  1. So you are capable of making this up, but not really aware of anything.
  2. Can't drive on 'social infrastructure', it's a farce, another liberal lie, designed to convince people less smart than you. You can completely buy in to the liberals if you like, but don't pretend they are spending 17B on what most people consider to be infrastructure, it's a lie.
  3. I htink everyone should be compelled to vote, and it's probably bad for democracy if we don't, but it's probably worse if we're forced to.
  4. Lol, the new, lilly white liberals trot out Chretien on the day the 'old' liberal party reappeared. Now its being said they knew for months about this, lol, of course its all about how well it was handled now, same old liars.
  5. "Altogether, I calculate annual spending under the Liberals would be about $15-billion higher, on average, than under the budget plan. Of that total, little more than a quarter — about $4.2-billion a year — would be for infrastructure. And of that, two thirds is infrastructure only in the sense that easier EI payments are an investment: the party calls these “social infrastructure” (e.g., daycare centres) and “green infrastructure” (e.g., water filtration plants)." http://news.nationalpost.com/full-comment/andrew-coyne-a-liberal-fiscal-plan-thats-all-for-show In other words, bullshit, and it's sad to see someone generally so rational that has fallen for it, and no, Coyne hasn't been anything near a conservative friend during this camapaign, there is no reason to doubt this article, and he isn't the only one that has said this.
  6. The lpc candidate in my ridiing has his voice on radio claiming to be against the pipeline, while the Co Chair of the campaign is training the company that wants to build it on how to lobby the future liberal government that he will be a memeber of, it's just so typical of the lpc. So clean, so nice, so much better, so caring about the water, so much complaining about no environmental laws (lie), and against a pipeline project while helping the company to build it, lying about it all. O but of course he was the only one who knew about this, he was the lone wolf, just like Nigel Wright. I bet that pipeline is worth more than $90,000, but the liberals being so clean and above board, so untouchable couldn't be involved any further. Not that this matters a whit to the die hards, there is not a hammer big enough to shatter their shared illusions of this 'new' lpc.
  7. I love that in my riding the liberal candidate has ads that rail against the energy east pipeline while one of their own has been helping the company that wants to build it, it's so deliciously liberal, their so nice, so clean, and so in bed with an oil comapny while claiming to be against the project.

All 3 leaders could be for Northern Gateway and it still will never be built.

Jt obviously doesn't know how to keep his team in line yet. Maybe another decade of losing elections will season him?

Close off all pipelines to BC so they can be free and pure! No more oil or gas!

