I don't have a problem with this man requesting to be seated beside another man. However, I do have a problem with the flight attendant asking the woman to move to accommodate him. Do you think it may have influenced you later in life?I think the music I listened to in my formative years certainly opened my mind to opinions of others and events happening around the world. It's not unlike movies that have had an impact on one's life. For example, Bruce Cockburn turned me on to environmental and social issues. To kill a mocking bird introduced me to racism. Playing for time introduced me to the holocaust. All of these events happened at a young age for me.
