or call the author of the article Jennifer Wells if she still works at the Star? Or if you are truly interested go review the court files at Ontario Superio Court at 361 University Avenue in Toronto. If you review the court files you can read all of this letter here... (very interesting to say the least when you see how many Canadian mounties were told not to do their jobs!) When you learn who the President of American Financial Group worked for (20 years with the U.S. Department of Justice) and who he was was married to (Teresita Tapia, the former secretary, personal banker and mistress of Gen. Noreiga) you will see the cozy relationship and how the drug monies flowed in and out of Canada for years thank to AFG and collusion from Ottawa and Washington. https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/950_The_Panama_Connection/conversations/topics/1424

No matter how deep you bury skeletons or how far you you exile the witnesses, the truth has a habit of floating to the surface. PM Harper has never been one for transparency so when he decided to ignore the author of this letter and decided to extradite him instead, he probably figured his secrets were safe. http://whyunclesamhatesbruce.blogspot.com who wrote the letter to Harper 9 fricking years ago and offered to take a polygraph test.
