Were we not discussing the recent story from the Star, involving the evictions of tenants of a hotel, why wouldn't the company seeking housing for refugees from the story be noted? Likewise any relationship that it had/has with a member of the Liberal Government. All my citations are public record, if any are incorrect, I'd gladly correct them. No it doesn't, the cited CBC story clearly speaks to other concerns relating to contracts, including housing services, which would directly tie into the more recent Star article. Interesting logic.........by using that, the Government shouldn't disclose contracts pertaining to the military or the RCMP, since they engage in actions that could invoke public (or international) backlash......or contracts with Government workers, as that could invoke backlash against members of PSAC........Or contracts involving First Nations....the CBC....Industry....etc etc etc
-
Where have I impugned anyone's integrity/reputation, be it those in the Liberal Government or vendors that received said contracts relating to the refugee file? Simply put, there is no way to know the details of the process (and if there are any examples of malfeasance) of awarding contracts by the Trudeau Liberals.........because they won't make it known do to "security reasons". As noted last month: So why is the Trudeau Government hiding the process in which it awards contracts?
-
I think its only normal that people will draw their own conclusions to a secretive process involving the granting of contracts relating to the resettlement of refugees by the Trudeau Liberals....... Is there something wrong with scrutiny pertaining to Government, a Government that refuses to release details of how they sprinkled contracts around?

Fair enough. Yes, and cited, in the media quoting law enforcement. The impacts that can be seen on the passengers side as the aircraft footage rounds the truck, likewise, the holed windshield, and the drivers and drivers side passenger windows shot out after Finicum is killed.......I suppose the LEOs could have been throwing compacted snow balls. This was all testified to by the young girl in the truck, prior to the video being released, and could be confirmed, or denied, by law enforcement simply releasing crime scene pictures of Finicum's truck.......odd that they won't. I contend at 4 seconds he is shot by the officer beside (not behind) the black police Dodge pick-up (the same officer that nearly got hit?), which causes him to the loose his balance, turning towards the officer, well he is reaching for his side, then is shot again by the officer behind him once, were you can see his knees begin to buckle and Finicum turn to face the officer, then is shot a third time and drops............ Again, this could be confirmed or denied by the autopsy, which they refuse to release. Don't get me wrong, the use of lethal force, after nearly crashing the roadblock is almost expected.......my question (which could be confirmed by the autopsy and audio from the dash cams) is if this was a case of a jumpy police officer ,that nearly got run over, shooting him first, and the other officer reacting once he grabs for a wound. Further to that, what caused Finicum to take off, after he and two of the adult passengers had their hands out the window of the stopped truck? Doesn't seem like a response by those ready to go down shooting......and after the crash, why is Finicum seen with raised hands, only to then "reach for a gun" on his weak side (after leaving his proudly displayed revolver at the refuge)? And further to that still, why didn't the FBI arrest the Bundy gang the ~week previous when they went out to the airport (FBI's command center) to negotiate unarmed, but with press in tow? I find it odd that they picked an ambush on a stretch of road, well the group was on its way for a public meeting in the next county over, to present evidence (they claimed to have) of corruption in Harney County......namely, collusion between the county judge and his cousin that just happens to work for the BLM. -
Such as? A company recently granted contracts by the Trudeau Government to provide services for Syrian refugees, previously employed a Liberal MP. Except the previous employer of a Liberal MP, received contracts pertaining to the resettlement of Syrian refugees.......has the Government made known how they granted contracts in such a timely manner? Of course, this isn't the first time the Liberal's contract awarding process relating to Syrian refugees has come into question.... Why are the Trudeau Liberals hiding behind "security reasons" in relation to the awarding of contracts?

