The officer, who was not in uniform, had been sitting with a woman in a park beneath the George Washington Bridge when two men approached on a moped just before midnight. The passenger got off and approached the officer, who realized he was being robbed and drew his service weapon, Tisch said.

The two exchanged gunfire and the off-duty officer was shot in the face and arm. The perpetrator was injured before he and the moped driver rode off, police said.

The LAW says immigrants have the right to apply for ASYLUM. If the guy had not passed the vetting check he would have been deported.

The APPROPRIATE procedure is to keep illegal aliens OUT of the country while they apply for entry into the US. 

This is the ONLY acceptable procedure. 

Had it been done CORRECTLY, those two alien filth would've never been in the country in the first place.

The law requires asylum seekers to be detained and have a hearing within a certain number of days. Releasing them is not an option UNLESS they need to be sent to a hospital or have an urgent family matter (i.e. sick child etc).

So the Joe Biden Handlers, aka the Council of Presidents, were violating the law when they paroled asylum seekers.

See, even that's no good because we'd still be wasting tax dollars on their detention. I'd rather kick their asses out and make them do everything on the Mexico side of the border. If they don't have the correct paperwork, then their asses aren't in this country.
