Not a good argument. Gay people are legally married but yet they can't have sex within their 'legally lawfully married' relationship, recognized by every legal entity in Canada!

Well, of course it's a mother choice. I'm not denying that. And if a mother wants to breastfeed, than the dad will just have to wait until the nursing stage is over before he can take a parental leave.

What I don't get is why a man would want to hit a woman knowing his strength would outpower her in a heartbeat. Why would he not take the highroad and just hold her off with his strength. A man hitting a woman is just plain low imo, even if she struck the first blow. Take the high road men and be classy!

When determining custody, and depending on the age of the child, a Judge will also 'interview' the child to see where the child would prefer to live. Sometimes it's with the mother, sometimes it's with the dad. The judge will take this into consideration.

A married gay couple has every right to have sex as much as a married heterosexual couple. It's in the charter. It's not pornographic and it's not a sin.
