Moonlight Graham Posted December 9, 2024 Report Posted December 9, 2024 Dunno. Guess it needs to go to court. But rape cases can be tough to convict. 2 Quote "All generalizations are false, including this one." - Mark Twain Partisanship is a disease of the intellect.
gatomontes99 Posted December 9, 2024 Report Posted December 9, 2024 It used to be just women did this. But I guess guys want in on this kind of stuff too, now. Remember Deshaun Qatson? Former Houston Texans quarterback was accused of sexual assault. He was dismissed from the team and then later completely exhaunerated. We absolutely should not jump to conclusions until it is all said and done. However, this does appear to be outside of Jay Z's personality. Quote The Rules for Liberal tactics: If they can't refute the content, attack the source. If they can't refute the content, attack the poster. If 1 and 2 fail, pretend it never happened. Everyone you disagree with is Hitler. A word is defined by the emotion it elicits and not the actual definition. If they are wrong, blame the opponent. If a liberal policy didn't work, it's a conservatives fault and vice versa. If all else fails, just be angry.

As an outsider, it appears there's some sort of legal civil war going on. Just my two cents. That said, if Jay Z is indeed a child molester he should be in prison, not just up on civil charges Quote

Lots of famous people are getting accused of this stuff now. There was a country star in the summer time who has similar allegations. Quote
Hodad Posted December 9, 2024 Report Posted December 9, 2024 I'd lean toward attempted extortion in this case. What's interesting about that letter is that Jay-Z clearly wrote it himself. It's not a crafted comment from his attorney. It feels like immediate, emotional pushback. He didn't take any time to figure out if if it could have been him, if he had an alibi, how he could fight it, etc. The indignation feels righteous. Quote