  8. A marginal, irrelevant, will accomplish nothing, while the liberals lie about what the money is for debt, that utter hypocrites like you would be, and have been complaining about with the conservatives. Again, another example, liberals have no principles, stand for nothing, while lying about everything, that's what happens to people when they have unquestioned belief in their own moral superiority.
  9. Well at least your honest about not being better yourself or caring if the liberal party is better than the conservatives, you don't care so long as they get elected, and that's fine, it's just nice to see someone admit it instead of hiding behind this imaginary curtain of liberal betterness and niceness.
  10. So now the liberal co chair is stepping away after being outed as a lobbyist for trans canada, but i thought the cuddly, huggable liberal party was different, and better than the conservatives, but it seems not, funny how this bit of news fits in so nicely with the theme of this thread.
  11. No probably not, the conservatives need their own, paid for by taxpayer money tv network to flog the story for them.
  12. Most of which, as has been proven, is not for infrastructure spending, and will not change the economy one bit, but will help get the liberals elected, while they completely lie about it, but do it nicely. So insignificant spending, that only a small fraction of which will actually be spent where people have been told it's going, sounds so evil, almost conservative like, but this time it's wrapped up in a Justin Trudeau shaped liberal red bow.
  13. He also thinks adding 3 to a number results in a reduction of more than 3. Go figure. But then, that is exactly what liberals do, tell outright falsehoods, but wrap them in nice cuddly language and get a good looking young guy to say them, problem solved, math be damned.
  14. Or maybe you're just wrong about everything. I mean with propaganda post after propaganda post, including hits like "There are also conservative supporters putting lies on social media tha Trudeau has secretly become a Muslim and he has ties with ISIS!!!!!! Typical of conservatives and some of their supporters." How could anyone doubt that you're in the other 70% Now there are plenty of morons, even here, that refer to Harper as though he were fascist dictator, with not so subtle references to the Nazi's often included, so it's stands to reason that those people might exist on the other side as well. But to even mention it, in light of the avalanche of ridiculous comments going the other way is so laughable that i don't have a word to describe it. At least not one that won't get my post deleted, you're just here as a liberal propagandist, you have been since day one, you can't argue any point without easily being hit over the head with it, you make indefensible comments with no substance over and over, i got news for you, you might not be voting for the guy, but it's not because of any sort of intelligence or any other kind of superiority you may have, in your ignorance, imagined.
  15. Yes, thats called life, not everyone gets the same breaks, you might as well go full marxist if you are trying to completely level the playing field in that way.
  16. I cant believe anyone would have missed that for this, and I don't mean that in a derogatory way, nothing else comes close to providing that sort of drama.
  17. So Harper made it easier to buy a home before then making it more difficult? Didnt know that, i did know that they changed the rules to make it more difficult, but not that they were responsible for making it easier in the first place.
  18. So it's an insignificant amount to borrow, but a not insignificant amount to spend? It is exactly as Argus described it, feel good, the liberals are gonna 'help you' money that only a small fraction of which will be spent on actual infrastructure, desinged purely to make the liberals seem like the nice, helpful party in constrast to those dastardly conservatives only helping the 'rich', which i am apparently one of. They are playing it on all sides and lying to everyone, but he's cute cuddly, grow the economy from the heart out Justin, so it doesn't make a damn bit of difference how much bullshit their platform is, they get a free pass.
  19. http://news.nationalpost.com/full-comment/kelly-mcparland-how-i-came-to-admire-justin-trudeau I enjoyed this article, and it does a good job of summing up Trudeau, the liberals and their campaign, how they can promise so much, while never actually telling the truth about anything, never being pressed to answer a question beyond the cuddly platitudes, the opinions of the followers here greatly reflect this open emptiness. Anything for power, no lie to great, no truth too small.
  20. Ah, so when we decide so legislate equal pay for equal work we are somehow restricting the rights of women who may want to work for less because their husbands or male dominated culture tells them they shouldn't make as much as a man as they are lesser human beings, thus making us 'inferior' or at least no better than the people who want to subjugate them in the first place. I see, your simply an advocate for the unfettered subjugation of women, that's your idea of freedom. What other activities used to curtail the rights, freedoms, or general human equality of any group are you an advocate for, and how do those activities make those cultures at least equal to others who want those people to have the right to be treated as a full human being? Or knowing they have the freedom and security from reprisals that allows them to do something even as abhorrent as showing their face in public?
  21. Perhaps the name should be changed from status update to pathetically locked propaganda post, such cowardice.

You have a funny definition of "cowardice"...

He's not breaking any rules... just ignore it if it makes you so unhappy...

  22. You're right, it helps families who actually work for the money. It's just so 1950's, so unfashionable.
  23. It's obvious you're just here politicking, but have you yet clarified your chicken and egg opinion on how it is our society that is inferior by wanting to defend the hard won independence of women? Im sure we would all enjoy watching you twist yourself into a pretzel while trying to explain how it is that our culture is inferior for disliking a practice of another culture that clearly treats half of it's members as lesser human beings. Yes, we are truly inferior for not embracing their bigotry, lol. Some of you just can't be for real.
  24. Help yourself, try that. Contrary to the opinions of proponents of the welfare state, it isn't actually the PM's job to find you a job, or control the economy such that your job is always going to be there.
  25. When you are going to take away income splitting and then give them a tax break that results in a much smaller overall reduction in taxes you aren't giving them a tax break, you are keeping more of their money, i know, it's complicated. Anyway, don't let the truth get in the way of your ridiculous hyperbole, the truth just cramps your style, we wouldn't want that.
