Well if you are an expert in Iran politics you would know this will not work as I mentioned before. This regime has been under sanctions of various type for decades now. Ever since they took Americans hostage in 1980. They always cheat. They find other terrorist countries like Russia and China to break the sanctions. For example past few years they have been selling cheap oil to China using ships with other countries' flags. Also it is more the people who are hurt by the sanctions not the regime. The regime allies like the Sepah or military commanders are getting richer under sanctions as they control the black market now so as why they are the main forces opposing any compromise with the West. The nation of Iran has been hurt past many decades being smashed in between the rock and the hard place. In the meantime there has been many uprisings in 2016, 2018, and 2021-2022 to name a few and the regime uses brutal force by ordering its murderous mercenaries to shoot peaceful people on spot and make mass arrest and later torture, rape and murder them in prisons or public hanging and the purpose for all these is to stay in power by terror and mass murder so that people no matter how poor, hungry or desperate or dissatisfied or hateful they are they don't dare to come out and revolve. In many cases after arresting young men and women then they go after their families too accusing them of raising an anti-islamic kid and arrest and torture them too. Terror occurs in Islamic republic prisons and they have made Iran a big prison. They steal, murder and rape and take westerners as hostage and the West too is too scared or shy to face them militarily but if they continue the policy of appeasement, the West will pay a very high price for that. Much higher than they paid for Hitler as these people with ideology of martydom and hate for the West are far more dangerous.

I just disagree with one part that not all Muslims and Indians are so as described but yes a great majority are. Canada needs immigrants to maintain the social programs and pension system. I think that taking white immigrants would benefit Canada the most, but I am also realistic. No government can announce a white only immigration policy or that would put Canada in the same category as Ian Smith Rhodesia or South Africa of 1980's and we all saw what happened to them. But what Canada can do is to admit immigrants regardless of race and religion but be very selective. Take only those who are already compatible with the culture here which is based on freedom of choice, equality, respect for women and other religions and the law of the land and who can contribute positively to Canada like doctors, nurses and engineers and scientists. . Believe it or not there are many in even Muslim countries who qualify for all above in Iran, Lebanon, Turkey, especially the female population wanting to free themselves from the evil rulers. The fact that many leftists or religious people or even many on center and right do not wish to acknowledge publicly is that race differences exist. Science and discovered fossils have proven evolution and human race has evolved to a different degree. Northern Europeans evolved the most and I am not going to name who are the least evolved but this does not mean I am racist because I do strongly oppose discrimination based on race. Everybody should be treated equal and given equal opportunity regardless.

I am too very worried about the future of Canada and inflow of what I see as undesirable or destructive immigrants especially when I see even the Conservatives aren't that much different with liberals when it comes to immigration.

Russians are immigrants too and I can tell they are not Canadian born from distance by hearing their accent. I received my Canada First pin a few days ago and I started wearing them as of today. I wonder if this would surprise some people seeing someone who looks like an immigrant wearing a pin like that. Most would think immigrants don't care about the future of Canada. This is a misconception.