No, when you nearly run down an officer at a roadblock, the benefit of the doubt is out the window............but as I said, when he is first stopped, you can clearly see the drivers, front passengers and rear driver side passengers hands out the window, then flashes, hands go back inside and then Finicum takes off....... If he was planning to not be taken alive, why would he stop, and put his hands out the window? -

Yeah, you can see the source of said "brake lights" enter the picture, top right, at 19:33 My question, why didn't they have spike strips deployed several hundred yards in front of the roadblock? Exactly, from the zoomed in video, he's looks to be grasping his lower left side........why would he (and Bundy) when they first stopped, put their hands out of the window if they planned to go out guns blazing? You can clearly see flashes in the video before he takes off. Why would he get out of the truck with his hands up, if he planned to shoot it out with police? After he is dropped, why didn't police rush to secure his "weapon"? Further to that, why did the FBI redact the FLIR/Camera footage from the video, and why does the video "skip" at 39:40? And why won't they release the autopsy? Would it show Finicum was shot or injured on his lower left side? -

You think that lights seen at the 15:10 to 15:25 minute mark, inside the cab and along the rear driver side panel are the break lights? And the lights pointed at the second person's leaving the trucks chest at 16:05 are brake lights? Or the "lights" pointed at the tailgate and canopy at 16:45 are brake lights? And painted on the third person's chest at 17:20 to be brake lights? -

And not surprising: I wonder if they will release the report to Finicum's family? -

Odd that the roof top brake light dances on the three people leaving the trucks's faces, likewise, that the brake light(s) are painting Finicum's head well on the ground......break lights from the cops in the treeline, that enter the frame after the third person exits the truck Except from the impacts on the truck body.........you care to explain how Ryan Bundy received a gun shot wound in the shoulder? edited to add...........from 7 seconds, looks like a guy reaching for shot to his lower left side.... -

The non lethal rounds are the explosions/mini fire balls.......... ---------- The FBI also used "non lethal" chemical agents on the Waco compound, the problem, your combine said rounds with fire from camp cooking stoves, you create Hydrogen Cyanide........The FBI is not infallible, nor adverse to attempting to change the channel after they screw-up, as such, I'll put more stock in the investigation being carried out by the Oregon State Police. -

Or the police officers at a higher elevation near the tree line, behind the truck and not from a moving helicopter, miles away, as evident by the differing zoom focuses You can see the laser splash the roof of the truck........go point a flash light down your hall and then point it at the floor half way down......lasers react the same as lights (in the dark). -

You can see the several officers beside the van with a line of sight to the passenger side.......then from ~2:45 the footage change focus and revert back to the jeep (driven by Mcconnell), then through the 6 minute mark, hands still out windows, then it passes behind the trees, then (7:50) the driver sticking his head out the window, hands back in, after the (muzzle) flashes from the police line at ~8:09+, he takes his foot off the brakes and then several more flashes are seen from off camera as he buggers off. -

When the helicopter is behind the trees and rounding the front of the truck, you can see impacts on the truck and in the snow in front of it (in addition to several flash bangs going off) -

Fair enough, and that is why I'd like to see the autopsy report (if its released).....I think he is reacting to a gun shot or an injury from the crash. To me, a right handed shooter, carrying a handgun in a pocket on his weak side doesn't make sense. -

Missed this......Could be a rifle or a handgun, but is from the four plus officers behind the truck and the body, covering the other guys leaving the truck. Again, its not from a helicopter, the helicopter is miles above the road, and only in the movies snipers shoot from helicopters. -

Of course there aren't police in front of the truck, that would be a Darwin award..........fanning out to the sides to cover people inside a car is standard .....watch any dash cam footage or COPS. Not at all, for a dozen plus officers at the roadblock, that is nothing.......in fairness though, I don't know how she would count an exact number. -

Jacket pocket? Of course, and that would make sense if he were wearing a shoulder holster.....but doesn't explain why he was reaching down to his waist with both hands. -

Try around ~2:15 and look at both sides. Or from the sides or front.....the police wouldn't be able to see through the canopy, into the cab, so would fan out to either sides. As to missing, who knows, but we can't see, when he takes off, the passenger side or front of the truck.
