Except ruling according the clear meaning of the Constitution has NEVER BEEN "nonsensical."

What the SCOTUS actually ruled is that a simple district court injunction can only apply to the litigants and district in which it was rendered.

They also mentioned that it would take a class action case to make a ruling with wide spread applicability.

Of course what they really want, is ONLY THEIR RULING to apply nationwide and that's exactly what has happened repeatedly in the PAST, like when Biden forgave Federal student loans.

IOW, you never understood nor probably even read the ruling.

You only look like a FOOL when you keep posting stories with NO CREDIBILITY from FOS LIES.

He seems to understand it better than you. All you did was repeat what he said.

The ruling absolutely does limit judicial activists from making sweeping rulings with regards to trump or any other matter.

So he understands it just fine. You basically repeated the ruling correctly and yet you still don't understand it.

This will severely limit the lower courts ability to interfere with trump or future presidents.
