Not all carbon is bad. The same way not all single parent family are bad. Some none carbon energy us bad. You basically proved shady' point. But I doubt you can comprehend this difficult comparison. Most people lack enough intelligence.

Reward good decision/ Punish bad decisions.

Give me a tax credit for being with my wife. Give me a tax credit for my kids doing great in school Give me a tax credit for spending time on vacation with my kids Give me a tax credit for showing up at work everyday Give me a tax credit for not consuming drugs Give me a tax credit for not drinking and driving Give me a tax credit for not gambling Give me a tax credit for staying healthy Give me a tax credit for not smoking Give me a tax credit for everything I do well. Maybe then people would bother trying to take good decisions

I've made some really good decisions for myself. Why should I be taxed for making good decisions, to help out people who made bad ones? I could have been drinking all night partying like a animal. I bet I would have enjoyed it, But I made the responsible decision to go to bed and show up at work. Why am I being taxed more on my ability to make good decisions?

We are taxing everyone including dual parents to help out single parents. And I am talking about it. How is that any better then taxing single parents to help out everyone else?

Adopt a child, Give to charity if you want to help children. Leave government taxes to what it's supposed to be for. Infrastructure

Made some bad decisions? Go beg at a charity for help. Government is not a charity.

Taxes are for infrastructure. Not helping out who is having a hard time. Charities are for helping out people having a hard time.

Want to help someone, give to charity. Taxes shouldn't be a charity.

Want to help children, give to a children's charity.

Nope. The same way we shouldn't tax children to help out others.
