There is high inflation all over the world. The damn pandemic Interruption to supply chain, Ukraine invasion you name it caused high inflation in every country in the world and Canada is not immune. I don't know about heaven and hell or afterlife or even if God exists (though if not billions of billions of factors must have been accidently so fine tuned for us to be here) but one thing is sure that life is only temporarily for everyone and death will follow no matter how rich and powerful we may be. And if the fear of possible hell is not enough then be fearful of being reincarnated into a thirsty dog to suffer so much in the next life. I see various news agencies and many journalists reporting on Russian crimes. As you said it yourself in a war murder and rape happens and both sides likely do this but more so by Russians. I was asking if God exists and is supposedly so powerful why he doesn't intervene when a defenseless girl is being raped by Russian soldiers or an unarmed teenage Iranian being shot into his/her heart on the order of an islamic clergy? The Russian aggression against Ukraine will end but in Russian defeat. Ukraine armed with heavy Western weaponry will push back the cowardly Russian army to its borders and out of Ukrainian soil in about 6 months to a year (depending on the speed of delivery by the West) with heavy casualties on Russian army.
