That's kind of a different topic, but it's not just Islamic terrorists that oppose the lgbtq+- gang, it's the entire Muslim world.

But the topic is waste in USAID.  They are not alone as I'm sure there is likely a huge amount of waste in every country's foreign aid budget.

And yet rather than systematically root out waste and keep what was working, they killed the whole thing which gives away the game that it's not really about waste.
