  1. It's a freak accident. And no distinguish the difference between the two is not as easy as you believe. Especially when you're instinct kick in. I take it you have never been shot at. Not a great feeling I bet. And the difference is he was at work performing his duties. That means his job is to be in the line of fire. This means he is being intentionally put into dangerous situations where his life could be in jeopardy. Your comparison is bad because you're comparing apples and oranges. This is why laws are different for military, police and civilians. And rightly so.
  2. Ya maybe you can explain that better I have no idea what you're talking about . Like the police, I'm unfortunately only human. I apologize for being only human.
  3. so they don't want police, great!!! let them have what they want. Watch them beg for police after a few months.
  4. the car backfired and he thought his life was in danger because he mistakenly took the backfire for a drive by gunshot. Full of adrenaline and scared for his life he unloaded his gun into the car windshield. He made a mistake assessing the situation. When a split second can be the difference between being alive or dead, and the adrenaline is pumping at 100 miles a hour, Bad things can happen.
  5. within a week of no police in a community the banks would close. Gasoline stations would close. Food stores would close. All retails would pack up and leave.
  6. And he was, he is suspended indefinitely without pay. For making a human mistake . But what you're looking for is for him to be hung by his balls indefinitely without pay. He basically got fired for a big mistake he did at work. What is it you would have like him to suffer for his big mistake?
  7. To be honest I have no plans to visit our allies. Great bunch of folks, but it's not in my plans. In your case you hate police not black peoples. Yes you make that very apparent.
  8. I would expect gangs to form and control the community after a few months. And if they didn't, even better. We could save money not having to police the community's at all.
  9. Perfect!!! Then stop policing them until they ask for rule of law back once the thugs take everything over.
  10. He is technically fired, he is suspended indefinitely without pay. What is that to you? You're starting to sound like you hate cops because they are cops. That's like hating blacks because they are black. Is that racist but towards one kind of job?
  11. When I make a mistake at work. It can cost 10 000$ to fix. I see mistakes happen everyday. When a police man makes a mistake, someone might die. I'll say it again. All this rule of law looks good on paper, but it's not realistic to think it's all going to work as we intended for it to be. That someone got shot is the consequences of a human error or from the fact humans are not perfect. And you are surprised??? You know what I'm surprised about? That rule of law actually works at all. That amazes me everyday.
  12. no. Fighting for your right is done in the court of law. You will get yourself shot with your idea.
  13. Like I've said before all this rule of law looks good on paper, but it's impossible to uphold perfectly like it's supposed to be. It was a simple error. Something that happens to everyone at work day in and day out. A error on the police can have high consequences. Can you sit here and tell me you have never screwed something up at work? It's just a other case of someone on his high horse.
  14. Why.... Do you think the community, know better then the judges of the court of law if the police acted within his rights as a police?
  15. He was found not guilty. So obviously your the one who is in misunderstanding.
  16. For some reason it's not as easy as you seem to think because we haven't been able to produce that result anywhere on earth yet.band it's not from lack of trying.Again I'll say it. Looks good on paper but it's not realistic. We keep trying that and it keeps not working. Maybe we should look into why that is.
  17. How do you know when they are acting above the law or not? No one has any idea. Right now it a riot every time regardless if procedures were followed. So many people think this is black and white. It's not at all. I stand by my statement. Let the crime spree begin. I've said this several time. You have to take the good with the bad in this life. If you don't like a thug getting shot once in awhile. Then live with the thugs crime every day. It's a obvious lack of being able to put things into perspective. If people aren't intelligent enough to understand give them what they are asking for.
  18. Maybe that's exactly what needs to happen for people to realize what's going on. Stop policing completely until it's so bad people are begging you to police them.
  19. I think we are trying to apply rule of law as equally as we can, But don't realize that it's impossible. So we have Illogical double standards showing up everywhere. Maybe if we could admit it's beyond our capacity to make everything perfectly equal and fair, and accept our limits and realize we are only human. We would, all be better off. This obsession with equalities and fairness is becoming so extreme, it's getting toxic for our own society. It looks great on paper, but in practice it's not feasible. At some point we all need to acknowledge that what we have is great, but it has it's limits.
  20. I believe the answer lies in the fundamentals. Its something simple on a very basic level. Something adults have forgotten about being a child.
  21. You don't understand what I said. Rule of law is domestication of humans Humans have basic instincts like to hit others as a example. To hit others is against the law. You have to domesticate the children, so they can understand why they need the knowledge your trying to teach. How can a child learn if he doesn't understand why it's so important that he does.
  22. Kids still act like animal version of humans for lack of a better explanation . It makes things difficult. The program seems to be built without taking this into consideration . You have to domesticate a animal before you can teach him some tricks. Domestication of our children is a extremely long process due to the complexity of our systems. Basic human instinct and impulses are often in violation of the law.
  23. didn't think we still had support for child labour in North America . If I couldn't have children, it would make me very bitter to know someone chose not too with the ability.
  24. I've noticed many black teachers at my daughters school. It's part of a employee plan to have equal opportunity employment. I didn't see any racism towards him. He did do better with discipline then all the white teachers. That was all I noticed.
