Compare capital punishment in U.S. to the totally failed justice system in Canada

A man in the U.S. brutally murdered a ten year girl and will be executed possibly today by lethal injections.

Oklahoma prepares to perform the nation's 25th and final execution of 2024

A young man in Canada who drove his car wildly through the streets of Vancouver at a high rate and recorded it on social media killed a pedestrian and will likely get off with a couple years in prison.   In Canada the justice system will likely take into consideration various factors such as the man's race (FN),  his difficult upbringing associated with foster care.  There is no justice in Canada.

The contrast in the punishment between these two cases is shocking.

In another case the punishment is extremely light.  This was in Washington state.

Our criminal justice system is far from perfect, but is light years superior to the American system, which is the worst system in the first World.

If Trudeau and the Liberals pass the Online Harms Act, Canadians could face life sentences for posting the 'wrong' comments on social media.

The UK is pretty bad as they have constables arresting people for their social media posts.

Progressive governments pose the biggest threat to our liberty.

New Liberal 'online harms' bill to make online hate punishable up to life in prison

It also amends the Criminal Code to create a new standalone hate crime offence that would allow penalties up to life imprisonment to deter hateful conduct, as well as raise the maximum punishments for hate propaganda offences from five years to life imprisonment for advocating genocide.

The Liberal government is proposing "draconian penalties" in the Criminal Code as part of its sweeping plan to target online hate, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association warns.

Justice Minister Arif Virani tabled the long-awaited bill earlier this week, billed as a way to address dangers that children face online.

It also includes the introduction of stiffer penalties for hate offences.

The bill proposes increasing the maximum punishment for advocating genocide to life imprisonment, and allowing sentences of up to five years in prison for other hate propaganda offences.

The national civil liberties group says higher sentences risk chilling free speech and also undermine "the principles of proportionality and fairness" within the legal system.

For those who put money ahead of human life, just remember that it is more expensive to hang a person than to put them in custody for a life term.It takes at least ten years from initial conviction to the gallows. On top of that, Mr. Ellis does not work for free. His profession places his soul in jeapordy. In return, his compensation will be dear.

The justice system in Canada is focused on rehabilitation, not punishment or vengeance. Vengence is the perview of God. We will all face the ultimate judgement. It is not for humans to usurp that role.

They are not progressives towards anything else but the WEF agenda by conspiring against citizens, they are extremely regressive towards the citizens of the country they infiltrate for the WEF. They are tyrants (those in government) and traitors.
