Xi, nor Putin were not at the funeral. Why?

Trump was also noticeably not at the funeral.

With the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, America won the Cold War.

Trump wasn't invited.

With the cold war won, American corporations increased their reach globally.  They reached a geopolitical limit in the 2000s when corporate profits, competing powers and domestic politics came into direct conflict.

We're at the point of end game for that game now.

Cheney was considered a neocon. The fact that Obama was invited, as Hillary and Bill also shows, they are neo-liberals. They pursue a common agenda of US exceptionalism, and the need for wars. 

That Trump was not invited is in fact very good. Like when you have sweet potato pie.

Europe faced a similiar problem in 1815.

The world faced a similar problem in 1945.

The political world, since 1989 or so, is a complicated place.

Nixon was an appeaser - a true peace-maker.
