From past experience, I doubt if it will make any difference what anyone says to you.  PP has already said he plans to take firm action against any tariffs. Also plans to change things in Canada to get Canadian energy to market through new pipelines, etc.  If you are just looking for an excuse to be contrary, you're wasting your time.  I won't bite.

He will not go after Trump the way he goes after Canadians he doesn’t like. My bet is he will stand up on tariffs and lie down on something else and he will town down his language kissing republican ass wherever he can.

That's not your bet. That's you saying any damn stupid thing that pops into your teeny tiny little head because you decided you don't like him because he's not part of your tribe.

It's not because you care about Canada, it's not because you've made a reasonable assumption or assessment of his abilities it is only an exclusively because you don't like him.

And this is really not the time for that kind of bullshit. This is the time when decent Canadians and decent people stand up and do the right thing. It is painfully obvious to anybody with half a brain that Kearney is the wrong person. Jag meet isn't even an option. And pierre will do just fine against trump. It's going to be painful but it's going to be painful no matter who is in charge but I have a hell of a lot more faith that PP will do a good job and I can articulate why.

All you can say is me no likey other people. Find most of the time but maybe this isn't the time for that kind of partisan bullshit
